Barnboksskrivande : - En kvalitativ studie om framställande ochpublicering av barnböcker
The purpose of this study is to investigate how a children's book is suggested to be prepared in order to be accepted for publication by a publishing house in Sweden today.My questions was first to clarify the concept of a "children's book". Secondly, to understand if there are any guidelines to follow regarding the design and illustration of a children´s book, and how to proceed with the best chances of getting a mauscript published.To answer the question, I have chosen to use a qualitative method containing questionnaire items involving eleven Swedish publishers of children's literature.My results show that children's books includes all literature that has an target audience of people between 0-18 years of age. The most important thing is that the book's material is appropriate to the target group's level of mental perceptions and emotional competence. The material which then is submitted to the publisher will need to be of the highest quality and the author must investigate a consistent niche in order to submit the material to a publisher..
Konflikthantering ur ett genusperspektiv : Hanterar kvinnor och män konflikter på olika sätt i olika situationer?
This study examines if men and women have different conflict resolution styles in different situations. There are several studies in this area, but the results are contradictive and they don?t take consideration to the context. The study is an explorative, quantitative examine in the form of a self-report questionnaire, where different scenarios are described. These scenarios are based on the parts of the context that this study focuses on; the relationship to the other part, the perception of treatment and the place where the conflict occurs.
Ungdomars upplevelser av sina konsumtionsmöjligheter : En enkätundersökning i en sjundeklass
The object of this essay was about youth's experiences of their possibility of consumption. We also wanted to analyze if their possibility of consumption had a connection with their experience of happiness. Another part of the object was to see if there where any differences between girls and boys concerning the questions above. One of the issues we had was if the youth's money was enough for their needs of consumption. The method we used were a questionnaire, which we asked a class of 22 pupils to fill in.
Möjligtvis stressad? En kvalitativ studie om stress på ekonomiskt bistånd, en enhet på Socialtjänsten
The purpose of this study was to examine and illustrate whether employed social workers, working with supplementary benefits at a social service office, felt stressed. If so was the case, we wanted to investigate if this stress that they felt had any effect on their clients. This study was based on eight qualitative interviews, of which four was with social workers and four was with clients. For a better understanding of our results we used Karasek & Theorells demand-control-support model.The study reveals that the social workers do feel stressed, but they only do so in periods. They declare that they would like to have more time for their work assignments, the meetings with the clients in particulate.

The purpose of our study was to look at the connection between theories, research work and concepts when it comes to teenagers and the testing of drugs. The theories we have used are Erikssons development theory, psychoanalysis and labelling theory. Concepts that we focused on for our study were youthculture, the search for identity and the testing of drugs. We did this by asking students, in ninth grade, to fill in questionnaire and interviews.Teenagers find themselves in a confusing stage in life and in a search for their identities they test many different things. The youthculture can be a contributing factor to them testing drugs.
Måste vi ha NO? : Elevers uppfattning om sin NO-undervisning i skolan
During my education I have frequently noticed that pupils do not like science or find it hard and dull. The purpose with this investigation is to find out how pupils experience their science education and if they can understand the arguments for studying the subject at school.I have made a questionnaire study among pupils in grade 8 and 9. After analyzing their answers I have interviewed some of the pupils to get answers on further questions.The investigation resulted in conclusion that pupils have hard to connect their science-education to their everyday lives. The most important element in forming the pupil?s opinions about science is their relation to the teacher and how the lessons are set-up.The following questions will be answered in this paper:Do pupils understand why they have science at school?Can the pupils see the use of scientific knowledge in their everyday life?How do pupils look upon their science education?.
Andningsankaret - förtöjningen i nuet? : Effekt av en kort mindfulness-intervention på grad av mindfulness och affekt
Studien ämnar undersöka om människor med ADHD uppvisar en högre prevalens av otrygg anknytning (enligt testet ASQ) än normalbefolkningen. Metoden som har använts för att mäta detta är en internetbaserad självskattningsenkät; Attachment Style Questionnaire, ASQ, som är ett test som mäter olika kateogier av relationella mönster baserade på anknytningsteori. Testresultatet indikerar en hög förekomst av otrygg anknytning (95 %) i den undersökta gruppen. Med tanke på begränsningar I validiteten främst på grund av endast användningen av enbart ett test för mätning och på grund av att ASQ mäter relationella aspekter i en individ så undersöker studien först och främst resultatet av relationella mönster i gruppen ADHD..
Karriärväxlande officerares kompetens och anställningsbarhet på civil arbetsmarknad.
