The purpose of this essay was to analyze the management and steering of the social welfare service. The objective was specifically to examine how the leaders approach their position as managers of the social welfare service, and also how they approach their way of steering. The social welfare service acts under political decisions, but the management interpret and transform these decisions into actions. The managers of the social welfare service are therefore important from a democratic perspective. The study was based on five qualitative interviews with two managers of the unity, two departmental managers and the head manager of the social welfare service.

Mot bakgrund av att det finns forskning som visar på samband mellan arbetstillfredsställelse, hälsa och effektivitet, blir det angeläget för organisationer att beakta hur chefer arbetar kring psykosociala faktorer i medarbetares arbetsmiljö, samt vilka konsekvenser olika typer av ledarskap får för medarbetares psykosociala arbetsmiljö. Min avsikt är därför att undersöka hur medarbetare upplever sin psykosociala arbetsmiljö samt hur de uppfattar att deras närmaste chef agerar för att den psykosociala arbetsmiljön ska bli tillfredsställande. För att få en större förståelse betraktas problemet även ur chefernas perspektiv, d.v.s. hur de verkar för att få till stånd en god psykosocial arbetsmiljö för sin personal. Syftet med studien är således att undersöka vilken påverkan ledarskapet har för medarbetares psykosociala arbetsmiljö.Den empiriska undersökningen bygger på kvalitativa halvstrukturerade intervjuer, som genomfördes på ett stort tillverkande skånskt företag, med sju medarbetare samt tre av deras chefer från tre olika avdelningar.I analysen framkom det att medarbetarnas upplevelser av sin psykosociala arbetsmiljö varierade på de tre avdelningarna, bl.a.

This study examines how to translate digitally composed symphonic music to note script and how it gets readable and playable. With the help of professional musicians from the Norrköping Symphony Orchestra, teachers from Kulturskolan in Norrköping as well as other musicians, I have learned how I can improve each individual stem in my composition. I also learned how to write for a real musician. My score have been analyzed by composers and a conductor which have given me a more in depth insight into composing symphonic music.The theory section describes important MIDI aspects, score preparation and note editing techniques. Thereafter is a section about the symphony orchestra and its instruments? history and how the situation is today.

The right to non-discrimination is a fundamental part of human rights. Sweden has enacted legislation which prohibits employers from discriminating or harassing employees and job seekers. Swedish authorities also receive a substantial amount of complaints concerning ethnic discrimination in the workplace every year and there are volumes of research showing structural injustices related to discrimination. Despite these facts few employers have so far been found guilty of discrimination on ethnic grounds in Swedish courts.This thesis aims to shed lights on and analyse how the Swedish anti-discrimination legislation is utilised in the Swedish Labour Court regarding discrimination and harassment on ethnic grounds. On the basis that very few lawsuits brought on behalf of employees/job seekers have been successful it is hypothesized that there are problems either with the form of the legislation or the assessment of the court.

The aim of this thesis is to explore three teacher' experiences of recruitment of students to arts and music schools. Svenskt Rockarkiv is an organization located in Hultsfred, Sweden. Its goal is to collect and document the history of Swedish rock music. The archive contains several types of documentation, such as audio recordings, photographs, posters, video recordings and books representing Swedish rock music history. In order to store information about the audio recordings in the archive, Svenskt Rockarkiv uses a SQL Server 2000 database and a client application written in Microsoft.NET C# and Windows Forms. I will also look at what magnitude the festival have on the local commercial and industrial life and how it affects those who live there. I will also determent how the moving of the festival might come and affect the local businesses, the local population and the community it-self.Method: I will thorough-out this study work with qualitative research methodology. I will there-for process the empirical data that will be collected and used for this study from a qualitative research methodology point of view.
