The Social Democratic Party and the Moderate Party are two parties with different ideological background. The parties have different opinions in issues of public and private matters. The Social Democratic Party profiles it self, through the local and national party programs, as a party for solidarity and security. The Moderate Party, on the other hand, profiles it self through their programmes as a party with a possibility for the individual to shape his or her own life. In this diploma work the approach of determining the required amount of reinforcement in slabs exposed to pure tension is processed, on behalf of Ramböll Uppsala. It is a well-known problem in the industry that there are uncertainties in the determining of the amount of crack reinforcement, especially for structures exposed to pure tension. Cracking caused during the time of dehydration in concrete slabs is the most common defect according to statistics made by CBI[1], which provides numbers as high as 35 % of all the defects caused on slabs are generated by cracks. Comparisons between Sweden's former national standard BBK 04, Building Regulations for concrete structures due to restrained forces of shrinkage, and the current European standard Eurocode 2 are carried out through theoretical studies and concludes with several examples of calculations. Rigorous calculations of both standards, BBK 04 and Eurocode 2 with application of the national annex in Sweden and Denmark are performed.

This essay deals with the rationale and aims for doing cultural or aesthetic activities and projects in schools, and gives special focus to a specific group of students, attending schools provided at special residential homes for young people (sa?rskilda ungdomshem). These homes receive young people with psychosocial and substance misuse problems and who show tendencies towards criminal behavior. The essay investigates how working with a cultural project in schools at these residential homes is justified and also elucidates how this specific group of students and their problems are constructed in the documents surrounding the project. The essay will further ponder over possible educational and pedagogical consequences of these constructions.The investigation has its theoretical frame work in curriculum theory.

Background: The health of children and youth has decreased the last two decades. The Swedish government has decided to back a national plan for parenting support. The municipality of Tjörn is a part of national parental support project to identify the need and to improve the parental support in the municipality. Purpose: The purpose with this study was to identify experience and need of parental support among fathers with more than one child on Tjörn. Method: Five individual qualitative interviews were conducted with the fathers.

Organic food is produced in a way that strives towards maintaining and improving natural resources. The welfare of both producers and consumers is central, also taking both animals and the environment into account. The Swedish government finds this important and in 2006 they made a resolution that the consumption of organic food should be stimulated. The goal was that 25 % of the municipalities? consumption of food should be organic in 2010.The municipality of Ludvika reached the government's target in 2011 and is currently increasing their proportion of organic food by one new product every year.  Ludvika is a member of The National Association of Swedish Eco-municipalities and the town of Ludvika is also a Fairtrade city.

De viktas därmed efter företags faktiska redovisade siffror i balans- och resultaträkningar.

Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att undersöka sambandet mellan befolkningsrelaterade variabler och ekonomins utveckling i Sverige mellan år 1850 och år 2000. Påverkas den ekonomiska tillväxten av en ändring i befolkningens storlek och har den aggregerade ekono-min i sin tur inverkan på nativiteten? Med bakgrund av tre väl accepterade ekonomiska teorier kommer fyra egna modeller att ställas upp och skattas för att ekonometriskt fastställa hur signifikanta de inkluderade variablerna är. De tre eko-nomiska teorierna har tillämpats på svensk data för att ge ytterligare bakgrund och tyngd åt de eget uppställda modellerna. Stor vikt har lagts vid att korrigera de tidsserier som används för autokorrelation och ickestationäritet.

Den här uppsatsen undersöker hur deltagandet i personalutbildning är fördelat över olika grupper av sysselsatta på den svenska arbetsmarknaden. Också mängden utbildningstid för olika arbetstagare undersöks. Syftet är att testa i vilken utsträckning humankapitalteorins prediktioner om vilka som i första hand får personalutbildning stämmer överens med den faktiska situationen på svenska arbetsplatser. Som komplement till humankapitalteorin används en teori med ofullständig konkurrens samt tidigare studier om personalutbildning. För att testa humankapitalteorins antaganden om personalutbildning används aggregerad data från Statistiska Centralbyrån för olika år.

Denna kandidatuppsats fokuserar på den unika information som finns gömd i optionspriser. Med hjälp av marknads- och teoretiska priser på dessa kan den implicita riskneutrala sannolikhetsfördelningen geräknas, vilken antas vara den sannolikhetsfördelning som aktiepriser följer. Kännedom om denna fördelning torde alltså vara av stort intresse för marknadsaktörer. Uppsatsen ämnar utvärder hur pass användbar nämnda fördelning är i perioder som anses politiskt och ekonomiskt turbulenta, och främst syftas till att bedöma hur pass väl osäkerheten föregående vissa utvalda regeringval och folkomröstningar avspeglas io fördelningen. Den implicita riskneutrala sannolikhetsfördelningen karakteriseras förutom av varians även av de högre momenten skevhet och kurtosis.