The downsizing of the Swedish armed forces during the late 20th century and early 21 th century has caused several thousand people to choose a different career. This undergraduate thesis investigates the self-observed employability and work-place competence of a number of Swedish armed forces officers who has made the transition to a civil career. The thesis seeks to answer questions about how the transition is comprehended, how military merits and competences are valued in civil work places and which differences in ability to use their competences the respondents experience. The study is made using qualitative interviews, which are analysed using a miexed method inspired by phenomenological method. The findings include that the essence of the respondents emplooyability is a shared work indentity as miltary officers and a common experienced problem in translating their merits.
Erfarenheter och ledarskapsutbildning ur perspektivet av upplevelsebaserat lärande
Syftet med denna uppsats är att genom granskning av ledarskapsutbildningen vid YOP 06/09, samt händelser och upplevelser kopplat till utlandsstyrkan, undersöka huruvida utbildningsmetodiken inom ramen för ledarskapsutbildningen vid YOP 06/09 kan anses som relevant.Frågeställningarna i detta arbete är:- Tillämpas upplevelsebaserat lärande inom utlandsstyrkan?- Tillämpas upplevelsebaserat lärande inom ledarskapsutbildningen vid YOP 06/09?Tillvägagångssättet för att nå ett svar på dessa frågor är en deskriptiv avhandling beträffande UBL, utbildningsmetoder vid YOP06/09. Dessutom granskas både delar ur ledarskapsutbildningen vid YOP 06/09 samt upplevelser och erfarenheter från utlandsstyrkan utifrån ett UBL perspektiv. Resultatet som framkommer av diskussionen visar att UBL tillämpas i utlandsstyrkan inom ramen för detta arbetes avgränsningar. Tillämpningen av UBL inom ledarskapsutbildningen vid YOP 06/09 är dock att se som begränsad. Det framkommer däremot alternativa sätt att tolka tillämpningen vilket leder till att utbildningsmetoderna i högre omfattning kan ses som relevanta i ett större tidsperspektiv..

There are plenty of exciting changes being developed in Tre Högar´s Park, which is located in the district of Linero, eastern Lund. A project group representing Linero If, Lugi Tennis and Linero/Östra Torn Health centre, has been created and is responsible for managing a development project of the Park. Their main focus is to create sports, exercise, health-promotion, health-care, recreation and rehabilitation facilities. They view the park area as having great potential and will transform it into a purpose built park for Health and Exercise. There are various authorities involved with and engaged in the scheme; aside from the project group, the municipality of Lund, The sport association of the handicapped and local schools are being consulted.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate how students relates to and perceives the schoolswork with the value base. To answer my purpose has been two studies conducted. The first study aimed at finding out students' perceptions regarding the content and concretization of the value base and on their perceptions of participation and retention of this work. This study was conducted using a questionnaire survey.The second study has aimed to highlight the approach embodied by the schools' plans and treatment plans. This sudy has been conducted trough a review of policy documents available on the websites of education departments, municipalities and schools.
Interoperabla föreställningar i logistikens fotspår
Syftet med uppsatsen är att bedöma om officerare i logistikrollen har liknade uppfattningsom officerare i chefsrollen, avseende vilka interoperabilitetskrav som anses viktiga för attnå ökad effekt i logistikfunktionen i ett internationellt perspektiv. Detta har gjorts med stödav teorin om interoperabilitet samt analyserats med hjälp av en komparativ metod.Avseende den övergripande slutsatsen så talar resultatet för att stora skillnader mellangrupperna har sammantaget inte kunna styrkas. Det finns emellertid skillnader frånundersökningen som indikerar att det råder olika uppfattningar om synen på enstakainteroperabilitetskrav. Intranets has been marketing as the tool for solving the organisations information problems. My interest is to see how an intranet works in an organisation. This study was an investigation about the use of EkaForum, the intranet of Eka Chemicals, at the Rollsbo division. The study aimed to evaluate how EkaForum is being used, firstly as a transmitter of information and secondly as a communication tool for the organisation. The study was constructed as a quantity survey based on a questionnaire with 24 questions and was sent out to the staff of Rollsbo division.
Delat ledarskap i teori och praktik: en forskningsöversikt
Många chefer väljer idag att dela på ledarskapet och tillhörande uppgifter. Orsakerna till varför chefer väljer att arbeta på detta sätt är många, men grundar sig ofta i att de är missnöjda med den rådande situationen i organisationen. Chefer är inte nöjda med sitt ledarskap och medarbetarna är inte nöjda med chefernas prestationer. Syftet med min uppsats är att utifrån en forskningsöversikt, analysera och reflektera över om de karaktäristiska dragen för ett gott ledarskap stämmer överrens med utfallet av delat ledarskap.Utifrån mitt arbete kan jag konstatera att ett parledarskap innehåller många av de faktorer som brukar känneteckna ett gott ledarskap. Det är dock svårt att generellt beskriva vad som är ett gott ledarskap och vilken ledningsform som passar bäst i alla organisationer.
