Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om Feldenkrais-metoden kan vara till hjälp i sångutövande, och hur man kan använda Feldenkrais-metoden i sångundervisning. Jag har valt att använda mig av en kvalitativ undersökning där jag utgått från litteratur, en intervju samt deltagande observation ur ett emiskt/etiskt perspektiv. Som sångare eller utövare av något musikaliskt instrument är det av stor vikt att man är medveten om, och tar hand om sin kropp, för att kunna prestera på topp och hålla i längden. Feldenkrais metoden kan i detta fall fungera som en nyckel till att finna lätthet i rörelse och andning. Man bör dock belysa att det finns många andra metoder att nå kroppsligt välbefinnande på, och att det är upp till individen att känna vad som passar bäst.The aim of this thesis is to examine if the Feldenkrais- method can be of help in singing practise, and how you can use the method in voice teaching.

Syftet med denna studie var att underso?ka hur och varfo?r omsorgspersonal pa? en gruppbostad fo?r personer med demens anva?nder sig av klargo?rande kommunikation i det dagliga omsorgsarbetet. Studien har en etnografisk ansats, och datainsamlingsmetoden a?r deltagande observation.

The purpose of this essay has been to investigate how newly arrived asylum seekers experience their first month in Sweden. The focus has been on the introduction week that is given within the first month of their arrival, although the study aims to treat the reception that is given in general. This is important because the refugees are in a sensitive state, leaving their country for different reasons, and coming to a new place wich they know nothing or little about. The questions at issue has been the following; * What are the refugees´ views of the information and the treatment they´ve been given during their first month in Sweden? * Which are the possible reasons for the refugees experiencing the reception the way they do? The methods I´ve used have been observation studies during the introduction week, plus interviews with participants of this introduction.

Syftet med denna studie är att ta reda på hur ett urval lärare i årskurs tre arbetar med övergångar mellan olika aktiviteter under en lektion i ämnena matematik och svenska. För att undersöka detta har vi genomfört en empirisk studie med hjälp av två kvalitativa metoder, observation och intervju. I varje ämne har fem lärare ingått i studien. Det insamlade materialet har sammanställts och analyserats utifrån våra teoretiska begrepp som flertalet kommer av Jacob S. Kounin (1977).Vårt resultat visade att det inte fanns så tydliga skillnader i arbetet kring övergångar mellan de två ämnena matematik och svenska vilket gjorde att vi istället la vikt på att se hur alla lärare i vår studie arbetar med övergångar i stort.

The survey Distanshandeln idag 2005, made by the Swedish postal service, tells us that web shops started to pop up in the 1990´s and began competing with the catalogue sells in the end of the decade. Ten years ago, it was said that the web shops would take over the distance trade market. Today we know that did not happen. Internet shopping accounted for 4, 2 % of all distance shopping in Sweden last year. Our inquiry is guided by the observation that the catalogue is still in use and moreover, it seems to have changed very little from when we were kids.

This article is about Abrahams Children foundation and its teaching method called IE- method. It?s about how a teacher can use the IE- method in the religion lesson. There were some questions in this article that had to be answered and the questions are:- How is the form of the religion classes when a teacher uses the IE- method?- What happens in the class when you study the interaction and the communication?- Does the student?s participation increase when they work with the IE- method?- What are the advantage and the disadvantage with the IE- method?- Can the teacher use the IE- method in other classes?To get to the ?correct? answer I used many methods like, observation in the class, qualitative interview with the teacher (Lisa Andersson) and with four students (Kim, Erik, Amanda, Patrik) and I also used questionnaire.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the unit managers, within care of elderly, in their role as manager and leader handle possible stress reactions among its nursing staff. Our purpose will generate the following issues;         How does the employer discover stress among the employees?        In what way is the stress taken care of among the geriatric care staff?What opportunities are there to prevent stress?The study is based on a qualitative research method. As a data collection method we've used semi-structured interviews and we have implemented them in five female heads in a medium-sized municipality in Sweden.

The purpose of this essay was to examine what social functions the local pub provides to its regular frequenters, as well as the significance of the pub in the regulars? life. Essential questions were: For what purpose do the regular frequenters visit the pub? What are the routines of the pub visit? Can regular frequenters be viewed as a homogenous group, and if so, what are the prevailing norms in the group? How do the regulars perceive the staff, does the staff influence the regulars´ choice of pub? How does the staff perceive the regular frequenters?Our method was a qualitative case study based on participant observation and eight interviews with regular frequenters on a particular pub in Malmoe, Sweden.The main conclusion of this essay was that the relationship between the regular and the pub was much deeper than we initially thought. In addition to drinking beer, they also visited the pub to avoid loneliness, find fellowship and socialize with people who have similar backgrounds and values.

