Antalet arbetslösa ungdomar är stort i dagens samhälle. Det finns många åtgärder som bedrivs av landets kommuner som riktar sig till unga arbetslösa socialbidragstagare, men det finns för lite kunskap om dessas innehåll och resultat, samt om hur deltagandet i dessa åtgärder upplevs av ungdomarna själva.Syftet med denna studie är att få en ökad förståelse för vilka komponenter som deltagare iungdomsprojekt anser vara viktiga och varför. Vi vände oss till deltagare i projektet Green Team,som riktades mot långtidsarbetslösa ungdomar mellan 21 ? 25 år och som finansierades avstadsdelen Angered. Projektets syfte var att höja ungdomarnas sociala kompetens för att underlätta deras etablering på arbetsmarknaden.

Det st?ller krav p? sjuksk?terskans kunskap f?r att kunna arbeta i enlighet med k?rnkompetensen s?ker v?rd f?r att minska lidande och r?dda liv. Syfte: Vilka kunskaper beh?ver sjuksk?terskan ha f?r att tidigt kunna uppt?cka sepsis p? akutmottagningen. Metod: Strukturerad litteratur?versikt baserad p? 12 originalartiklar med b?de kvalitativ-, kvantitativ- och mixad design h?mtade fr?n databaserna PubMed, Cinahl och Scopus. Artiklarna har analyserats enligt Fribergs analysmodell i fem steg f?r litteratur?versikter, och presenteras i tre huvudteman samt ett antal underteman. Resultat: Analysen resulterade i tv? huvudkategorier med tv? subkategorier vardera: 1) Kunskap om befintlig evidens; a) symptom och tecken vid sepsis b) rutiner och screeningsverktyg.

The purpose of this study is to increase an understanding of what prevents the mandatory reporting law, based on the preschool staff's approach to mandatory reporting law about child abuse and neglect to social services, and how these barriers affect their decision to report. The study will also understand what preschool staff experience facilitates the mandatory reporting process and what can be done to improve the process even more. The questions of the study were based on the purpose of the study and have been formulated in two questions:What prevents the mandatory reporting law requirements for preschool staff and how can these barriers be removed? What facilitates for preschool staff to be confident in the decision to report child abuse and neglect, to social services?The study used qualitative semi-structured interviews with five people working at the preschool, including two preschool teachers and three childcare workers. An interview guide was designed as a help to answer the questions about what the barriers are and what it is that makes it easier for the preschool staff, regarding the decision to report cases of child abuse and neglect to social services.The results, based on the five interviews , shows preschool staff's thoughts of the knowledge on the mandatory reporting law, the mandatory reporting process, their perspective of the mandatory reporting law and the uncertainty surrounding the mandatory reporting law.The study's analysis consists of the results that have been analyzed using the theory of social representations, in which the analysis shows an understanding of how the preschool staff act and think about the mandatory reporting law requirements based on their everyday knowledge.

Att alla skolor idag enligt lag ska ha en likabehandlingsplan och arbeta efter den vet vi. Men vårt syfte med denna undersökning är att genom en komparativ studie ta reda på om en likabehandlingsplan är nödvändig för att arbetet mot diskriminering och kränkande behandling skall fungera optimalt på en skola och hur denna i så fall implementeras. Vi har gjort intervjuer med två skolors Trygghetsteam/Team mot kränkande behandling och fått ta del av informanternas egen bild av hur detta arbete upprätthålls utifrån både intresse, resurser och tid. En av skolorna har en likabehandlingsplan och en av skolorna har det inte. I de två Teamen är informanterna blandade och konstellationen ser inte likadan ut i båda teamen, de har inte samma förutsättningar eller stöd från respektive ledning. I vår studie tas både lagar och förordningar upp som skolorna har att förhålla sig till. Liksom de åtgärdsmodeller som de två utvalda skolorna arbetar utifrån, även modellernas definitioner av mobbning och kränkande behandling.

Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva och ge en översikt över arbetsterapeutiska interventioner och effekten av dem för personer med stroke som rehabiliteras inom slutenvården. Datainsamlingen har skett genom en systematisk sökning av publicerade vetenskapliga artiklar. Författarna har utgått från studiens syfte vid val av sökord och använt databaser som vänder sig mot medicin och hälsa. Vid analys av data användes en arbetsterapeutisk processmodell för att klassificera vilka interventionsformer samt bedömningar som utfördes för personer med stroke inom slutenvården. Studiens resultat påvisar att personer med stroke som rehabiliterades inom slutenvården får mer funktionsträning än aktivitetsträning och att de flesta arbetsterapeutiska interventioner förmodligen inte är klientcentrerade eller aktivitetsbaserade.

This to be able to deliver the increased number of systems that the customers request. To be able to produce more units the takt time of the assembly line needs to be shortened. This could only be done by identifying and solving recurring problems. To be able to find the problems, create a common knowledge of which these are and eliminate them the production department of Sectra Mamea needs to visualize certainKey Performance Indicators (KPI) in the organization.

