The goal is to identify weak points in the chillchain and to se how wrong temperatures affect the flowers. The results can be a help to secure the chillchain.Method:The work started with a problem; map the distribution of cut flowers with focus on temperature losses. Data was collected on the basis of this problem, then analysed, and finally conclusions were drawn.Conclusions:The affect handling and distribution has on a cut flower is very complex.

Syfte:Att se om en positiv effekt av ett interventionsprojekt i gruppen långtidssjukskrivna kan påvisas utöver den intuitiva nytta som förutsågs.Undersökt grupp och metod:7 långtidssjukskrivna kvinnor inom vård och omsorg med anställning i Bjuvs Kommun erbjuds ett aktiveringsprojekt kallat AktiVERA. Detta innebar gruppmöten med representation av arbetsgivaren, företagshälsovården och det lokala Försäkringskassekontoret samt friskvårdsinsatser och förväntan om att ta aktiv del i rehabiliteringsprocessen.De 7 fallen matchades med 7 kontroller och de sammanlagt 14 individerna fick i två omgångar besvara enkäterna Subjective Health Complaints (SHC) och Sense of Coherence (SOC) med knappt 6 månaders intervall.Resultat/diskussion:Resultatet av projektet blev inte helt oväntat väsentligen oförändrad grad av arbetsförmåga och utfall i de båda enkäterna Subjective Health Complaints (SHC) och Sense of Coherence (SOC). Någon statistiskt signifikant förändring av enkätufallen som resultat av interventionen kunde inte ses med den använda metoden parad T-test.Detta kan förklaras av att den undersökta gruppen var liten och att observationstiden på knappa 6 månader för förhållanden med lång förändringslatens. Emellertid kan man fortsatt hävda intuitiv nytta av den här typen av intervention hos långtidssjukskrivna. Sammantaget framkom också bekräftande uppgifter om nedsatta salutogena faktorer och vulnerabilitet i gruppen övre medelålders kvinnor med anställning inom vård och omsorg.Slutsats:Någon positiv effekt kunde inte säkert påvisas men intuitiv nytta har säkert förelegat och interventionen som sådan är lovvärd i en grupp där lidandet är stort parallellt med stora samhällsekonomiska konsekvenser.Referens:1.

In the dog breed Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever (NSDTR) several dogs suffer from joint pain and possibly pain from the muscles. This diffuse disease is called Immune-mediated Non- Erosive Arthritis in Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. The disease is most likely of autoimmune nature where the etiology still is unknown. The musculoskeletal symptoms of stiffness and shifting lameness are intermittently seen. Some dogs also have dermatological changes and some dogs suffer from pain when opening their mouth. The study included 20 diseased and 20 healthy NSDTR. The purpose was to describe immune-mediated arthritis in NSDTR based on symptoms, results of analysis and effect of treatment. Among the diseased dogs 65% had serum positive for antinuclear antibodies by indirect immunofluorescense (IIF) ANA-test.

A considerable number young of students are suffering from sociopsychological complaints. The psychological complaints emerge from differnt sources. Important factors for psychological well being are experiences of a satisfactory social network, efficient coping strategies and a supportive school climate.The aim of this study was to examine how young girls in the age of 16-18 years old experience and cope with demands from school. To fulfill the aim of this study we have five questions: What do the girls apprehend as a satisfactory/unsatisfactory working environment? How do the girls define stress? How do the girls cope with stress? What importance has leisure time? What importance has the social network? The method we used for this study was qualitative and the material was collected through four focus groups.

Syftet med arbetet är att identifiera arbetsmiljörisker genom att analysera arbetsmomenten och arbetsmiljön vid en separatoröverhalning ombord ett fartyg. För att identifiera arbetsmiljörisker användes Arbetsmiljöverkets föreskrift AFS 2012:02, bedömningsmallen KIM 1 och programmet ALBA. Resultatet av arbetet visar att det finns belastningsrisker och punkter att förbättra. Ett förslag på förbättringar är att ytterligare en arbetsyta på det undersökta fartyget bör utformas för att möjliggöra en bättre arbetsställning och minska antalet lyft. Resultatet visar även att det är viktigt att använda rätt lyftteknik för att minska risken för belastningsskador.

