Är gröna obligationer ett finansiellt instrument som bidrar till en hållbar utveckling?

Världen står idag inför många miljömässiga utmaningar och kapitalbehovet för attmildra effekterna av klimatförändringarna är stort. För att möta det stora kapitalbehovetmåste de globala finansmarknaderna involveras. Gröna obligationer är ett nyttfinansiellt instrument vars likvid är ämnad att gå till finansieringen av projekt sombidrar till en minskad klimatpåverkan. Finansieringsformen har växt i popularitet blandsvenska organisationer sedan introduktionen på den svenska marknaden trots att dessaffärsnytta för den utförande enheten inte är övertygande. Syftet med uppsatsen ärdärför att undersöka drivkrafterna bakom emitteringen av gröna obligationer samt omdessa drivkrafter är tillräckligt starka för att öka investeringarna i klimatrelateradeprojekt och på så sätt bidra till en hållbar utveckling.Baserat på uppsatsens syfte användes en kvalitativ metod vid genomfördet av denempiriska datainsamlingen utifrån emittenternas perspektiv.

Kundlojalitet inom lojalitetsprogram

Bakgrund Som en följd av ett hårdare marknadsklimat har allt fler företag antagit en mer kundorienterad inriktning med kundrelationer i fokus (Xie & Chen 2013). Lojala kunder är en värdefull tillgång för företag, och allt fler forskare framhåller vikten av att behålla och vårda de befintliga kunderna (Bahaedin 2012). Ett verktyg för att erhålla och behålla lojala kunder är lojalitetsprogram (Lui & Yang 2009) men inom forskningen råder det delade meningar kring lojalitetsprogrammens effekt och huruvida man erhåller lojala kunder. Motsättningarna kring programmens effekter tyder på att mer forskning krävs för att få en djupare förståelse för kundlojalitet i relation till lojalitetsprogram.Syfte Studiens syfte är att beskriva hur lojalitetsprogram och dess förmåner kan påverka medlemmars lojalitet samt påvisa hur fördelningen av förmåner ser ut hos lojalitetsprogram inom detalj- och dagligvaruhandeln på den svenska marknaden.MetodI studien har en kvalitativ ansats tillämpats i form av fokusgrupp, individuella intervjuer och en innehållsanalys. Fokusgruppen och de enskilda intervjuerna tillämpades för att erhålla en djupare förståelse för medlemmars erfarenhet av och attityder gentemot lojalitetsprogram.

The ambition to make a comparison between the parish of Skara and the parish of Gårdstånga, earlier investigated by Elisabeth Reuterswärd, failed due to few archives from the parish of Skara. My study takes a broader perspective of the signification of the announcements to the reverends and to the churchgoers. It was an obligation to the reverend to read, collect and save the announcements and the churchgoers were by law obligated to go to church every Sunday.

By introducing Inkassolagen (1974:182), the legislator hoped to regulate the debt recovery process and ensure the fair treatment of debtors. The legislator also introduced liability for damages caused by a creditor in the collection process.

Transnationell kooperation : en studie av DLA Agro

Farmers Cooperative has in recent years developed from national markets to cross-border, international, collaborations. One example is the merger between the Swedish dairy company Arla and Danish MD Foods, where the companies collectively are sought to reduce transaction costs and thus improve efficiency. The Swedish market for commodities (fertilizers and pesticides) in agriculture has for many years been dominated by a few large players, with little opportunity for grain associations and local grain companies to offer their customers a varied range of commodities with a competitive pricing.To change this state, a majority of Swedish and Danish grain associations and local grain companies have established a trans-national cooperation. Through the establishment of the organization DLA Agro, they offer their customers a good variety of products with competitive prices. This study investigates thus according to the theory of cooperative models to what extent and how the DLA Agro helps to create benefits for the Swedish member companies.

Sociala Medier som kommunikationskanal för B2B-företag

The purpose of this thesis is to show what advantages and opportunities social media offer for B2B-companies (business-to-business), and how they can be used for marketing communications.We have studied how companies can use social media, for example evolving the organization, developing products/services, staying up-to-date, building relations, creating customer loyalty and engagement, building the company?s identity and image, and affecting the buying decisions. We have also studied how B2B-companies can choose media channels, set goals, and measure the results.We have carried out interviews, through phone and visits, with four chosen companies that fit our criterias: Swedish B2B-company that is successful in social media.The result of the interviews show that B2B-companies use social media for various purposes, for example networking (to create and build long term relations with other companies) and to improve the company?s image among the end customers. Most of our interviewees reach their end customers (consumers) in first place and customers (companies) in second place, since many B2B-companies do not yet use social media.Half of our respondents mention that social media should not be used for advertising and campaigns (one way communication).

En studie hur obligationsfonders kursutveckling påverkas av ränte- och makroekonomiska variabler

Vi har i detta arbete funnit att räntorna är de oberoende variabler som har inverkan på obligationsfondernas NAV-kurser. Vi fann dock inga samband mellan makrovariablerna och NAV-kurserna, men tidigare forskning tyder på att dessa är diskonterade i räntan och därmed indirekt påverkar kursernas utveckling. Mer handgripligt fann vi att de 4- och 5-åriga svenska statsobligationsräntorna påverkade de medellånga fonderna, medan de 5-, 8- samt 10-åriga statsobligationsräntorna hade högst inverkan på de långa fonderna. I den konstruerade modellen har vi lyckats att ge ett förklaringsvärde för det sista och femte årets NAV-kursutveckling med 94,6 procent för de medellånga fonderna samt 96,9 procent för de långa fonderna..

The purpose with our study is to increase our knowledge about how personnel in different activities experience the work with childrens who is growing up with addicted parents. What the personal experienced as important facts was structure and flexibility to take care of all children´s special need.Something else they experienced was, during discussions with children it´s important to listen to them and confirm their self-esteem.We have found that there are many well-functioning activities of this kind of children, but there are difficulties to have the parents to take the children to the activities.The personal believe that this is because the parents do not realise their addiction problem enough. The respondents expressed a which to get closer to the school so they can increase cooperation and reach more children in this way, and a lot of these respondents also point out that the community where ever the children are has a obligation to report or notify the social service if there are any children that need care..
