Transformativt ledarskap - en förutsÀttning för produktivt teamklimat och egeneffektivitet?
In the faster growing pace of changes and competition in the global economy, factors promoting group effectiveness are of interest. How do components of leadershipstyle, especially transformational, team climate and selfefficacy correlate? To answer this question 3 questionnaires regarding leadershipstyle (MLQ), team climate (TCI-Short) and selfefficacy (self developed) were distributed to employees of a Swedish installation company (108 participants). Moderate positive correlations were found between climate and selfefficacy and between varying elements of leadership and selfefficacy. The leadership behaviour Contingent Reward correlated moderately with all climate dimensions and strongly with selfefficay.

This is a qualitative study with a reflexive approach. The aim of this masters thesis is to describe how the internal information is managed in BorÄs Theatre and BorÄs Public Library related to the internal flow of information within the organisations according to descriptions of different units, staff and work tasks. Ten qualitative semi-structured interviews with employees at the Theatre and the Library have been conducted. The organisations have been studied separately. The interviews are presented according to six categories presented in the theory chapter as a result of the study.
Nu Àr det mÄl igen : En studie om mÄlsÀttning hos innebandyspelare i herrlandslaget
The purpose of the present investigation was to identify how knowledge about goal-setting is developed and applied in practice of male players in the Swedish national floorball team, by using a qualitative methodology. Participants were 6 players playing for the Swedish national team. They were asked to respond to the interview questions in relation to their perception of setting goals for a successful outcome in sports, how their goal- setting process has developed and how they deal with goal setbacks and goal attainment. Results revealed that Swedish national players in floorball employed goal setting often for both individual and team goals in practice and competition. In addition, many interesting findings regarding the process of goal setting emerged in the result.

Conciseness about the value of trust and social capital motivates the need for work, with threats to communication, being conflicts and noise. This can create greater trust in the workplace as a whole, as well in the working team. Scientists are increasingly interested in these social relations in the working environment; there are profits, both for production and in terms of individuals2019 well being, in shifting the focus away from a purely production-oriented, economic perspective.
How Venture Capitalists can use their Network in order to reduce the Information Asymmetries between themselves and the Venture Management Team
The purpose of this study is to increase the understanding of how venture capitalists can use their network in order to reduce information asymmetries between themselves and the venture management team. A qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews, consisting of open questions, have been used to receive gradate information in order to reach our explorative purpose. Our theoretical framework consists of relevant studies made on the dynamics of networks and the problems that can arise in the complex relationship between a principal and an agent. We have been interviewing two venture capital firms and therepresentatives from two business angel networks. We also made an additional interview with an influential financial actor in order to try to verify our conclusions Our conclusions are that an extensive network can be used by venture capitalists in order to; verify ventures? technologies, complement the competences in the venture management team, and arrange co-investments, resulting in reduced information asymmetries between themselves and the venture management team.

Virtuella team Àr grupper som jobbar mot ett gemensamt mÄl och som huvudsakligen kommunicerar genom elektroniska medel. The purpose of this study has been to examine and analyze school counselors? experience of collaboration with other professions in the student health team and the preconditions for their work. The study is based on qualitative semi-structured interviews with six elementary-, and two high school student counselors in a medium-sized town in Sweden. The theoretical approach being used is: role theory, theory of professions and theory about collaboration. The studyÂŽs result shows that the school counselors? experience an unclarity in their job assignments and their role is often described as diffuse and vauge.
Analys av modell och kodningsschema för teamcognition baserat pÄ mutual belief
Team cognition Àr en teori som beskriver gruppers beslutsfattandeprocesser. Detta arbete utvÀrderaren modell för team cognition baserat pÄ mutual belief samt analyserar ett kodningsschema som Àrbaserat pÄ denna modell. Modellen utvÀrderades med hjÀlp av en högpresterande grupp dataspelare(World of Warcraft) vars kommunikation analyserades. Dataspelarnas kommunikation transkriberades och kodades enligt kodningsschemat. Analysen visade att mycket av spelarnas verbala kommunikation berör visuella cues exempelvis andra spelares positionering och aktiviteter.
Team Foundation Server 2010 : En utvÀrdering av mÀtetal för projektkvalitet
PÄ Trafikverkets centrala funktion IT anvÀnds Team Foundation Server 2010 för projekthantering. UtifrÄn detta system det Àr det möjligt att fÄ fram mÀtetal som visar information om olika projekt. I denna fallstudie undersöks, med hjÀlp av intervjuer, vilka av dessa mÀtetal som kan anvÀndas för att visa en relevant bild av kvaliteten pÄ ett systemutvecklingsprojekt. Aftonbladets/Sportbladets bevakning av det svenska herrlandslaget i fotboll : En jÀmförelse av EM 1992, EM 2004 och EM 2008
The aim of this masterÂŽs thesis is to investigate how Aftonbladet/Sportbladet is describing the Swedish national men team in football during the European Championship years 1992, 2004 and 2008. Reading over 200 articles gave me an excellent overview of the differences and similarities between the three chosen periods. The theoretical framework has three key terms which circulates around the paper. The terms are discourse, stereotype and national identity. Several results are presented and discussed; some are included in this abstract.
Sambanden mellan arbetets utformning, samspel inom team och samspelets betydelse för teamets proaktiva beteende i Lean Production
Studien Àr genomförd inom ramen för ett större pÄgÄende longitudinellt forskningsprojekt om teamarbete inom Lean Production i fordonsindustrin. Syftet Àr att studera sambanden mellan arbetets utformning, samspel inom team och samspelets betydelse för teamets proaktiva beteende. Resultatet baserades pÄ en tidigare genomförd enkÀtundersökning (N=352) och chefernas bedömning av teamets proaktiva beteende. Korrelationsanalyser visade att starkast signifikanta samband fanns det mellan arbetets komplexitet i inte standardiserade arbetsuppgifter i team och chefernas skattning av teamens proaktiva beteende. Multipel Regression visade signifikant samband mellan chefernas bedömning av teamens proaktiva beteende och teamens kognitiva process att skapa samsyn om arbetet med arbetets komplexitet i inte standardiserade arbetsuppgifter i team.
