Background: Palliative care is something that all people should have the right to be allowed to, to be able to enjoy the qualities of life, even when someone has been afflicted with illness that cannot be cured. How do the nurses in municipal home-care deal with and prepare themselves to perform a righteous task? Aim: The aim of this study is to illuminate nurses, comprehensions of palliative care within municipal home-care. Method: The method is a questionnaire to nurses. Results: The results did comply to law and regulations.

Patienter som lider av Münchhausens syndrom hittar på symtom och/eller skadar sig själva i syfte att få uppmärksamhet från sjukvårdspersonal. Det är en svårdiagnostiserad störning som är till skada för individen och hela sjukvårdssystemet. Det har gjorts få undersökningar om Münchhausens syndrom och därför intervjuades fem läkare för att öka kunskapen om Münchhausens syndrom och få svar på vilka möjligheter läkare har att kunna identifiera denna störning, samt vilka åtgärder som då kan bli aktuella. Resultatet visade att läkarna ansåg sig vara för lite insatta om Münchhausens syndrom och att de inte kunde vara helt säkra på att patienten inte hade de besvär som patienten påstod sig lida av. Det fanns heller ingen handlingsplan ifall läkarna misstänkte att en patient inte talade sanning om sitt hälsotillstånd.

Anorexia nervosa is a psychosomatic eating disorder that involves self starvation and fear of gaining weight. Our purpose was to study the methods of treatment available and the function of them. Another part of the purpose was to find out what kind of goals the treatment has and if an anorectic person can be cured. The problem, which I want to highlight in this essay, is about my fear of losing face in conversationwith the parents of my text. I'm going through different approaches to find out what is happening inmy meetings with parents. I will also see if the knowledge that I get will help me to get deeperunderstanding of my reactions in different situations and if this opens up new possible ways ofhandling them.In my text there will be two stories where the conversation with parents has been difficult. Theyboth illustrate my uncertainty concerning the unpredictability of conversations with distressed orstressed parents. I can prepare the environment, by cleaning and making it look nice before meetingwith the parents.

Real estate managers work in a hard branch with big competition and skeptical customers. For most people, buying a property is the biggest private purchase of their lives. This puts a big pressure on the real estate agent to make the process run smooth. But how does the customer know which real estate manager to choose? We have researched what effect the real estate managers clothing has on the customers? first impression and how clothing affects customers? choice of real estate agents.To answer our questions we´ve done 13 projective interviews with ten customers and three real estate agents, where we showed four pictures with the same person dressed in different styles.

Mitt syfte med studien är att undersöka hur pedagoger på förskolan resonerar kring ordet respekt. Mina frågeställningar har varit: Hur tolkar pedagoger inom förskolan ordet respekt? Hur beskriver pedagogerna handlingar som uttrycker respekt för barn. Vilka metoder menar pedagogerna är lämpliga för att öka respekten mellan barn och vuxna på förskolan? Undersökningen har genomförts som intervjuer av 14 pedagoger. Resultatet av undersökningen visar att flertalet pedagoger resonerar kring ordet respekt som en del av pedagogens omvårdande roll.

Empati handlar om förmågan att sätta sig in i en annan människas situation, genom att känna igen känslor och tankar som man upplevt tidigare. Förskolan ska bidra till att barn utvecklar förmåga till empati och omtanke om andra. För att stödja barns empatiska utveckling är det viktigt att personalen ger stöd i de känslomässiga situationer som sker på förskolan. Det är också viktigt att pedagoger fungerar som en förebild för barnet och visar respekt och tolerans för andra människor.

With emphasis on women's magazines and men, this essay will revolve around the image of the ideal woman. Our purpose was to examine whether men have a distinct image regarding the appearance and behaviour of the ideal woman. Next step was to establish whether the women's magazines also presented a specific image to their readers.The answers were found through a qualitative study that included ten men, and through an extensive analysis by women's magazines. The result indicated that both the men questioned and the women's magazines presented a clear view of an ideal woman. The views held by the men, were then compared to the images presented by the women's magazines and were found to be very similar.We used Erving Goffmans sociological theory to describe the actual woman and the ideal images of women that the men questioned and the women's magazines presented.

I förskolans uppdrag ingår att se den matematik förskolans yngsta barn utforskar. Min erfarenhet är att det inte alltid upplevs som omedelbart enkelt. Förskolan har dessutom att hantera ett delvis nytt matematiskt lärandeuppdrag. Syftet med den empiriska studien var därför att urskilja faktorer som pedagoger erfar påverkar möjligheter att se den matematik barn utforskar för att öka medvetenheten om vilka faktorer som påverkar pedagogers möjligheter att se det matematiska utforskandet och medvetenheten om vilka fortbildningsinsatser som kan vara betydelsefulla i sammanhanget.Analysen utgår från en fenomenografisk forskningsansats. En utgångspunkt för fenomenografin är att det sätt på vilket människan tar itu med problem speglar och förändrar förståelsen av inblandade fenomen och den situation i vilken fenomenen urskiljs.

Syftet med studien var att fördjupa mina kunskaper om validering på omvårdnadsprogrammet inom några vuxenutbildningsorganisationer. Validering som begrepp har funnits ett tag i landet, men har nu blivit mer aktuellt sedan vuxenutbildningar runt om i Sverige har börjat använda det som ett kursutbud till det ordinarie omvårdnadsprogrammet. Validering består av olika processer som information, självskattning, bedömning för att senare mynna ut i studier på det ordinarie omvårdnadsprogrammet, individuella studier eller flexibla studier.Den 1 juli 2011 infördes en ny gymnasiereform Gy 2011 (Skolverket). För vuxenutbildningen kommer en ny utbildningsreform, VUX 2012, att gälla från och med 1 juli 2012 och i den kommer validering att ingå som en rättighet för vuxenstuderande och skyldighet för vuxenutbildare. Politiker, arbetsgivare och samhället i stort efterfrågar det då det är ett underlättande för individer med erfarenhet inom vård och omsorg att snabbare få en utbildning inom området, och en ekonomisk samhällsvinst då individer inte behöver vara borta under lång tid för att få en utbildning.
