Background For patients in need for psychiatric care who refuse treatment, coercive care might be necessary due to The Law of Psychiatric Compulsory Care, LPT. The purpose of this law is to make sure the patient later on will be able to increase autonomy. The most frequent patients in coercive care suffer from psychosis, heavy depression or having high risk of committing suicide. One of the most important tasks in the nurse profession is to increase patients? autonomy.

Conclusions: Despite a difference in the relations the interorganizational accounting is designed and used in a similar way. The interorganizational accounting that exists in the two relations has a medium scope, fast timeline, high aggregation and high integration. The information is mainly used for attention directing and for decision making.

Study objects: JM, Folkhem and ABB.Purpose: The purpose with this study are to examine how the supplier relations are in the construction branch and compare that result with how the supplier relations are for ABB a production company.Theoretical: The theoretical chapter illustrates important and relevant parts of supplier relations, purchasing and supplier strategies to give good overview. The theoretical review will combine information from different fields to consent with the research problem.Method: A case study has been made on three different companies, one of the companies was active in the production industry the other two were active in the construction industry. Data was mainly collected through semi structured interviews on each of the three companies.Conclusions: The size of the company decided which point of view the company had on purchasing, traditional or modern view. All three companies had a centralized purchasing organization but the construction firms were more decentralized than the production company. The reason was that the construction firms were dependent with more flexibility when every construction project is unique..

Utifrån våra erfarenheter som sjuksköterskor har vi en gemensam upplevelse av att det finns problem runt läkemedel och äldre. Det finns studier som visar att mellan 10 till 20 procent av äldre som läggs in akut på sjukhus beror på läkemedelsrelaterade problem. Biverkningar av läkemedel kan för den äldre ge ett lidande istället för ett lindrande. För att komma vidare tror vi att sjuksköterskor i mötet med den äldre behöver skapa förutsättningar för delaktighet i läkemedelsbehandling och därmed kunna uppfatta den äldres behov såväl uttalade som outtalade. Vad är det som hindrar och möjliggör patientens delaktighet i sin läkemedelsbehandling? Syftet med uppsatsen är att belysa den äldres förutsättningar för delaktighet i sin läkemedelsbehandling.

The purpose of this master's thesis is to describe the expansion of Sundbyberg public library during the decade 1954 to 1964. Our focus of interest is the library?s concentration on public relations in 1954.During the experimental year 1954 a public relations librarian, Bianca Bianchini, was employed. Her task was to introduce thelibrary to the citizens of Sundyberg who were not already using it. As a background to this concentration on public relations we also describe the early development of the public library in Sundbyberg.

The purpose of the literature review was to examine barriers and facilitators to life style changes experienced by patients with coronary heart disease. This knowledge could be of use to the nurse in her role as a support to the patient in the process of life style change. Bakgrund: Av Sveriges befolkning har ca 2-4,5 % diagnosen diabetes. Av de diagnostiserade har 10-15% typ 1 diabetes och resterande typ 2 diabetes. Eftersom sjukdomen ständigt ökar så finns dessa patienter överallt. Det finns således stor möjlighet att som färdig sjuksköterska träffa dessa patienter både inom primärvård och slutenvård. Syfte: Syftet med den här litteraturstudien är att beskriva hur en sjuksköterska kan undervisa en patient med diabetes typ 2 för att uppnå följsamhet till egenvård.

Introduction: Diabetes type 1 is a common chronic disease in children and adolescents. The disease affect, not only the child, but also the parents in their everyday life. The specialist diabetic nurse has a huge responsibility in supporting the parents to feel confident in managing the child?s diabetes.Aims of the study: To investigate how parents of children with diabetes type 1 perceive the care given from the specialist diabetic nurse and what wishes they have concerning the care they receive.Design and methods: Searches for studies in electronic databases were conducted between January 2013 and march 2013. A literature review containing 16 studies was compiled.

SUMMARYPrevious research has shown that there is a connection between the doorways and postoperative wound infections. Despite recommendations from Socialstyrelsen and the individual hospitals' PM there is still high traffic in the operating theatres. In a hybrid theatre environment combined X-ray techniques of surgery, resulting in it being further two categories inside the operating theatre. This may generate an increase in traffic flow. The study is a prospective, non-participant observation study conducted in the spring of 2013 at a university hospital in western Sweden.

Sjuksköterskans arbete utgör en livsviktig uppgift som innefattar patientsäkerhet genom att sjuksköterskan övervakar patienten för att tidigt kunna upptäcka symtom och därmed förhindra att allvarliga och livshotande komplikationer uppstår.Syfte:Syftet var att belysa blodtransfusioner utifrån sjuksköterskans och patientens erfarenheter.Metod:Metoden som användes var en litteraturbaserad studie enligt Friberg. Datainsamlingen utfördes i databaserna Cinahl with full text och Pubmed with full text med sökorden nursing, nursing care, blood transfusion, transfusion, patient care och patient experience. Resultatet baserades på sex vetenskapliga publikationer med både kvalitativ och kvantitativ design.

The Swedish Public Relation industry has gone through a rapid growth in the recent decade. Stroke är en av våra stora folksjukdomar som drabbar cirka 30 000 människor varje år.Strokedrabbade patienter kommer i kontakt med hälso- och sjukvården och sjuksköterskanhar en central roll i omvårdnaden. Därför är det viktigt att sjuksköterskan har kunskap ompatienters upplevelse av att drabbas av stroke. Syftet med denna studie är att beskrivapatienters upplevelse av stroke. Metoden som använts är en litteraturstudie där trettonkvalitativa artiklar analyserats. Tre olika huvudteman framkom ur analysen: upplevelse avförändringar efter stroke, Strategier för att hantera den nya situationen och upplevelse avmötet med sjukvården.

Introduction: Balance between the essential nutritive substances is important for aperson to maintain health. The surgical patient can be stricken with conditions, whichhave a negative impact on this balance and can lead to malnutrition. Working as a nurseit is important to identify patients that are malnourished or is in the risk zone ofmalnourishment since 30 % of all patients in hospitals are malnourished.Aim: The aim of this study was to examine the compliance to the guidelines fornutritional assessment and parenteral nutrition on a surgical ward. Also whether thenutritional treatment/-support was reported to the next caregivers if the patient wasmalnourished or was in the risk zone of malnourishment at the time of discharge.Method: 80 patients enrolled on the ward in the beginning of year 2011 were included.Audit of patient records was made according to the hospital guidelines for nutrition andparenteral nutrition and followed a study specific protocol.Results: The examination of the case records showed that the guidelines for nutritionwere partly complied with. Nutritional treatment/-support was reported to the nextcaregivers when needed.
