This case study's aim was to strengthen the state of knowledge about how horticultural companies in Sweden used railway transports between 1900s and the 1950s. Economic theories and a micro-historical perspective have been used to analyze the collected source material, and to describe Lindehult's market garden. The investigation is based on document analyzes, qualitative interviews, archive studies and literature studies to evaluate the sources' information through a source pluralistic method. The work has been based on historical source material in the form of payment vouchers, giving an insight into how the company's products were transported by rail across Sweden. Pica is a behavior that can be seen in several animal groups. In cats, it means that they are eating, chewing or licking on material that is non-food. In this study the data was collected through an online survey. In total 522 responses, of which 26% of the cats were exhibiting pica. It was found that 28% of the housecats and 26% of purebred cats exhibited pica.

Assisted living is a relatively new form of housing that received a government definition in 2007 in conjunction with a government appointed investigation of future alternative accommodation for senior citizens. The type of accommodation is intended for seniors who have the need for increased security, which may be a consequence of that they feel anxious or lonely. It concerns ordinary homes with qualities that suit needs of seniors. There is no allowance from the local municipality required in order for seniors to apply for these homes and so assisted living should not be confused with nursing homes/ sheltered housing. The purpose of this study is to identify success factors for a winning concept for assisted living in the Gothenburg region, on behalf of Skanska Project development.

Entrepreneurship is considered essential for the Swedish economy, as well as globally. Accordingly,massive efforts are put into creating environments that successfully can support new ventures. The business incubator is a prominent part of these efforts and is important especially for the knowledge shared within its internal network. The aim of this study is to further explore how different activitieswithin the incubator can influence the interaction, and thereby the construction of social capital,among the incubatees. Using a qualitative case study of three incubators, and the framework of theincubator model, it is concluded that three distinguishing components within the framework influence the interaction, namely infrastructure, mediation and business support.

The analysis focused on four themes: 1) framing in the articles, 2) impersonation in the articles, 3) the democratic task of journalism and 4) the expectations of journalism in an election campaign.Main results: The main results showed that the difference between the two parties either was nonexistent or very small. The articles were sometimes framed in specific ways, but a big amount of the articles were not framed. Impersonation occurred in about half of the cases, concerning both parties.

Att marknadsföra sig på internet via sökmotorer har ökat explosionsartat under det senaste decenniet men är ännu ett relativt nytt och outforskat område inom marknadsföringslitteratur. Trenden pekar på fortsätt ökning i framtiden men exakt vad annonsörer uppskattar mest med denna typ av marknadsföring har ej varit kartlagt. Syftet med denna uppsats var således att identifiera vilka fördelar och nackdelar existerande och potentiella annonsörer till Google i Sverige finner i sökordsmarknadsföring, samt att analysera och rangordna vilka av fördelarna de anser viktigast. Bisyftet var att kartlägga vilka av dessa egenskaper Google kommunicerar om annonseringsprogrammet Google AdWords för att kunna analysera förhållandet mellan vad som kommuniceras och vad som efterfrågas.Teorier kring internetannonsering, marknadsföring online samt fördelar och nackdelar med sökordsmarknadsföring låg till grund för utformning av fyra fördelsdimensioner, nämligen: Målgrupp, Mätbarhet, Kostnadskontroll samt Tid & Flexibilitet. Kvalitativa intervjuer med tre Google-anställda och en representant från mediamarknaden, samt en webbenkät med 224 AdWords-användare blev utgångspunkten för det empiriska materialet.Vid studien framkom att det råder en övergripande överensstämmelse mellan vad som framställs som fördelar med sökordsmarknadsföring i teori och praktik.

Det webbutvecklaren inte behöver tänka på är att ha en egen webbserver, vilket kan vara ett problem för många om dom sitter vid datorer med begränsade rättigheter så att dom inte kan ladda ner och installera en webbserver. En annan bra fördel är att webbutvecklaren kan logga in vart som helst, när som helst och redigera koden till en hemsida. Tiggare/tiggeri är fenomen som blivit allt vanligare i vårt svenska samhälle. Samtidigt som företeelsen av tiggare/tiggeri blivit mer synlig har även röster som kräver ett förbud av tiggeri höjts. Märkbart är hur det via social media sprids budskap med starka argument som belyserden problematik många människor upplever med tiggeriet. Via social media skapas uppslutningar med olika mål, som växer och frodas i nätets öppna rum. Syftet med vår studie är att få en förståelse för vad en sammanslutning av människor, i detta fall ett Facebook evenemang, kan generera i form av kommunikativ praktik samt vilken inverkan social media kan ha i frågan om dess förmåga att sprida ett budskap.

The aim of this study is to investigate what kind of support unaccompanied children needs when arriving in Sweden, according to the staff that is receiving unaccompanied asylum seeking children in Sweden. The method is qualitative and is based on interviews and previous research. The result shows that the main subjects who were of interest from the interviews are elementary need, the support offered, security, ?parental gestalt?, education, leisure, obstacles in the work.All the interviewees describe young people's needs very different when it differs from person to person. The support children receive is the most important factor that unaccompanied children need to be developed and get a better and safer life.

This qualitative study examines how users of boardgamegeek.com chooses which analogue game to buy. The purpose of the study is to find out which factors constitutes the choice of games and how the information of these factors reach the consumer. The investigation is executed by users of boardgamegeek.com explaining their latest game purchase in a questionnaire survey online. The results show that many of the respondents research the games they are interrested in beforehand and based on this information make their choice. Despite of this we can see that many game developers and distributors does not make this information available for the consumers, but leaves this task to the public..

The aim of this master?s thesis in administrative law has been to study the property owners' legal rights when a third party impacts on the property. The essay is based on several case studies of landowners in central Sweden which has the purpose of forming a background to the legal studies of this field. The framework for current studies builds therefore on landowners' experiences of impairment and damages on their property and has been added to highlight a current problem that exists in central Sweden. The purpose of the study is therefore to see whether a protection in law is imposed on landowners with such problems as the land ownership study shows.

Denna uppsats undersöker relationen mellanSveriges bostadsköpares sökbeteende på Sveriges utan tvekan största bostadssöksajt Hemnetoch Riksbankens räntebesked.Genom att analysera det totala antalet sökningar gjorda på bostadsrätter, hus och fritidshus vidav Riksbanken rapporterade räntehöjningar, räntesänkningar samt en lämnad oförändradreporänta försöker författarna se om sökbeteendet ändras. Sökbeteendet fyller funktionen aven ny möjlig indikator för efterfrågan på den Svenska bostadsmarknaden. Den statistik somundersöks sträcker sig från tidsperioden april 2011 till april 2013.Resultatet av studien visar att Riksbankens räntebeslut, oavsett karaktär, inte ger någon effektpå antalet sökningar.
