Att bedriva projekt som projektledare har genom tidens gång haft olika innebörd. Förr kunde det exempelvis handla om att bygga pyramider, medan det i dagsläget istället kan handla om implementering av IT-system hos organisationer. Under de senaste decennierna har projekt blivit den vanligaste formen för utförande av organisatoriska aktiviteter inom både industrin och offentlig förvaltning. Cirka 90 % av alla projekt som bedrivs i dagsläget sker även under parallella förhållanden, där en organisation utför fler projekt samtidigt, något som har gett upphov till så kallade multiprojektmiljöer. Tidigare forskning vittnar om ett flertal negativa konsekvenser som uppstår i multiprojektmiljöer, med fokus på tre karaktärsdrag: tidspress med dess snäva deadlines, fragmentering då en och samma projektledare har hand om flera projekt samtidigt, samt resurskonflikter då resurser inom organisationen delas av flera projektledare och linjeenheterna. Studiens syfte är att tillämpa Amabile och Kramers (2011) koncept om inner work life, för att utforska hur projektledare påverkas av att arbeta i så kallade multiprojektmiljöer.

Background: It is required that health care professionals continuously work with patient safety and quality improvements, and the skills of registered nurses are significant in this work. However, quality improvement also requires commitment and knowledge about how to improve health care and ensure patient safety. There is a lack of studies that highlights the importance of supportive functions for this work. Nurses in clinical settings can be utilized as facilitators that make things easier for other health care professionals who are engaged in quality improvement and patient safety. In order to gain understanding about the significance and needs of nurses with a role of facilitator, it is urgent to learn from their experiences of facilitating quality improvement in health care.Aim: The aim was to study nurses? experiences of facilitating quality improvement of nursing care, patient safety and multi-professional collaboration in health care.Method: Semi-structured qualitative interviews were performed with ten registered nurses who had experience of being in the role of facilitators.

Collaborative music making on the Internet is not a new phenomenon, but no applications have yet caught on with the vast number of laptop and bedroom studio musicians active today. This is strange considering the inherent social and interactive nature of music, especially amongst trends like Web 2.0 where collaboration and user-generated data is key. In this paper I study the problems these applications face, and why they do not have a greater appeal to musicians. The voltage level in the power grid varies due to variations in load and production. Normally these variations are manageable, but they may be excessively large during a disturbance. If the voltage is too high it may damage the equipment in the grid and too low voltages may cause problems like voltage instability. The magnitude of the voltage variation depends on the short circuit power capacity of the point of interest.This problem may become lore prominent due to automatic voltage regulation that acts on shunt reactors and shunt capacitors. When the shunt reactor is connected or disconnected to the grid it may cause such large changes in the voltage that the shunt reactor starts hunting.

In this report a study is carried out with the aim to identify added values of EPC projects implemented in schools in order to increase the interest of EPC projects on the market. The report examines how the planned maintenance, supervision, maintenance and corrective maintenance is affected, how insurance premiums and terms are affected, the indoor environment and how the tasks of the operating staff is changing. A literature study of energy savings, energy use in schools, maintenance and insurance as well as how energy efficiency improvements are related to the Swedish environmental objectives has been made. Visits were carried out in Ludvika, interviews were also carried out with operation technicians and local strategists in Ludvika as well as employees of insurance companies.Schools often have neglected maintenance and problems with ventilation and indoor environment. Schools also have a large energy saving potential due to their low utilization, mainly because they are empty parts of the year.

There are two objectives of this study.The first one was to study the new instrument Deltack fromPrufbau, and with the new knowledge, study the interaction between blanket and paper.Deltack is a new instrument to measure the ink splitting force. Blankets from an earlier study doneby GATF have been montered on 12 different Deltack print forms and those have together with Deltackbeen the base for this project.This study together with information from GATF?s study shows that some of the blankets have ahigher capability to adsorb ink. Those blankets generate a sharper shape on the force curve, they havea lower dot gain, but they print not as good solid..

In today s society, services are becoming more and more important. They are however, partly because of their immaterial nature, separated from traditional merchandise, why the marketing and producing of them differs. Quality errors in a service are often difficult to discover before the service is brought to a customer, since the producing and consuming of it often takes place simultaneously. Quality errors in a service process are called service failures or in Swedish tjänstefel. Nevertheless, with an effective service recovery process, dissatisfied customers can be turned into satisfied ones.

