The purpose of this essay is mainly to study the reason behind students' visits to restaurants, and also their restaurant habits. The study also intends to find a possible difference in students dining habits among the different social classes; working class and middle class.  This study contains qualitative methods. The qualitative research method is in the shape of deep interviews with ten students from different social classes who?s registered at Södertörns  högskola. The results of this investigation show that the consumer society along with the respondent?s habitus and access to capital, has influenced and created their opinions and habits around eating out. This thesis studies public service social workers' opinions regarding their ability to act with moral courage as loyalty conflicts occur. The purpose of the thesis is to describe the social workers' experiences of their possibilities to stand up for what they believe in. We made qualitative interviews with five social workers in Stockholm. In an effort to pinpoint their experiences we asked them questions about what they want but cannot do and what is stop-ping them, what they do not want to do and why, aswell as what the possible solutions would be as loyalty conflicts occur. We were able to identify five different opinions on the organisa-tional cultures and how the employees' experience the extent of their actions.

Cities have always been founded on nodes of different roads.The city Harnosand was founded where the road along the coast of north Sweden meets the sea and the calm bay of Nattviken behind the island of Harnon. Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva hur innebörden av begreppet vardagsrehabilitering (VR) uppfattas inom kommunal äldreomsorg. Datainsamling utfördes genom enskilda intervjuer med omvårdnadspersonal, arbetsterapeuter, enhetschefer samt beslutande politiker, fem respektive sex i varje grupp. Data analyserades utifrån en kvalitativ innehållsanalys inspirerad av fenomenografi som resulterade i två kategorier: 1) VR innebär kommunikation, samarbete och resurser, samt 2) VR innebär ett synsätt där träning i aktivitet möjliggörs i alla situationer. Resultatet visade att alla respondenter anser att innebörden av begreppet VR är att de äldre inom kommunal äldreomsorg ska få möjlighet att utföra aktiviteter utifrån egen förmåga. Andra särskilt framträdande aspekter gällande VR är att det anses innebära en god kommunikation, vara ett självklart synsätt som inte behöver diskuteras, samt att utbildning är viktigt men inte en förutsättning för att arbeta vardagsrehabiliterande..

Den här uppsatsen handlar om musiklärares syn på pojkar och flickor i den enskilda musikundervisningen, och hur musiklärare upplever det egna förhållningssättet till pojkar och flickor vid den kommunala musik och kulturskolan.Syftet med undersökningen är att ta reda på om musiklärarna upplever några skillnader i pojkar och flickors beteende, och hur musiklärarna upplever att de bemöter eleverna utifrån ett genusperspektiv i den enskilda undervisningen.Undersökningen bygger på intervjuer med fem yrkesverksamma musiklärare i västra Värmland och hur de utifrån sina upplevelser och uppfattningar har svarat på underökningens frågeställningar.Undersökningen visar att musiklärarna upplever vissa skillnader mellan pojkar och flickor. Vidare visar studien att musiklärarna även bemöter eleverna olika utifrån om eleven är en pojke eller flicka..

The purpose of our qualitative study is to investigate how the caretakers, in the elderly care,interpret and manage the issue of alcohol problems in elderly people. We have beenperforming semi-structured interviews on 9 people, on different levels in the elderly care.There were 3 elderly care managers, 1 nurse, 1 assistance administrator and 4 auxiliarynurses, who all, at some level, work with alcohol problems in elderly people. Thoseinterviews were performed singularly, with one exception: we interviewed an elderly caremanager and her 2 auxiliary nurses at the same time. To analyse our empirics, we have usedthe theories of Power and Ageism. Our study shows that the auxiliary nurses, who are theones who must deal with these problems, have great difficulties to perform their work becausethey have no qualified knowledge about alcohol problems.

Purpose: The purpose of this essay is to study how the hotel chain Radisson SAS works with prolonged customer relations with their business clients, with other words the clients that have business agreements with them.Methods: This study will contain an inductive approach and qualitative methods. The qualitative research method is in the shape of a deep interview with the sales manager of Radisson SAS and qualitative interviews of chosen business clients to the hotel.Results: The results of this investigation show that business clients are controlled by what kind of agreements their company has.The companies sign agreements with hotels and hotel chains that are able to satisfy big parts of their needs, if not all of them.With the help of flexible solutions, a well known brand, and good relations, Radisson SAS has made sure that their business clients have prolonged their agreements.They are a global hotel chain near transports, and business clients feel secure with Radisson SAS..

The purpose of this study is to investigate how male and female is produced in the literary children?s literature that is found in a Municipal preschool. My issues are the following:Which sex dominates as a main character in the preschools literary books?What type of properties is attributed to the characters?What type of clothes is portrayed on the books characters?I performed a quantitative study of 136 children?s books. I used Maria Nikolajevas perceptions of stereotypical male and female properties to analyze my empirical data.

This study aims to highlight and analyze eight secondary teachers' views and thoughts on mathematics. Hopefully this study will provide a deeper understanding of how teachers think and reason about their subject and how this affects their teaching. The study was conducted using a qualitative interview method, based on interviews with eight middle school teachers who teach in school mathematics for grades 6 - 9. The interviews were recorded and then transcribed and analyzed. After the interview analysis one can conclude that the teachers? thoughts concern three main themes: the importance of mathematics, children?s lack of basic knowledge and the teachers? lack of time.In discussion and analysis the teachers conceptions of the own subject is being analyzed, and that is the foundation of this study.

The purpose of our essay is to find out if there are any strategies for profit transactions in a group. To realise our purpose we conducted two case studies with interviews. But we can not draw any general conclusions.To conduct the research we had to build a theory. In this theory we found motives to do profit transactions and how to do it. We also thought that there had to be some conflicts between the motives and the manager´s interests.In our analysis we found that financing the dividend was a strong reason to make profit transactions between companies in the group.

This thesis is based on the conception that class is relevant. The thesis discussesclass relevance and consciousness of class amongst personal at the department ofsocial welfare in Lund.I have studied different theories of class from Karl Marx, Max Weber and PierreBourdieu. The study´s empirical survey is based on interviews with the personalat the department of social welfare in Lund. Then I have applied their view onclass on models based on the theories mentioned above.Out of my analysis I can draw the conclusion that the consciousness of class ishigh and that the applied models matches the interviewed personal. Syftet var att skapaett system som kan kontrollera vilka funktioner ett program kan komma åtutifrån den licens som kunden har betalat för, i form av en licensfil. En analysav företagets befintliga licenshanteringssystem gjordes för att identifiera vilkaproblem som behöver lösas i det nya systemet. Arbetet har använt en agilmetod med små inkrementella leveranser och ständig kundkontakt. Eftersomsystemet fungerar som ett API och använder sig av nätverkskommunikationöver potentiellt osäkra nät, har kryptering av datatrafik med tekniken SSL/TLSanvänts.

I samband med att en produkt eller en produktflora implementeras i ett produktkonfigurationssystem hos ett företag uppstår många gånger ett behov av att reda ut relationer för varianter inom produkten eller inom produktfloran. För att skapa en översikt av informationen och inkluderande varianter finns det ett antal olika tekniker.