Problemställning: Muskuloskeletala besvär hos professionella pianister (Playing-related musculoskeletal disorders - PRMDs) är ett vanligt förekommande problem och besvären är oftast smärtsamma, långvariga och funktionsnedsättande. Pianister drabbas i hög grad av skador i övre extremiteterna. Tidigare studier efterfrågar en gemensam konsensus med tydliga definitioner över de riskfaktorer som ingår i PRMDs hos pianister. Det rekommenderas valida och reliabla mätinstrument samt prospektiva studier för att säkerställa prevalensen.Syfte: Syftet var att konstruera ett frågeformulär på engelska för användning att kunna identifiera prevalensen av PRMDs och dess frisk- respektive riskfaktorer hos professionella pianister i Sverige, Nederländerna och Grekland. Metod: För att säkerställa att alla relevanta riskområden skulle inkluderas i frågeformuläret genomfördes intervjuer med tre experter inom området och intervjuerna analyserades sedan med innehållsanalys.

Syftet med arbetet är att kartlägga och att finna möjligheter till förbättringar i projektflödet. Arbetet berör de delar av företaget som befinner sig i ett tidigt skede av projektflödet eftersom ändringar i dessa skeden kan göras till en liten kostnad. Informationsinsamling har skett genom fria samtal, dock med vissa förberedda frågor. Information har inhämtats från flera delar av projektflödet så som försäljning, projektledning och konstruktion. Vi har kommit fram till att det är värt att lägga mer resurser på förbättringsarbete och se över ansvarsfördelningen för detta.

The purpose of this thesis was to study local bank offices work with customer satisfaction. A case study concerning two local bank offices was made, the cases were based on interviews with the managers at the bank offices. The research questions that we wanted this thesis to answer was how local bank offices create customer satisfaction among small business customers, and how local bank offices assess customer satisfaction among small business customers. The aim of this study is to make a comparative study between the grievances during the Dacke Warand the German Peasant´s War. These two conflicts may have occurred separately, regarding bothgeographical and chronological distances but also share common issues for this comparative study.Less than two decades separates these two conflicts and they were all by their own serious insurrectionsduring their time. While the German Peasant´s War was the greatest uprising in Europe up tothe French Revolution, the Dacke War was the biggest Peasant Rebellion in Scandinavian history.While the German Peasant War has been studied and researched by historians for a relative longtime, the Dacke War has been neglected in research history. If it were not for the Swedish professorLars-Olof Larsson?s studies during foremost in the 1960s, the Dacke War would have been a historicallyuncharted territory of research indeed.

On average half of the sows in Swedish piglet producing herds are culledannually. A significant portion of the sows are euthanized because of lameness orparalysis. Young sows and gilts are overrepresented in the category of animals,culled due to injuries in the musculoskeletal system. These injuries cause pain tothe animals. The most common reason for a horse owner to seek veterinary care for their horse is related to the musculoskeletal system. Assessment of the horse's movement pattern is essential in the equine veterinary work. How uniformly veterinarians evaluate the lame horse may have both diagnostic and prognostic significance, such as follow up examination by the same or different veterinarian. The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether there are between-veterinarian differences in assessing lameness in the same horse. In total 12 veterinarians evaluated 80 video sequences of 4 horses with induced lameness and made an evaluation of the affected limb as well as the degree of lameness.

Metod: 16 personer med mer än ett års datorvana och som arbetade i Boden deltog i projektet. Som utvärderingsinstrument användes ett frågeformulär som besvarades före och efter en interventionsperiod på fem veckor. Deskriptiv databehandling.

The voltage regulation in Fortum Distributions medium voltage network in Stockholm does not work satisfactory. This results in too high distribution voltages with many customer complaints as a consequence. The reason is the model responsible for compensating for voltage drops in the distribution network. Despite several adjustments Fortum has not been able to find the source of the high voltages and has therefore appointed an investigation in the form of a thesis work.The aim of this investigation is to locate the error and to produce a proposal regarding the solution of this error using the existing system, common industrial knowledge, state of the art research and the option to use voltage readings from the different substations.The conclusion of this master thesis is that the largest contribution to the high voltage levels is made by the large compensation for distribution loses. Furthermore an additional error in the model has been found.