SAMMANFATTNINGBakgrundPerifer venkateter (PVK) är en medicinsk produkt bestående av en tunn kateter som, med hjälp av en ledarkanyl, förs in i en perifer ven för att kunna tillföra patienten läkemedel, näring, vätska och blodprodukter. Inläggande av PVK är ett vanligt förekommande ingrepp inom sjukvården. För att undvika komplikationer relaterade till PVK finns i Sverige nationella riktlinjer. Det finns även internationella riktlinjer gällande vårdhygien i allmänhet. Det ligger i sjuksköterskans uppgift att hantera PVK i enlighet med dessa riktlinjer.

This master´s thesis in Library and Information Science examines the experiences of children who read to a dog. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the interactions between the librarian, the readingdog-handler, the child-ren and the dogs and what the benefits from the interactions might be. The aim is also to examine how the child-ren express their literacy during the readingsessions and how to develop the readingsessions at a specific library. The author follows a reading dog project for seven weeks, in collaboration with a specific school and library. Action research was used as a research strategy, and since action research is done on the basis of practice, a coll-laboration with the participating children, the librarian and the readingdog-handler was significant in this study.The theoretical framework concists of theory and concepts from the sociocultural theory developed by Ro-ger Säljö, and human-animal studies with concepts from Donna Haraway.

The main problem that is seen in schools is that teachers sometimes don not reflect on what kind of pupils they have in the class and therefore do not adapt their way of communicate, which can lead to confusion and misunderstandings from the pupils side.In this essay I have study a teacher?s way to communicate with her pupils depending of what kind of class she has. The main question is How the dialogue between teacher and pupils looks like, and after that there are two more questions that are answered.The method in this essay is of a qualitative form where the observation is the main method to gather the empiric parts. The analysis is also of a qualitative form.The theoretical frame is taken from different scholars but the main focus lies in the subject of communication and dialogue and how these subjects are depending on the relationships  between people. But there are also a theory from Bahktin were he points out how to succeed with a dialogue in a classroom.The conclusion in this essay is that communication and dialogue in the classrooms are important regardless what kind of pupils you as a teacher have.

Badminton är en inomhussport som människor i alla åldrar och på alla nivåer kan utöva. Ju högre nivå sporten utövas på ju mer krav ställs på belysningen. I många badmintonhallar används idag armaturer som bidrar till bländning och som inte ger en god synkomfort. Badminton är världens snabbaste racketsport vilket gör att kraven på belysningen är hög. Utan tillräckliga riktlinjer gällande belysningsanläggningens utformning som ska säkerställa en god belysning för spelarna kan det bli svårt för dessa att hinna uppfatta fjäderbollen, då spelet går väldigt snabbt och mycket rörelser sker på badmintonplanen.Syftet är att öka förståelsen för vilka faktorer som är viktiga att ta hänsyn till vid planering av ny belysning i badmintonhallar.Metoderna som användes i studien var observationer, ljusmätningar, intervjuer och enkätundersökningar.

Huvudsyftet med denna studie var att se hur pojkar och flickor hjälper till vid matsituationen i förskolan. Studien är genomförd ur ett genusperspektiv där Hirdmans (2001) teori om genuskontrakt har använts som analysverktyg och resultatet vidare diskuterats ur ett jämställdhetsperspektiv som en aspekt av hållbar utveckling. För att undersöka detta har observation använts som metod. Resultatet visar att både pojkar och flickor hjälper till, ibland på lika sätt och ibland på olika sätt. Genuskontraktet finns till viss del implementerad på avdelningen där observationerna har utförts.

En upprörd patient sitter i väntrummet på en akutmottagning. Patienten har väntat på vård i flera timmar och äntligen kommer en sjuksköterska in. Patienten reser sig upp och bereder sig på att följa med. Tyvärr utropar sjuksköterskan någon annans namn och den väntande patienten frågar undrande: ?Ursäkta, när är det min tur?? Problem:Vi anser att det finns problem i arbetsprocessen på akutmottagningen som orsakar att patienten får vänta onödigt länge.

The social positions reffered to is the Owner, the Participant and the Spectator, defined by Ljung Djärf (2004). According to Ljung Djärf (2004), the Owner is defined as the one in control of the mouse and keyboard. The Owner is expected to be in charge of what is happening on the screen. The Participant is typically found on a chair near the computer.
