Bakgrunden till detta examens arbete är behovet av att få lägre emissioner och dåspeciellt NOx emissioner. I detta arbete är olika NOx reduktions metoder beskrivna ochutvärderade. Tyngdpunkten har lagts på de ?våta NOx reduktions teknologierna? och dåspeciellt teknologier för att befukta insugsluften. Detta arbete består av en litteraturstudie, genomgång av test resultat från motor tester med dessa teknologier samtsimuleringar.NOx reduktionen genom at introducera vatten eller vatten ånga till förbränningenåstadkoms genom att sänka den maximala temperaturen i förbränningsrummet ochgenom att tillsätta inert media med hög värmekapacitet vilket också reducerarsyrekoncentrationen.

When in the process of buying a product based high effort behavior, the consumer needs information to decide on which product that best satisfies their need. There is a wide arrange of sources where this could be found. One of the most important, due to the great influence it has on consumer choice, is in-store communications. This is also one of the least developed sources. It is not uncommon that the only facts that can be acquired are found on product packaging and from contact with the store´s staff.

The gamma knife contains a cluster of a dozen motor servos and motors used for adjusting the patient and the radiation sources over a CAN bus. A self-developed hardware-in-loop simulator running on a PC with LabVIEW is currently being used for integration level testing of the control system of the gamma knife. The simulator has some problems with it not running in real-time and having other performance issues.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine whether the concept of permanent establishment, as defined in Article 5 of the OECD Model Tax Convention on Income and Capital, is applicable to electronic commerce and if so whether the current definition is able to appropriately deal with the challenges of electronic commerce.In 2003, the OECD added a new section to the Commentary on the Model Tax Convention on Article 5. The new section is a clarification on the application of the permanent establishment definition in electronic commerce.The current definition of permanent establishment in the Model Tax Convention relies on the physical presence of a foreign corporation as the threshold for source taxation. The task was to design and manufacture a submersible displacement pump working with the wobble plate principle. The main task for the Wobble plate pump is to be used as a sewage pump for smaller households or dewatering pump in environments where small flows and high pressures are acquired. For these purposes ITT Flygt sell a screw pump, PC-Grinder 3068. The hydraulic part of the PC-Grinder is manufactured by a subcontractor. Therefore ITT Flygt wants to evaluate an alternative to their screwpump PC-Grinder, which can be entirely manufactured by them self.

The main objective of this thesis was to develop appropriate strategies and find factors that affect the usability of parameterized designs. This was accomplished by investigate the user-interface and how it is designed to meet the user's information needs. The thesis also embraces the basic theories in terms of investigation, cognitive design principles and human behavior patterns in the interaction with the machine. The approach has led to an explorative investigation in this subject area.The thesis also had the purpose to achieve more efficient ways for development of motor chainsaws at Husqvarna AB's department Global Cutting Equipment. That can be achieved through reduce costs of development per sold unit.

Automated Guided Vehicles, AGV:er, används i huvudsak som monteringsplattform inom tung fordonsindustri. En AGV kan användas vid montering av motorer, växellådor och chas-sin. AGV:n transporterar produkten genom en slinga i fabriken, där produkten monteras. Idag säljs AGV:n med ett löfte om femfaldig säkerhet mot brott för alla de ingående komponenter-na. AGV:n är konstruerad för att bära upp en last på maximalt 1800 kg, med säkerhetsfaktorn inkluderad.

SammanfattningVår uppdragsgivare Metso Paper Karlstad AB är världsledande inom tillverkning av Tissue maskiner (tunn papper). Av Metso Paper fick vi uppgiften att utveckla en Mekanisk Slitter. En mekanisk slitter sitter monterad i slutet av en tissue maskin och har uppgiften att dela pappersbanan i flera delar beroende på hur många slittrar man valt att installera. Varför man delar pappersbanan är för att underlätta efterhanteringen av rullarna.Problemet med dagens Mekaniska Slitter är att den inte klarar av de säkerhetskrav som ställs för att få kunna vistas i området där den är installerad. Avståndet som klingan är oskyddad är för stort.

The Röhsska museum in Gothenburg has recently launched a new work method, Backstage, that is studied and paralleled to the museums permanent exhibition on Japanese design. In Backstage the museums routine work is executed in full view of the museums visitors in an exhibition area. The study has focused on the museums intentions and the visitors? interpretations in Backstage and Japanese design, as well as the staff?s experience of the work method?s public aspects. The study?s empirical material has been collected through interviews with the museum staff as well as observations and interviews with visitors in both Backstage and Japanese design.

Slutsatser om motormodifieringar och komponentutbyten drogs efter en detaljerad litteraturstudie, teoretiska beräkningar samt intervjuer med yrkesverksamma inom området.En överladdad 2,5 liters bensinmotor med fem cylindrar av märket Volvo användes som bas för en prototyp.Motorn genomgick en modifiering med komponentbyten och programmering av ECU för att åstadkomma en effekthöjning från 193 till 320 hk med bibehållen driftsäkerhet.Resultaten presenteras med figurer och beräkningar där testresultaten från motorn i original mot modifierat utförande jämförs, därefter följer en diskussionsdel om vad som kunde gjorts för att nå ett bättre resultat..

Today Europe is faced with an identity crisis concerning its borders. Turkey stands at the threshold for an EU-membership while the EU-Commission is trying to formulate what constitutes a European identity. This identity seeking process will determine the future not only for Turkey, but also for immigrants now living in Europe.In this thesis a discourse analysis, underpinned by socialconstructionist theory, is conducted to explore how the European identity has been constructed throughout history up until today. A starting point is that identity always is defined through a dialectical relationship to "otherness". Therefore the analysis is focused not only on what a European identity consists of but also what and who it excludes.

Denna rapport avser att ge tankar och teori om utvecklingsmetodiken av detta arbetet.
