Ideella organisationer verkar utan kommersiella vinstintressen och är icke-offentliga. De spelar en viktig roll i vårt samhälle och får allt mer utrymme och uppmärksamhet. Som alla andra arbetsplatser utgör de ideella organisationerna en arena för arbetsplatslärande. Syftet med min studie är att analysera och beskriva samt få djupare förståelse för arbetsplatslärande i en ideell organisation. Studien bygger på en empirisk undersökning med kvalitativa intervjuer av volontärer i en secondhandbutik.

A study around some fourteen and fifteen year old boys, who are interested in reading. It is about their reading and library habits, what has created their interest and where they acquire access to literature. A certain amount deals with the habits of the boys? school-friends in this subject. The result compares with earlier made reports.

Is it possible, and suitable, to use multimedia in classic literature studies at Swedish upper secondary school? What alternatives are there?  Is there any foundation in the curriculum for an expanded conception of text as in multimedia?  Will the conception literacy support use of multimedia in classic literature studies, and in what ways? How do we generally look upon the definition text, is it only printed letters, or something more? To get an answer to the questions we decided to examine a number of theories, Gardner?s theory about the different intelligences, the conception literacy and the expanded text concept. In these three theories we took our starting-point for the following work. The main subjects became two interactive sights on Internet and one CD-ROM, all containing classic literature. Our previous knowledge in this subject field was very meager.  This work has given us an opportunity to discover some of the multimedia that is available, and the result we have come to is that multimedia absolutely belongs in studies of classic literature as well as in other subjects.

Traditionellt är medarbetarsamtalet till sin form ett organiserat och planerat samtal mellan chef och medarbetare, oftast i syfte att kartlägga behov, krav, verksamhetsmål och förståelse hos medarbetaren. Sedan 1980-talet har det forskats mycket om medarbetarsamtal i Sverige, oftast med utgångspunkt i medarbetarens upplevelse. Vi menar därmed att det saknas ett perspektiv, nämligen det på chefen och dennes utveckling av sitt ledarskap. Vi har därför valt att analysera medarbetarsamtalet som en förutsättning för ledarskapsutveckling. Eftersom det inte finns mycket forskning om denna omvända syn på medarbetarsamtalet, har vi valt att med ett explorativt förhållningssätt genomföra en kvalitativ intervjustudie med fem chefer som i sitt arbete utför medarbetarsamtal.

Denna uppsats tar sin utgångspunkt i intervjuer med fem ungdomar som besöker en fritidsgård. Syftet är att få en uppfattning om vilka konsekvenser Jürgen Habermas teori om det kommunikativa handlandet kan ha för fritidsgårdens verksamhet i förhållande till fritidsledarens arbete som pedagog.Författaren har metodologiskt utgått från de intervjuer som analyserats med en meningskonstitutionsanalys. De teoretiska perspektiven som presenteras utgår från Jürgen Habermas och det kommunikativa handlandet, samt Edmund Husserl och fenomenologin. Ett viktigt teoretiskt begrepp som diskuteras är begreppet livsvärld som både Husserl och Habermas talar om.Resultatet som presenteras i uppsatsen har i diskussionen, först och främst, delats in i punkterna livsvärldsarenan, livsvärldspedagogen och livskunskapen. Resultaten synliggör fritidsgården som en livsvärldsarena, där lärande leder fram till vad författaren kallar livskunskap.

Mot bakgrund av den ökade rörlighet som idag kan skönjas på arbetsmarknaden och de följder det får i form av tillfälliga behov att hyra in personal syftar föreliggande uppsats att ge svar på frågan om vilka organisatoriska konsekvenser integrationen av inhyrd personal kan få för kompetens och lärande.Centrala är frågorna om hur inhyrd personal integreras med organisationen, hur individens kompetens tas tillvara och hur möjligheterna till lärande ser ut. För att uppnå syftet genomfördes intervjuer med låg grad av standardisering och strukturering mot bakgrund av kvalitativa och induktiva utgångspunkter.Resultatet visade att i de fall integrationen av inhyrd personal leder till att konstruktiva relationer skapas och att man bibehåller en nödvändig stabilitet i dessa relationer kan det ge konstruktiva följder i form av att kompetens bärs, upprätthålls och utvecklas mellan individer och grupper. Detta kräver att organisationen skapar förutsättningar för ett sådant samspel och att den organiserar för lärande annars riskerar arbetsplatsens relationik att slitas sönder vilket kan ledat till att lärprocesser och individuell konstruktion av kompetens utarmas..

Studiens syfte är att belysa några yrkesverksamma elbasisters syn på egen utveckling och dess samband med övning. Som metod har halvstrukturerade intervjuer använts. Informanterna utgörs av tre yrkesverksamma elbasister som berättar om sin syn på övning och utveckling samt vad de anser vara viktigt för att utvecklas som elbasist. Den teoretiska utgångspunkten för denna studie är ett hermeneutiskt perspektiv då målet är att göra en djupare analys och tolkning av de intervjuades livsvärld. Resultatet visar att informanterna tycker att viktiga byggstenar i utvecklingen är att spela tillsammans med andra och lyssna på musik.

