Bakgrund: Team och samarbete är ständigt aktuellt inom hälso- och sjukvården. Operationspersonal är en grupp som behöver ha ett bra teamarbete med varandra, speciellt när det gäller att jobba för en säkrare vård för patienterna. I en operationssal jobbar ett multiprofessionellt team, där tillvaratagande av varandras kompetenser är en förutsättning för ett bra resultat. Operationssjuksköterskan, med sin unika kompetens, har tillsammans med resten av teamet ett ansvar för att bidra till ett gott och välfungerande teamarbete inne på salen. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa operationssjuksköterskors upplevelser av att arbeta i ett team på en operationssal.

Forskning om teamarbete har bedrivits sedan mitten av förra seklet och detta arbetssätt har blivit relativt vanligt på de flesta arbetsplatser idag. Tidigare studier har påvisat att heterogena team har bättre förutsättningar än homogena team att lyckas producera kreativa idéer och lösningar. Detta är av stor vikt eftersom kreativitet bidrar starkt till innovationsförmågan som företag behöver för att utvecklas och överleva i dagens konkurrensutsatta klimat. Dock finns det få studier som beskriver vad som pågår inom team när de är kreativa. Därför ämnar vi beskriva hur arbetsprocessen ser ut i ett heterogent team som arbetar i en miljö som kräver att medlemmarna inte är rädda för att testa nya idéer.

The purpose of this study has been to examine and analyze school counselors? experience of collaboration with other professions in the student health team and the preconditions for their work. The study is based on qualitative semi-structured interviews with six elementary-, and two high school student counselors in a medium-sized town in Sweden. The theoretical approach being used is: role theory, theory of professions and theory about collaboration. The study´s result shows that the school counselors? experience an unclarity in their job assignments and their role is often described as diffuse and vauge.

I maj 2009 släpptes den första betaversionen av Visual Studio Team System 2010. Den innehåller en rad intressanta nyheter och funktioner som kan underlätta utvecklingsarbetet och höja den interna kvaliteten.Kvalitetsbegreppet inom mjukvaruutveckling kan delas upp i två delar: extern och intern kvalitet. Med extern kvalitet menas det som kunden ser, till exempel att rätt funktionalitet utvecklas och att den levereras i tid. Intern kvalitet handlar om processer inom företaget och det som kunden ofta inte ser eller är medveten om.Nyheter i Visual Studio 2010 har utvärderats i fokusgrupper tillsammans med rutinerade utvecklare på Medius. Den agila arbetsprocessen har utvärderats utifrån observationer, informella intervjuer samt den teoretiska referensram som ställts upp.Utvärderingarna har resulterat i ett antal riktlinjer för hur Medius kan förbättra sin interna kvalitetsprocess.

Att arbeta tillsammans inom vården benämns som att arbeta inom team. Teamet består vanligen av läkare, sjuksköterskor, sjukgymnaster och arbetsterapeuter. Arbetsterapeutens främsta ansvar är att öka delaktigheten hos patienten under rehabiliteringen. För att uppnå bästa resultat under rehabiliteringen krävs interventioner där gott samarbete mellan yrkesgrupperna är en förutsättning. Arbetsterapeutens professionella identitet är viktig gentemot andra yrkesgrupper inom vården, och förstärks genom att arbetsterapeuter följer gemensamma modeller och teorier.

Denna uppsats behandlar hur små företag kan arbeta med kompetensutveckling. Fokus i arbetet ligger på hur kompetensutveckling av de anställda, som individer, sker i team- och gruppform. För att erhålla erforderlig data har en fallstudieundersökning genomförts med hjälp av djupintervjuer. Fallstudieobjektet i fråga har varit räddningstjänsten i Luleå, eftersom det är allmänt vedertaget att de arbetar i team. Metoder för kompetensutveckling kategoriseras efter tre teoretiska modeller.

AbstractForskning visar att verksamheter ställs inför omfattande arbetsrelaterade problem därverksamheter förlitar sig på team för en effektiv problemlösning. Grunden för effektivitet iteamen föds då teammedlemmarna delar samma vision om det arbete som måste utföras.Studiens syfte är att få en ökad förståelse för skapandet av delade mentala modeller, genomatt undersöka teammedlemmarnas enskilda upplevelse av delade mentala modeller samtcentrala processer som gemensam meningsstruktur och kommunikation i teamets arbete medatt uppnå effektivitet. I föreliggande fenomenologiska uppsats har ett team om treteammedlemmar observerats och sedan intervjuats om deras individuella upplevelse avskapandet av delade mentala modeller. Resultaten visar att delade mentala modeller upplevssom viktig och där faktorer som aktivt deltagande, kommunikation och interaktion har storpåverkan..