SammanfattningBakgrund: Det finns ett flertal njursjukdomar som kan leda till behov av en njurtransplantation som därför är en eftertraktad behandlingsform vid terminal njursvikt. Tidigare upplevelser och erfarenheter tillsammans med ett flertal faktorer kan påverka patienternas upplevelse och livskvalitet efter genomgången njurtransplantation.Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva vuxna patienters upplevelse av genomgången njurtransplantation.Metod: En litteraturstudie med en kvalitativ ansats har genomförts. Tio vetenskapliga artiklar analyserades med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys.Resultat: Efter analys framkom tre huvudkategorier som beskriver patienters upplevelse av genomgången njurtransplantation: Upplevelse av att anpassa sig till en ny livssituation, Upplevelse av motstridiga känslor samt Upplevelse av förändrad kropp. Slutsats: Det är viktigt att uppmärksamma patienternas livssituation efter att ha genomgått en njurtransplantation då varje upplevelse och individ är unik. Att se över vilken information patienterna får och hur de får den skulle kunna öka patienternas livskvalitet ytterligare..

SCA är Europas största skogsindustrikoncern. Fem bruk är lokaliserade i norra Sverige medan marknaderna för dessa bruks produkter är i Skandinavien samt övriga Europa. För att kunna konkurrera med de europeiska bruken är det mycket viktigt med en effektiv och pålitlig distribution. Då orderstorlekarna blivit mindre, lastning av arkat papper sker på pall samt att krav på regularitet och kortare ledtider ökat ansågs det gamla distributionssystemet vara förlegat. Ett helt nytt distributionssystem utarbetades i samarbete med MoDo.

Thru the creativity of children the object shall transform into a new source for play for pre-school children.The purpose of this work was to research how fantasy and free play of children could be enhanced. I wanted to know how I can motivate children to use their fantasy transforming objects into new sources for play.This was achieved by means of developing a number of different prototypes which I tested in Kindergarden. My observations lead to the development of a cloth-wrap for the chair which provides the required source for ongoing role-play. The chair suddenly transforms into a new landscape and multi-purpose object where children?s fantasy is stimulated and creative play is supported..

In this investigation has an attempt to find out whether so called transplanting shock depends on the moving and transplanting of trees, to other conditions, or if it is due to the imbalance between the root to shoot ratio. Seventy trees of Prunus avium have been part of the investigation and these trees have been divided into four different groups depending on methods of production, untouched on the field, trees still on the field but with root pruning, trees moved and planted into Root-Control-Bag, trees moved and planted into Spring-rings. To be able to answer the question, measurements of the length of the terminal shoots and the lateral shoots and the dimension of the stem growth have been done and also has a visual judgment of the trees vitality been performed. The agenda explicitely phrases the intent of the publicly financed schools of art for children to reflect the multi-ethnic demographics of the city. Public community music schools of today, incorporate classes in all forms of art and are called "Culture schools". There is a long tradition of teaching and making music to lean on as a music teacher in Sweden. This paper tries to explore how these rights are expressed in the governing documents of the Culture school of Malmoe.

Syftet med studien var att få en djupare förståelse för identitetsskapande via sociala medier, och hur detta identitetsskapande påverkar individens självbild. Frågeställningen var: ?Vilka strategier använder unga vuxna i konstruerandet av sin nätidentitet på Facebook genom statusuppdateringar?? och ?Hur förhåller sig denna nätidentitet till deras självbild?? Som metod valdes Multi-Grounded Theory. Sex personer i åldern 18-23 år deltog i studien. Datainsamling skedde genom observation av informanternas statusuppdateringar, och personliga intervjuer kring dessa.

Examensarbetet är en studie på uppdrag av SCA Transforest i Sundsvall, som är ett logistikföretag inom SCA Forest Products. Studien är ägnad en av Transforests fem hamnterminaler, Interforest Terminal Sundsvall, ITS. ITS har ett magasinsutrymme på 70.000 m2 och hade år 2004 ett genomflöde på 1.431.000 ton främst i form av skogsindustriella produkter. Genomflödet av gods har över tiden kraftigt ökat vid ITS och idag upplever man att utrymmet både i befintliga magasin och i terminalen som helhet är begränsat. Då en fortsatt ökning av godsvolymer är trolig och möjligheten att utöka terminalområdet är liten, vill ITS utreda hur flödena och lagerlogistiken i terminalen skulle kunna rationaliseras.
