SammandragÄmneHur ser redovisningen av efterbehandlingskostnader ut inom svensk gruvnäring?SyfteDenna uppsats syftar till att undersöka hur tre svenska gruvföretags värdering av efterbehandlingskostnader påverkas av använd redovisningsprincip samt söka finna hur använd metod påverkar relevansen hos externredovisningen, som underlag för investeringsbedömning.GenomförandeUppsatsen bygger på en kvalitativ studie av tre svenska gruvföretags redovisning av efterbehandlingskostnader. Företagen är Boliden, LKAB samt Lundin Mining. Representanter från gruvföretagen har intervjuats samt en person från branschorganisationen SveMin.SlutsatserFörfattarna finner att det finns skillnader mellan företagens sätt att redovisa efterbehandlingskostnader, beroende av att olika redovisningsprinciper tillämpas.Traditioner inom redovisningen har format två redovisningsprinciper vilka har kommit att ge redovisningen olika krav. Kraven som ställs har medfört att redovisningen skiljer sig åt.

Syftet med studien är att få en inblick i HR-funktioners betydelse i dagens organisationer samt se till hur de via de mänskliga resurserna, bidrar till verksamhetens framgång. För att undersöka HR-funktionens arbete med de mänskliga resurserna har vi valt att ta hjälp av de tre begreppen ?Kunna, Vilja, Förstå? som, enligt oss, är förutsättningar för att medarbetarna ska kunna göra ett bra arbete. Studien ger ett historiskt perspektiv på vad som format fram dagens HR-roll samt vad yrket innebär idag. I studien har vi använt oss av en kvalitativ metod och intervjuat sex HR-personer som alla är verksamma i olika organisationer.

As a starting point the society is more enlightened and has gained a greater awareness about the gender power structures and its different forms. Present research shows the continuous development into other shapes and comes into different expressions that might be unrecognised. In order to gain knowledge about the present structure of the gender power structure system, the aim of this study was to investigate framing of female and male politicians in media. The main question asked was: ?are there framing differences in the portraits of the male and female politicians?? In order to achieve results articles in the biggest Swedish daily newspaper were examined.

I?ve chosen primary to analyze commercial form of advertising by world leading companies; McDonald?s, Coca-Cola and HP due to their implementation of global advertising. The fourth campaign that?s being analyzed is not of commercial type instead it?s characterized as an informative campaign that the ideal organization Amnesty is carring out.  The study has been successful in gathering data that could be presented in correlation with already established theories and then comparing the results. The goal of the research is to create an understanding regarding global advertising as well as the scientific debate that?s going on within the subject.

Watching television (TV) has been given a new meaning, you don?t have to book a specific time, a specific date if you don?t want to miss the program you were planning to see. In Sweden now days we can watch TV in lot of different ways, whenever we choose to do so. In this thesis I attempt to explain and document the process of shaping a tvformat, the development and adaptation to a time when the TV medium is in a change. Plus a look at how the television audiences relate to their use of it.

This Bachelor thesis examines the possibility of replacing an outdated, analog video recording system to a digital counterpart. It is key that the video and audio signals remain synchronized, generator locked and time stamped. It is up to nine different video sources and a number of audio sources to be recorded and treated in such a manner which enables synchronized playback. The  different video sources do not always follow a universal standard, and differ from format as well as resolution. This thesis aims to compare a number of state of the art commercial of the shelf solutions with proprietary hardware.

I grundskolan skiljer det sig mycket från elev till elev när det gäller konsten att behärska läsning. Då läsning är något som tränas genom övning är det oftast de som tycker det är svårt som håller sig borta från läsandet. DAISY är ett format som erbjuder läsare att, samtidigt som de läser en text, få den uppläst. Genom att presentera text både visuellt och auditivt kan fokus tas bort från själva ordavkodningen, vilket är det som de flesta i läs- och skrivsvårigheter har problem med. I detta arbete undersöktes läshastighet, läsförståelse och läseffektivitet på 18 åttondeklassare, varav sju uppvisade olika grader av läs- och skrivsvårigheter.

