In recent years, agile software development methods have become increasingly popular throughout the world. Today there are a number of different agile methods and they all rest on the Agile Manifesto that was formulated in 2001 as a reaction to the traditional software processes.The aim of this thesis is to make a survey of some of the agile methods used today and to see how they are being used in practice. It consists of two parts: a literature study and an interview study with people working in the software business. First, a definition of agile methods is proposed and a number of different agile methods are described. Second, the interviews are being analysed with special focus on communication, collaboration, expectations and results.

Vi har d?rf?r valt att i v?r studie unders?ka hur fritidshemspersonal och v?rdnadshavare upplever dagens digitala kommunikationskanaler i fritidshemmets kontext. Det empiriska underlag som ligger till grund f?r v?r diskussion och analys och som vi slutligen baserar v?ra slutsatser p? ?r svarsresultatet fr?n v?r enk?tstudie d?r v?rdnadshavare och fritidshemspersonal har f?tt ta st?llning till ett antal p?st?enden som ber?r digital kommunikation och samverkan. Som teoretiska utg?ngspunkter i v?ra analyser har vi anv?nt oss av socialkonstruktionism och l?roplansteori.

Den nationella värdegrunden lagstadgades 2010 och denna studie undersöker hur den har implementerats och används inom särskilda boenden inom äldreomsorgen och hur den har påverkat verksamheterna. I den nationella värdegrunden utgår lagen ifrån att alla ska se vårdtagaren och ge denna ett värdigt liv och välbefinnande. Genom denna lag ska vårdtagaren kunna påverka sin egen vård, och även som närstående kunna göra sin åsikt hörd. Utbildning av personal ska ske och Socialstyrelsen tillhandahåller material till genomförandet.Syftet med undersökningen är att undersöka vilka erfarenheter enhetschefer har av implementering och användning av den nationella värdegrunden inom äldreomsorg.Valet blev att göra en kvalitativ studie som gjorts genom att intervjua sex enhetschefer inom äldreomsorgen. En intervjuguide som bygger på frågeställningar ur värdegrundsperspektiv är grunden till intervjun.

Om inte, hur kan man utveckla Uppsalamodellen till att a?ven inkludera born global-fo?retag?Fo?r att underso?ka forskningsfra?gan har det genomfo?rts en granskande litteraturgenomga?ng, en sammansta?llning av born global-fo?retag samt en fallstudie.

Denna uppsats redogo?r fo?r hur homosexuella, bisexuella och transsexuella personer har karakta?riserats inom svensk film mellan a?ren 1916 och 1998. Underso?kningens ma?l har varit att ta reda pa? hur framsta?llandet av HBT-personer har fo?ra?ndrats under tidsperioden och relatera detta till samha?llets lagar och normer kring homosexualitet samt till den internationella utvecklingen. Uppsatsen visar att homosexualitet alls inte diskuterades o?ppet inom den svenska filmen fo?rra?n i slutet av 1940-talet.

Tidigare forskning visar att personlighet har betydelse fo?r individens stressupplevelse. Sa?rskilt individer ho?gt i Fem-Faktor modellens personlighesdimension neuroticism tenderar att upplevd ho?gre stressniva?er a?n o?vriga fyra personlighetsdimensioner extraversion, samvetsgrannhet, o?ppenhet och sympatiskhet. Denna studie underso?kte relationen mellan samtliga personlighetsdimensioner, samt en del o?vriga variabler, och stress.

Jag har i den ha?r uppsatsen beskrivit hur det ra?der en otydlighet i vad begreppen saklighet och allsidighet inneba?r inom skolans va?rld. Jag har framfo?rt ett intresse fo?r hur samha?llskunskapsla?rare ser pa? begreppen och hur de tolkar dem. Jag har sen presenterat tidigare forskning om la?rares uppfattningar och visat att intervjustudier, fenomenografi och grounded theory a?r vanligt inom denna typ av forskning.

This paper deals with the late Viking age/early medieval grave field in Björned, Torsåker parish, Ångermanland County in northern Sweden. The grave field in Björned is rare because it has all the signs of being Christianized before the surroundings. This awakes questions such as if the people of Björned came from another place and brought the religion with them or if someone else did that for them. To find these answers I have analysed the stable isotope ratios [delta]13C, [delta]15N and [delta]34S in human bone collagen. Through these stable isotopes we can not only see what the people consumed but also where their food had its origin.

This study examines how the Swedish newspaper G?teborgs-Posten presented Swedish identity in relation to the country?s referendum and EU-membership. By investigating the usage of the Swedish identity, related to EU-membership, the ambition is to conclude whether the newspaper was positive towards EU-membership. The empirical base consists of articles produced by G?teborgs-Posten from the first of October 1994 to the last day of January 1995.

The purpose of this master thesis is to attract attention to the undefined spaces of our urban landscape and emphasize the need of these spaces in the city. The different values of these spaces are here clearly presented so that they can be considered when real estate developers show a particular interest in any one of these undefined spaces. The term undefinied spaces can mean a lot of things. The spaces that I now choose to define as undefined spaces are neither planned nor designed. It could for instance be a piece of leftover land in between two residential areas, or as times change, a formerly planned area might be forgotten and left to its own.

The purpose of this study is to investigate ethnic discrimination in the recruitment process. National and international law protect individuals from ethnic discrimination by potential employers during the recruitment process.Despite the laws in place to protect human rights, minorities in society do not have the same opportunities in the labor market as the rest of the population. Minorities continue to have difficulties compared to Swedish nationals in the recruiting process. Highly educated immigrants seeking employment in Sweden continue to report being treated unfairly based on their ethnic background.Ethnic discrimination in the recruiting process is based on prejudice and stereotypes that affect decisions whether it is visible or hidden, intentional or unintentional.Under the law, it is not legal to base a decision on prejudices or stereotypes. Therefore, it is important for the employer to highlight the job requirements to ensure the recruitment process is ethical.

The purpose of this work was that with the help of a literature review have a single document with information on how the various species: brown bear (Ursus arctos), lynx (Lynx lynx) and the wolf (Canis lupus) living in the wild. The aim was also to show which stereotypic behaviours these different species have in zoos and the enrichments that is already being used and to make suggestions and recommendations on enrichment based on animal behaviour ecology. In zoos, some species thrive well while others have propositions to propagating problems, poor health and stereotypic behaviors. The brown bear, lynx and wolf, live both in the wild and in zoos in Sweden. As these animals have different ways of living in the wild, it is important to accommodate to each species, the way they are kept in zoos in accordance with their behavioural ecology.Brown bears are omnivorous and solitary living species with large energy needs so that they spend most of their day to actively feeding but also rest.

The aim of this study is to examine the Christian community called Plymouth Brethren and how they interpret religion in relation to their entrepreneurship and business practices. The community has a strong faith in God, uses the Bible as the guiding principle in everyday life, and also has the ambition to live together within the group in seclusion from the rest of society.Based on interviews with Plymouth Brethren in the county of Småland, the study describes how they perceive the relationship between the Christian faith and entrepreneurship and practice religion in the context of their family business. As the study illustrates the Christian faith is significantly motivating their enterprises of business and the Bible is their guiding principle even when it comes to how they should run their businesses..