Grubbe Ventilation AB is a sheet metal and ventilation company who provides design, installation, service, and repair of ventilation. The company is expanding their business by building a new facility in Umeå, Västerbotten. The property is designed to be used for both office and industrial work.Grubbe Ventelation AB has not yet decided upon wish system which is to be established to provide the building with heating and cooling. The consulting firm Umeå Projekt Team has therefore been asked to investigate the possibilities to invest in geothermal- heating and cooling.If the investigation of a geothermal heating- and cooling system would provide favorable results it would be a very appropriate alternative that provides energy at low costs and are an environmentally friendly option as the energy comes from stored solar energy in the ground is provided by stored solar energy in the ground.The facility ´s heating and cooling consumptions are calculated in the program BV2 and the result indicate a heating demand of 185 000 kWh per year due to thermal transmittance, transmission losses, heating of warm water and a cooling requirement of 5500 kWh.Three different systems of geothermal heating and cooling were tested in the computer program Energy Earth Design. The results show no difference in the dimensioning of the drill hole if merely heating were to be used or both heating and cooling were to be established.

The aim for this paper is to investigate how a limited number of youth recreation leaders and leisure-time pedagogues view their vocational competence, which kind of power the persons in the essay experience to have in their workplace and which kind of status they experience that they have in comparison with other occupational groups in their schools. The final aim of the paper is to find out how teachers interact with youth recreation leaders and leisure-time pedagogues when it comes to their vocational competence. My questions are:How do a group of youth recreation leaders and leisure-time pedagogues view their professional assignments?How does a group of youth recreation leaders and leisure-time pedagogues view their power in their workplace in comparison with other occupational groups?How do a limited number of youth recreation leaders and leisure-time pedagogues view their status in relation to teachers, other occupational-groups and parents? Which role have my respondents been assigned by their team and why do they think they have gotten that role?To answer these questions I have used a qualitative method which includes four in depth interviews. The overall theoretical perspectives are symbolic interactionism and social constructivism.

Bakgrund: Under större delen av 1900-talet präglades sjuksköterskeutbildningen av medicinsk vetenskap och en naturvetenskaplig syn på människan var påtaglig. I och med Vård -77-reformen blev omvårdnadsvetenskap karaktärsämne och en holistisk syn på människan införlivades i utbildningen. Sjuksköterskeutbildningens utformning och övergripande innehåll styrs av Högskoleförordningen och sjuksköterskans kunskaper inom yrket styrs av Socialstyrelsens kompetensbeskrivning för legitimerade sjuksköterskor. Kritik har riktats mot dagens utbildning och forskning har påvisat att nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor tenderar att brista i många praktiska moment. Syfte: Studiens syfte var att belysa erfarna sjuksköterskors uppfattning om nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor.

Bakgrund: Palliativ vård är ett förhållningssätt som syftar till att främja livskvalitet hos patienter och deras närstående när de drabbas av problem som kan uppstå vid livshotande sjukdom. Många döende önskar att få vårdas i hemmet och utvecklingen av den palliativa vården har lett till att allt fler människor också avlider i det egna hemmet. Närstående är en central del i den palliativa vården i hemmet och det beskrivs att de är i en utsatt situation när de tar på sig dubbla roller i att både finnas där som partner, vän eller familj samtidigt som de tar på sig ansvar att vårda den sjuke i hemmet.Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva närståendes upplevelse av palliativ vård i hemmet.Metod: En litteraturöversikt har genomförts med sökning i databaserna SwePub, PubMed och PsycINFO. Åtta vetenskapliga artiklar, samtliga kvalitativa och baserade på forskning från Sverige inkluderades för resultatet. Artiklarna var publicerade mellan 2003 och 2014.Resultat: Resultatet presenteras i fyra huvudteman; Upplevelse av ansvar, , upplevelse av att närståendes egen situation påverkas, upplevelse av den kommande förlusten och upplevelse av stöd från vårdteam och omgivningen.

Introduction: This study aimed to investigate the validity and reliability of the 20m multistage shuttle run test (MST) for elite ice hockey players as a predictor of the maximal aerobic capacity and the how the result is affected by the players age, aerobic and anaerobic capacity, body composition and test surface. The purpose of this was to find out the potential of the 20-m shuttle run test as a measuringtool for the maximal aerobic capacity in frequent testing periods during the season. It is very interesting to be able to administer this easily because the competative phase of the season is very long compared to the pre-seasonal phase and earlier studies have shown that the aerobic capacity is being lowered during this competative phase of the season for elite icehockey players.Methods: 34 elite ice hockey players participated in this study (20.0±3.6 yrs, BMI 24.2±1.6 and VO2-max 58.0±4.8 ml O2?kg-1?min-1). During 3-5 days they underwent 2 MST tests (wood and rubber surface), treadmill running with VO2-max assessed with open-circuit technique, Wingate10% and FFM-assessment with underwater-technique.
