The purpose of this study was to examine social worker?s own experiences of dealing with gender perspectives in child welfare cases. With a constructionist perspective, this study is based on a qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews. Six social workers were asked to reflect on their work and their methodology, and how it relates to gender perspectives when assessing children and adolescents in child welfare services.The result shows that there is a lack of control and review that children are given a gender neutral treatment. It also shows that there was no explicit protocol for how to take a gender perspective into account when assessing children and adolescents needs of welfare services.

One can find it problematic to communicate in today?s information society and therefore has the importance of distributing information the right way grown. Managers possess the authority to control what information is to be distributed how and that has created a big need for managers to learn how to communicate. This study was conducted in hope of enlightening the phenomenon male and female management communication. We chose to do a case study on two managers on Solna Stad in Stockholm. One male and one female.

Studiens syfte är att granska bilder, layout och reklam från olika webbplatser och analysera hurdessa bilder kan påverka ungdomar i deras konstruktion av sin identitet. De hemsidor som granskatsvaldes ut genom en informant och valet av informant gjordes genom en enkätundersökning somfokuserade på vilka webbplatser ungdomarna besökt under en vecka. Den valda informanten bleven 15-årig tjej som fyllde i enkäten utförligt och hade besökt många hemsidor som innehöll mångabilder och som var intressanta för studien. Studien av de olika webbplatserna visade att hemsidornahade mestadels neutral layout, men innehåll många bilder med många olika starka budskap. Genomatt spara och dela bilderna via sin egen profil och andra hemsidor ges man som användare möjlighetatt uttrycka och konstruera vem man är och vem man vill vara genom att förknippas med en viss typav bilder.

En intervjustudie där specialpedagog och elever intervjuats med målet att få till stånd en förbättring och en förändring av specialundervisningen. En genomgång av litteratur och debattartiklar visar att vi idag på min arbetsplats inte bedriver denna undervisning som den bör bedrivas enligt skolverket och forskare. Intervjuerna ägde rum på skolan med först specialpedagog och sedan två elever. Intervjuerna visade att deltagarna inte är nöjda med hur specialundervisningen bedrivs i dag. Specialpedagogen arbetar inte som hon borde göra enligt riktlinjerna från skolverket och pojkarna känner sig marginaliserade.

Several researches asserts that as teachers are responsible for the content of teaching and by formulating teaching "Why, ""How" and "What", that will also give signals to students about what is important knowledge. This essay addresses the difficulties teachers may face in terms of self-disclosure student texts and awareness of this in the design of teaching and writing tasks. Research shows that self-disclosure and self-therapy student texts exist and that teachers are experiencing a difficulty with regard to assessment and treatment.Through qualitative interviews examined seven teachers' design of any, to the student, self-disclosure information from curriculum and policy documents. Another purpose of this paper is to examine the extent to which teachers, through the information they give to their pupils, may affect the texts students submit. It turns out that the respondents are united in the belief that they, through their data, may affect the texts they receive from their students when they are the ones that control the content of teaching, and they agree that the curricula gives them a great choice for design data. The survey shows that the perception of the curriculum that will open up for self-disclosure texts differ as some of the respondents believe that the curriculum is very much about the students way to express feelings and opinions, while others believe that they may try to package this data in another purpose or exercise.

The First World War had a definite impact on all of Europe, not to say the entire world. The domain of art was no exception. In Zürich, neutral Switzerland, a group of young creative intellectuals who shared a hostile approach towards the structure of the bourgeois society, with its non-democratic rulers and current nationalism which lead up to the war, united under the artistic movement we today call Dadaism. After the war Dadaism sprung up in several cities throughout Europe, among those Berlin. In Berlin Dadaism became a socialist weapon of propaganda, with its norm breaking artistic manifestations, against the camouflaged conservative government of the new Weimar republic.

Society has depended on fossil-based fuel for a long time, which has led to a fundamental increase of greenhouse gases in the Earth?s atmosphere. To tackle this problem the international community has agreed that action is necessary. The purpose of this study is to examine young peoples' perception of their media criticial competence in relation to digital news. The study is based on quantitative research interviews with young people (15-17 years) and qualitative interviews with people in the same age group as well as teachers and international media professionals.This study's theoretical point of departure is McQuail´s observation that peoples' values and views to a great extent are influenced by the media. Another source of theoretical inspiration was Haberman's ideas about how a diversity of views and arguments increase the citizens' ability to reflect critically on social developments - maybe even more so than in societies with  independent media and "neutral" news.The study shows that the young generation of web based news consumers assumes that it is very important to be an aware and critical consumer but also that they do not feel sufficiently equipped with the right tools required to understand the long-term impact and effect of the media reporting online. Young people basically seemed to acquire their knowledge about media by doing and learning on their own. Surprisingly, according to the young people that were interviewed for this project, the schools seemed to play a secondary role in the development of their media critical capacity.

This thesis is of an historical nature and deals with two institutions in Bosnia and Hercegovina: waqf and the Library of Gazi Husrev bay. These institutions are placed in a societal context which makes it easier to understand their origins, development and decline. The purpose of this thesis is to describe and analyze the history of the Library of Gazi Husrev bay and its specific characteristics as well as analyze the institution of waqf in a societal context. The questions posed by this thesis are: What is waqf and its meaning? What are its benevolent as well as hostile periods? How did the Library of Gazi Husrev bay and its mission develop? The thesis is limited to waqf in its societal context.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att ta reda på hur de svenska konsumenternas attityder och medvetande skiljer sig åt när det gäller egna varumärken i jeans, TV-apparater och deodoranter. För att uppnå uppsatsens syfte har vi har använt oss av en kvantitativ studie, vilken baseras på en enkätundersökning som respondenter runt om i Skåne besvarat. Enkäterna behandlade medvetenheten om och attityderna till egna varumärken inom de tre olika produktkategorier, jeans, TV-apparater och deodoranter. Vi har funnit att det finns skillnader mellan konsumenters medvetande om och attityd till egna varumärken inom de olika produktkategorierna. Egna varumärken inom de kategorier som för med sig ett high-involvement-köpbeteende, TV-apparater och till viss del även jeans, hade respondenterna i regel en negativare attityd till jämfört med traditionella varumärken.