Denna studie syftar till att integrera lämpliga funktioner och koncept typiska för sociala nätverkssidor i ett kommunikationsverktyg med avsikt att förenkla och stödja kommunikation mellan kollegor i team och projekt.  Designprocessen bestod av tre faser. I fas ett avgjordes genom en Pugh-matris vilka funktioner och koncept som hade störst potential för integration. I fas två integrerades dessa i en digital prototyp av det redan existerande kommunikationsverktyget Briteback. I fas tre identifierades användbarhetsproblem hos den framtagna prototypen.

According to recent research the basics for a good body posture is balance between the muscles, if unbalance originates this can be strengthen by gymnastics when most of the practise performs only in one direction. Because of limited research in the area was an explorative study conducted. The purpose of the study was to inquire if exercise adjusted to the individual contributes for balanced muscles and if it contributes for a positive or negative development for the team.On the basics of that the team is not equable an other team in the area has the results for two different periods been measured, during the first period the exercise continued as usual but during the second period each gymnast (n=9) received an individual strength- and stretch program that was performed during the teampractise twice a week. The gymnasts were tested in areas that are imported for them as body posture, balance between the muscles, vigour, range of movement, balance, the running and coordination. The results showed on that the difference is largest between test two and three, except the coordination and balance which did not show any particular change.

This is an essay about health promotion and organisation development. The problem concerning all health issues that can be tied to work related illnesses has long been a problem in Sweden. For example did this problem alone cost the Swedish government 25 million crones a day between the years 2000-2001. This is a major issue and there is lots of money to save in this area. This is why we wanted to research how to promote health by changing the structure of the selected company.

The aim of this study was to examine, in the work against bullying how collaboration between the school counselor and other professions is described by the different professions within the student health team as well as how they describe that the different competencies involved in such teams shapes problem definitions and solutions. The student health (swedish- elevhälsoteamet) team of which the study is based on consists of different professions such as school counselors, school nurses, special education teachers, school psychologists and school principles. We have interviewed representatives of all the above mentioned professions with the exception of school psychologists using a qualitative research design. In this study we have chosen to focus on two student health teams from two different primary schools located in a middle-sized municipality in southern Sweden. We have analysed the results using new institutional theory and the terms domain and power. The main conclusion of the study is that school counselors themselves feel they have a specific knowledge regarding bullying but have difficulties in capitalizing on it while collaborating with the other professions in the student health team.

A study of communication content, frequency and problems was performed at the Swedish Air Force Air Combat Simulation Centre, FLSC. The purpose was to investigate the connection between team communication and performance variables, to study communication problems during air combat and to employ and develop the PILOT method of communication problem analysis. Ten fighter pilots and four fighter controllers engaged in simulated air combat beyond visual range in teams on two sides, Blue and Red, with four pilots and one fighter controller each. Eight such training runs lasting 15 to 25 minutes were analyzed with regard to the Blue team?s communication during launch situations, i.e.

The main objective of this essay is to examine how the identities of young people are influenced by their choice of an individual sport or a team sport.The following questions are the focus of the essay:? How does the sport influence the creation of an identity for active young people?? How will the choice of an individual sport or a team sport affect the development of an identity in young people who practises sport?To achieve the objective of this essay I have used a qualitative research approach. The empirical material has been collected with help of eight semi-structured interviews. Four of them were held with young people who practised swimming and the other four with young people who played soccer. The essay is structured from Derek Layders model regarding how to understand the social reality.

Många organisationer använder sig idag av produktutvecklingsteam som är en form av tvärfunktionellt team. De används därför att det har visat sig ge givande resultat för organisationen, med utgångspunkt från innovation. Hur givande är teamen i lärosynpunkt för individerna i teamet? Med denna fråga som utgångspunkt startade min studie. Då det redan fanns rikligt med litteratur kring både mångfald och lärande i team, men lite litteratur som sammanbinder dem, såg jag det som en utmaning att försöka göra just det.

In the previous curriculum for the preschool Lpfö 98, the educational responsibility was documented belonging to all the team members. On the 1st of July 2011 a new curriculum was introduced to the preschool, Lpfö 98/10, where it is documented that the educational responsibility now belongs to the preschool teachers. According to curriculum experts at the Swedish school board this educational responsibility is not new, just a clarification of the preschool teacher?s educational responsibility.This study is a qualitative study and the purpose was to interview the preschool teachers about their thoughts concerning their educational responsibility. The purpose was also to examine if their educational responsibility has affected their role in the team at the preschool and if they believe that this has any significance for their profession.My result of the study shows that the educational responsibility of the preschool teachers now has been clarified and that they should take a leading role in the team towards the goals that are set for the preschool.