AbstractIn this essay I discuss narrative in the reconstruction of national identity. I discuss exclusion as a side effect in thick identities. That means that thick national identities always exclude another part. From this I´ve discussed the Swedish identity and its effects in the European co-operation. Identity is a discourse that reconstructs linguistically.

In august 2006 the Swedish government official report (SOU) about the structural discrimination was published and caused a lot of debate in the media. This paper is about the report as such, as much as the academic quarrel it caused in the newspaper Dagens Nyheter. My aim is to explore why the report is so provocative and what the debate actually is about. I use discourse analysis both as a method and theoretical framework, inspired by Ernesto Laclau and Chantal Mouffe. Using this methodology I explore which discourses that are articulated.

Hur lär man känna en plats? I mitt examensarbete har jag undersökt hur man genom en konstnärlig process kan närma sig en plats. Hur man kan studera sin egen närmiljö för att upptäcka något nytt i sin vardag. Hur man kan ta plats, ockupera och interagera med hus, inredning, människor och material. Flera platser har legat under observation, där HDK - Högskolan för Design och Konsthantverk har varit en av dem.

Under 1990-talet genomgick den svenska äldreomsorgen många viktiga förändringar där omorganiseringar och strävan efter att arbeta mer kostnadseffektivt präglade äldreomsorgens verksamheter. Som en effekt av de omorganiseringar som format dagens hemtjänstarbete har tidsmätningssystem införts i många av landets kommuner. Syftet med systemen är att hemtjänstpersonal ska redovisa den exakta tid som utförs i omsorgsarbetet samtidigt som tidsmätningssystemen också bidrar till ett mer effektivt arbete. I denna uppsats efterfrågas hur hemtjänstpersonal och hemtjänstchefer upplever användandet av tidmätningssystem samt om och på vilket sätt omsorgsklimatet kan påverkas av att man använder dessa system i omsorgsarbete. Fyra enskilda intervjuer genomfördes i denna studie och resultatet påvisar att huruvida användandet av tidsmätningssystem upplevs kan relateras till det mått av inflytande man känner inför sitt arbete och sina arbetsuppgifter..

The aim of this study was to examine the discourse of asylum seekers in Sweden from January 2009 to December 2013 in the newspapers Helsingborgs Dagblad and Dagens Nyheter. By using discourse analysis as a theory and method, combined with the theory of orientalism, I have analysed and compared news articles from these two newspapers. The findings of the study shows that asylum seekers are often portrayed as a group rather than individuals. Included in the group identity are several subgroups, for example asylum seekers are portrayed as victims, as a cost to society and as a highly suspect group that cannot be controlled. Furthermore, asylum seekers are depicted as ?the other? in contrast to the Swedish ?we?, where differences in culture and tradition are frequently mentioned.

Is social media becoming a new form of interview? This is a quantitative study about the use of quotations from social media in Swedish newspapers. We chose the online editions of two of Sweden?s biggest newspapers for this, namely aftonbladet.se and dn.se.Although we noticed a big difference between the more serious dn.se and the more scandal-oriented aftonbladet.se both newspaper still frequently used quotations from social media.The thing that we found most troublesome about this phenomenon was the fact that we found that journalists very rarely contacted the person whose quotations they used. That meant that the interviewee had a very slim chance of correcting any misunderstandings.It also opened up the opportunity for certain people to use the media to spread their own agendas without getting questioned.We used the social institutionalizing theory and the social responsibility theory to verify our findings.

This paper is about sensemaking. By using sensemaking we have derived bankruptcy factors from business leaders? own statements about their bankruptcies. The focus in this paper is to ensure how business leaders create meaning about the bankruptcies, which is also our research question.To make the study feasible, we used a method that corresponds well to the purpose of our work. The collection of data started with collecting a number of newspaper articles with direct quotes from business leaders.

Photography has long been of importance for humans in aspects of community, sharing and documenting. It has previously only existed in analogue format and with larger cameras. We have presently reached a new generation of cameras and photography. The new smaller compact cameras that are provided with most cellular phones take digital images of varying quality and accounts for a large part of photography. With the emergence of social media, photography and social interaction combined came photo applications with different features.