This essay is about power, democracy, solidarity and equality in preschool. I examine three different situations to determine if I could have acted more sensibly in my interactions with the children. I portray: a ?children?s choice meeting? where children select an activity, a so-called emotional gathering and a dialogue at the lunch table about a popular movie that we plan to watch together afterwards. The purpose of this essay is to examine which norms and values form the basis of my actions, and if so, how these lead me to use my power to shape the children.I have chosen to use hermeneutic and norm-critical perspectives where I investigate and examine my norms and values and how I react and act, both consciously and unconsciously.

The purpose of this study is to find out what preschool teachers think about antisocial children's literature. Based on five qualitative interviews with teachers at a preschool that works with a standard critical approach. In order to fulfill my purpose with this study, I focused on how these teachers felt that it was important to use the standard critical children's literature in preschool. I wanted to find out what the teachers' thoughts were on the concept of standard critical children's literature and how and whether they use it in their daily activities. When I analyzed the results of my interviews I used the queer theories that include standard critical pedagogy and literature in preschool.

Starting out as a minor form of amusement, the game industry has become one of the most lucrative andsuccessful in the entertainment business competing against giants such as television, movies and music.As the internal competition within the developer community grows companies work hard at discoveringnew ways to attract and keep customers. By having a playcentric approach focusing on user experiencethey hope to achieve that goal. This thesis describes the process of designing a game with focus on theplayer. We apply the concept of flow on game development and investigate through research throughdesign if we are able to create a game that keeps the player in flow.Play tests showed several elements such as control issues and too difficult challenges early in the game,affecting the possibility for players to experience flow while playing. These negative factors came to becalled flowleakers.

Denna studie har haft för avsikt att få djupare kunskap om några musiklärares hantering av digitala verktyg men också för att se om generation, erfarenhet eller intresse har någon inverkan på detta. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer av fem lärare som tillsammans representerar tre årtionden har studien visat att det inte är någon större skillnad mellan åldersgrupperna. Hermeneutisk teori, musikdidaktik och ramfaktorteori är de teorier som använts i uppsatsen för att tolka och förstå den insamlade empirin. Intresse är det som varit av störst betydelse för att användandet utvecklas och förbättras, detta genom fortbildning som informanterna ofta själva står för. Skapandemoment och sångletande via Spotify och YouTube är i huvudsak det som digitala verktyg används till i klassrumssituationer.

This thesis is the result of the author?s interest in music and electronics, namely the design and manufacturing of a stereo sound system with an active crossover. In short it can be stated that an active crossover has many advantages over its traditional passive counterpart. The active design naturally results in a more complex system comprised of a multiple number of components. This report deals with the theoretical aspects of preamplifiers, crossovers and power amplifiers as well as power supply and control.

The use of streaming media such as Spotify has increased rapidly in recent years. Although the consumption side of Spotify is well established with over 10 million users, the medium might provide new unexploited opportunities as an advertising channel. The purpose of this thesis is to increase knowledge about advertising through streaming media and in particular via Spotify. To contribute to such knowledge we have conducted a case study to investigate how Spotify can be used and serve as an advertising medium for a smaller firm, Hasseludden Yasuragi, so that it may reach its target group. To examine the medial effect, a quantitative as well as a qualitative study was carried out using the ARF Model as a basic framework.

I mitten av 1990-talet ersattes den svenska skolans direktiv om hur undervisningen skulle gå till med en beskrivning av vilka resultat och mål som skulle uppnås.Syftet med denna uppsats var att öka förståelsen för hur några lärare upplevde hur skolarbetet hade påverkats av att den svenska barn- och ungdomsskolan övergått från att vara regelstyrd till att vara målstyrd. Sex lärare med lång erfarenhet intervjuades. De timslånga intervjuerna spelades in på band och transkriberades sedan. Resultaten från dessa intervjuer analyseras sedan hermeneutiskt utifrån Webers rationalitetsteori och Foucaults maktbegrepp regementalitet.Lärarna tyckte inte att målstyrningen hade lett till en effektivare skola där eleverna lär sig mer. Lärarna trodde inte heller att lärandet hade blivit mer lustfyllt, att skolarbetet blivit roligare för eleverna.

AbstractThe purpose of this essay is to investigate the views Swedish elementary school teachers produce on the subject of ethics. The teachers? thoughts on selection among ethical notions is described and also how these notions are assessed. The essay proceeds from the central content and the knowledge requirement in the syllabus of religious knowledge.The empirical survey is based on qualitative scientific interviews with four teachers employed in grades 4-6 at different schools.The teachers find ethics in its current state of the syllabus hard to define and they find encounters with parents and pupils difficult in their tasks. The selection of ethics is decided by previously planned basic values education or from conflicts erupting during schools hours.
