Syftet med min studie är att studera förhållandet mellan klientens integritetsskydd och samverkan inom äldreomsorgens hemsjukvård ur ett socialarbetarperspektiv. Detta kommer jag att studera med följande frågeställningar: Vilka samverkansbetingelser föreligger när olika professioner samverkar inom hemsjukvården? Vilka frågor kan vara integritetskränkande och på vilket sätt? Vilka av dessa frågor ligger inom socialarbetarens ansvarsområde? Vilka strategier använder socialarbetaren för att bemästra eventuella integritetskränkningar i samband med samverkan? Påverkar kravet på klientens integritetsskydd effektiviteten av samverkan?Som metod har jag använt en kvalitativ metod i form av intervjuer. I min studie har sex socialarbetare intervjuats i fyra stadsdelar i Göteborg. De resultat jag fått fram i samband med min studie är att konstellationen när det gäller samverkan ser olika ut inom äldreomsorgens hemsjukvård inom Göteborgs stad.

Computer use at work has risen considerably over the past fifteen years and is currently a relatively common phenomenon when 76 percent of women and 72 percent of men using the computer in their daily work (SCB Arbetsmiljörapport 2009).According to Gulliksen and Göransson (2009), Sweden is one of the countries which are more advanced in the procurement of computer systems at work. He means that Sweden has unique opportunities and conditions for user participation in the development of computer systems, when the user has the right to influence their working environment through a law in the Work Environment Act. The paper examines the importance of user involvement in system development and the Swedish company's approach and experience of user involvement. To highlight and explore the importance of user involvement, there has been a case study in which users have been representative of the development process. The case study has been conducted on a case company where the system IST analys was in need of a new interface.

People spend much of their timeat work and health is affected by how we experience our everyday work situation. Health in the workplace is important for public health and seems to improve the occupational health of theemployees. The pace of work and requirements have hasincreased at work and it's not equal accepted to have an obstacle that makesyour work capacity decreases. Despite this, there are health factors that enable us meet therequirements and can maintaingood health in the workplace. Theaim of the studywas to see if there has beena change in healthcare workers work-related health over time.

During the recent financial crisis there has been an intense debate regarding small enterprise?s possibilities to borrow money. Statements from interest groups and results from surveys among Swedish non-financial companies indicate that their situation has worsened. Credit worthy enterprises that under normal circumstances would not have any problems getting financing are now facing financial difficulties. In contrast, an economic report from the Bank of Sweden concludes that Sweden does not suffer from a severe credit rationing due to the financial crisis.

Animal welfare in Sweden has gone through major changes during the later years. In 2004, Swedish Animal Welfare Agency took over the central responsibility for the animal welfare from the Swedish Board of Agriculture, and in 2007 the board again became the central authority for animal welfare in Sweden.Even the practical supervision has changed, from the 1 of January 2009 the supervision is to be performed by the county administrative boards, instead of by the individual municipalities. Since 2006 every horse in the European Union has to have an identification card, in Sweden called a ?horse passport? which describes the color and markings of the horse as well as any veterinary treatments.The ELOF-project, a collaborative project between the Swedish Board of Agriculture and the county administrative boards, intends to make the animal welfare supervision effective, standardised, fair and risk-based. Because of the takeover of the supervision and of the ELOF-project the Örebro County Administrative Board has began to make an inventory of the number of horses and horsefarms in the county. Another Ethology and Animal Welfare-student and I did, in collaboration with the county administrative board created a checklist that in connection with the inventory will lead to a risk-based animal welfare supervision.

In recent years there have been many corporate scandals from environmental and social aspects. Corporate irresponsible behavior has led to major public discussions on responsibility and these pressures made that many companies wanting to show that they are working for a sustainable development by voluntarily reporting economic, environmental and social and social issues in the financial statement. They hope this will create credibility for the companies. In the current situation, there are a number of guidelines that companies can use to report sustainability. One of these is the GRI guidelines which is an international framework that covers many accounting areas and allows companies to compare their sustainability reports with other companies.The purpose of this study is to determine if all state-owned companies follows the government?s requirement that these companies must form a sustainability report under the GRI guidelines, and the sustainability report must be audited and certified by an outside party.

Problem: The Swedish wage-setting has changed since the time for the breakthrough of the industrialism until today. Before that, wages often consisted of perquisites or goods that could be exchanged against other goods. Rural people were often self-sufficient. The translation of financial records of foreign subsidiaries gives rise to currency translation adjustments that affect total group equity. If unwanted, fluctuations in translation adjustments can be avoided using net investment hedges. This study aims to find the extent of net investment hedging in Sweden today and in a short historical perspective, and find explanations to varying levels of hedging and firms' decisions to hedge. Based on annual reports, we determine Swedish firms' net investment hedging policies and their level of hedging. The 32 largest companies listed on the Stockholm stock exchange in the years 1993, 2004, 2006, and 2009 are studied.

The corporate world has become increasingly unpredictable and complex. Several companies are dependent on a rapidly developing market. The development has created a positive impact on production but on working conditions it has resulted in increased work pace and load. Psychosocial and stress-related problems has increased. The development has also meant a greater awareness of work environment issues relevant to competition for customers and employees.

Under våren 2009 blev Umeå kommun intresserade av att göra en utvärdering av bostadsområdet Tomtebo inom ramarna av ett kandidatarbete. Tanken var att utvärdera det befintliga bostadsområdet Tomtebo för att kunna lära av detta, och på sätt förbättra framtida utveckling av bostadsområdet.Syftet med arbetet och utvärderingen är alltså att den ska ligga till grund för en förbättring av samhällsutvecklingen i Umeå kommun. Arbetet är begränsat till att endast handla om Tomtebo i Umeå kommun, och genom hela arbetet har svar på frågan ?Hur har Umeå kommun lyckats med planeringen av Tomtebo?? eftersträvats.Arbetet inleds med en litteraturstudie och parallellt med denna tillverkades tre enkätformulär som skickades ut till Tomtebos invånare 2009-10-01. Totalt postades 1337 anonyma formulär.
