Bakgrund:Det som har dominerat den traditionella informationen i en ÅRV, sett frånexternt perspektiv, är av finansiell karaktär och är det som företag ger ut ibalansräkning, resultaträkning och kassaflödesanalys med tillhörande noter. Undersenare tid har vikten av den information som ges ut i ÅRV förändrats och utvecklas tillen betydligt mer omfattande rapport. Betydelsen av information som är av ickefinansiell karaktär har kommit att bli mer och mer intressant. Likaså beskrivningar ochförklaringar av både finansiella och icke finansiella delar har kommit att bli betydandeutifrån verksamhetens affärsmässiga sammanhang.Syfte:Uppsatsens syfte är att beskriva vilken information i ÅRV som har störstpotential att öka aktieägarnas förståelse för företaget och dess verksamhet. Informationsom kan behövas för att underlätta i beslutssituationer angående köpa, sälja eller behållaaktier.Metod:För att kunna uppfylla rapportens syfte har vi valt att arbeta utefter en kvalitativmetod med en aduktiv ansats.

Sammanfattning I Lgr11 står det att elever i sin undervisning ska få förståelse för mode och trender och vilka signaler de uttrycker. Syftet är att få en förståelse för elevers uppfattningar om vad de uttrycker med sina kläder, vilket intryck de får av andra elevers klädsel och om eleverna anpassar sina kläder efter varandra. Frågeställningarna är: på vilka sätt uppfattar och beskriver elever andra elever utifrån deras kläder, anpassar eleverna i undersökningen sina kläder efter varandra och anpassar eleverna i undersökningen sina kläder efter situationer? Elever i årskurs nio på två olika skolor har besvarat ett frågeformulär och några elever har deltagit i intervjuer. Resultatet tolkas med habitus, doxa, genus och normer.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka pedagogernas syn på genusuppdraget i förskolan. Följande frågeställningar ligger till grund för studien: Vad anser pedagogerna att innebörden av arbeta med genusuppdraget i förskolan är? Vilken betydelse har genusuppdraget i förskolan enligt pedagogerna? För att undersöka dessa frågor användes kvalitativa intervjuer på fyra pedagoger. Datamatrialet analyserades och kategoriserade arbetet utifrån informanternas upplevelser i dessa delar: arbetet med genus, genusuppdragets betydelse och andra påverkande faktorer.Resultatet visade att pedagogerna ansåg att genusuppdraget var en viktig del i arbetet gällande att motverka de traditonella könsrollerna. Genom att visa barnen att de traditionella bilderna inte är de enda och att alla är lika mycket värda oberoende av könstillhörighet och att du är du och att du duger som du är var ett genom gående tema i resultatet.

The study has been done on behalf of and in cooperation with LRF Konsult. The purpose of the study was to try to find out how forest estate buyers valuated different parts of the estate at the time of the purchase and to see if it was possible to identify different trends between different kinds of purchasers. The study is delimited to Västerbotten County and all the purchases were made thru LRF Konsult. The background of the study is that the forest estate purchasers are paying more and more for the forest estates. The prices are often much higher than the net present value which means that they are paying for something more than just the timber value. The study is made with a questionnaire mailed to one hundred forest estate purchasers. Answers got returned from 48 of them.

The report describes a measuring method for analysis of energy consumption measurement in microwave ovens. Concurrently that the awareness of the environment evolves the demands are growing for more power saving products. This is also counting within the Home Appliance business, which is Whirlpools business area. Whirlpool is therefore interested of launching microwave ovens with documented low power consumption. To be able to implement this, both asserted measuring equipment, that fulfils all demands, and a standard procedure is required.

PurposeThe purpose of this thesis is to provide a deeper understanding of how e-commercecompanies within the fashion industry are working with lead times and illustrate andanalyse differences and similarities between companies.Research question- In which ways are e-commerce companies within the fashion industry working withshort lead times?MethodologyThis thesis is based on a qualitative research method in order to achieve a greaterunderstanding of the chosen topic, of how the chosen companies are operating and toprovide room to our own interpretations and reflections. Interviews through telephonewere used to gather the empirical data from six different e-commerce companies withinthe fashion industry.ConclusionsAfter completing the theoretical and empirical analysis it can be concluded that leadtimes are considered essential for all of the participating companies but there is adifference in which way they look at, and how they work with lead times. Somecompanies stressed that short lead times are an important aspect of competition andclaimed that this is something they are constantly working with. For others the balanceand matching of supply and demand was the most important factor rather than toachieve short lead times.

The aim of this master thesis is to measure library service quality in two groups of libraries, newly developed and well established, and to see if there are any differences in the users perception of the dimensions in LibQUAL+. The thesis also examines the different perception of quality for the user groups: undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty. Another approach is to test the Swedish translation of LibQUAL+. Different theories on service quality are presented but the main theories are from the marketing perspective. The grounding and development of LibQUAL+ is described as well as the use of the instrument in different libraries.

Background: Of those who start companies, only about 30 % are women. Women's companies also often have both fewer employees and lower turnover. Several efforts are therefore being made to try to influence and encourage more women to start businesses and to get them to expand. Two of these ventures are special network for women and about women entrepreneurs as role models, something that also the theories believe is very important for a more egalitarian business. While entrepreneurship is encouraged for growth in the community, it also has a male character, something that needs to be considered.Purpose: As both the EU and the Swedish government through measures such as Tillväxtverket, is investing large sums to promote networking and role models, we intended to analyze the importance of networking and role models for entrepreneurial women.

In this thesis the author has through a discourse analysis examined how the concept of culture has been used in the discourse of integration during the late twentieth century in Sweden. The author argues that the integration of immigrating people has been the fundamental method in creating Swedish citizens within the immigrant communities. In this discourse the concept ?culture? has been a constant recurring way of explaining differences among the immigrants towards ?ethnic swedes? and Swedish way of life and establishing difficulties in performing integration outside of governmental policies. This essay is a study of explicit subjectivity and valuation in Swedish literary historiography from a power perspective. The methodology involves qualitative perusal of literary handbooks from 1915 to 1999. The author Fredrika Runeberg is taken as a window, in that I have examined if and how she is described in the selected handbooks. The main purpose has been to see if subjectivity in disparaging terms and condemnation of authorship have become more evident during the years under consideration. I have related the twelve selected handbooks to Hallberg's five methods for literary historiography.

In this bachelor thesis a complete prototype of an industrial vibration measurement platform has been developed. By measuring a number of variables such as acceleration, temperature and speed conclusions can be drawn on machinery health. The aim is to evaluate hardware and software solutions for a possible future product. Based on a requirement specification a proper hardware design has be developed. The hardware consists of a four-layer PCB with an ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller and about 250 other components. The PCB was designed, assembled, tested and finally housed in a box.
