Längst ut på piren i Värtahamnen har jag velat skapa Operastaden, en mikrostadsdel som är en egen värld helt uppbyggd kring opera. Hit skulle alla operarelaterade verksamheter flytta, såsom operahögskolan och baletthögskolan. Mellan byggnaderna skulle folk springa i sina scenkläder, dekorer skulle lastas in och ut, och sångarna skulle värma upp sina stämmor på gården. Platsen skulle genomsyras av operaproduktion, och ta intryck av den dramatiska omgivande produktionsmiljön i hamnen. In the end of the last century the interest for youth politics increased in Sweden. The causes for the increased interest were the more obvious youth politics questions and problems, for example the increased youth unemployment. In 1998 the government wrote down national goals and instructions for the youth politic work in a government bill (1998/99:115). This government bill describes how the youth politic work should be carried at a local level in the municipality.The purpose with this study is to investigate young people, in Värnamo kommun, view of their own situation. Enköping?s Rugby Club has long lacked a bigger hall to gather their members in, where they can meet and socializes outside trainings and games. Thanks to Enköping?s municipality, The Swedish Inheritance Fund, Swedish Sports Confederation, sponsors and club members the clubhouse will be built out with additional 100 square meters.The project is planned in two phases of which phase one is the buildup of the new clubhouse and phase two is the renovation of the existing part. Stockholm, Sveriges huvudstad blev framröstad som Europas miljöstad och en vision är att öka elproduktionen av vindkraft från ca 3 TWh/år till 30 TWh/år på 10 år vilket är en markant ökning. Detta medför installation av många vindkraftverk, både i stora fria ytor men även i urbana miljöer. Många delar av centrala Stockholm är under utveckling, där vissa stadsdelar ligger mer strategiskt än andra och här bör man utnyttja vindförhållandena maximalt.Rapportens syfte är att undersöka om förutsättningarna för installation av småskalig vindkraftfinns i Liljeholmskajen, söder om Stockholm. För att avgöra om förutsättningarna finns har elproduktionen för två vindkraftsmodeller kartlagts och en socialundersökning i området genomförts. Vidare har olika användningsområden utretts.De undersökta modellerna har visat en årlig på produktion på 13,4 MWh respektive 25,8 MWh, och den maximala ljudnivån som uppfattas ligger under den tillåtna gränsen i stadsmiljö.

This Master Thesis within Marketing and Strategy investigates the values customers perceive within the Real Estate market in the inner City of Stockholm. The present study examined high school students? attitudes to higher education at university/college and their study engagement in an industrial town in klarälvdalen in the county of Värmland. The main research question was whether there are any differences between students in vocational and theoretically oriented programs regarding their attitude to higher education and study engagement. The results was also compared with a study with the same research question conducted in Countryside town in fryksdalen, Värmland county to see whether attitude and student engagement differ between high school students in different parts of Värmland. The method used was quantitative with data collected by using questionnaires.
