This paper examines representations of gender discrimination, linked to feminist perspectives, in the Parliamentary debate on Sweden?s new discrimination legislation through a discourse analysis.

This study focuses on the internal marketing and how it affects the complaints by companies? communication control. Our purpose with this subject is to increase the understanding of which components affects the relation between internal marketing, communication control and complaints. We have chosen the subject, internal marketing because it caught our interest in an earlier course. On the basis of the literature of costumer complaint there have not been so much research about it and that is why we have chosen this perspective on internal marketing.This study is based on a qualitative approach.

Syftet med denna jÀmförande studie var att ta reda pÄ om det fanns nÄgra skillnader i arbetssÀtt och miljö kring hur en friskola respektive en kommunal skola arbetar kring barn med koncentrationssvÄrigheter. Arbetet Àr baserat pÄ semistrukturerade intervjuer vilka genomfördes med fem lÀrare pÄ vardera skolan. Resultatet visade att det specialpedagogiska stödet skiljer sig sÄ till vida att pÄ friskolan konsulteras en specialpedagog vid behov medan det pÄ den kommunala skolan finns en speciallÀrare stationerad pÄ skolan. Miljöns skillnader ligger i den fysiska utformningen pÄ skolorna och Àven i den sociala miljön. En slutsats var att alla lÀrare anser sig anpassa sitt arbetssÀtt utefter varje elevs behov och att de inte lÀgger för stor vikt vid att en elev ska ha diagnos för att fÄ rÀtt hjÀlp..

Several researches asserts that as teachers are responsible for the content of teaching and by formulating teaching "Why, ""How" and "What", that will also give signals to students about what is important knowledge. This essay addresses the difficulties teachers may face in terms of self-disclosure student texts and awareness of this in the design of teaching and writing tasks. Research shows that self-disclosure and self-therapy student texts exist and that teachers are experiencing a difficulty with regard to assessment and treatment.Through qualitative interviews examined seven teachers' design of any, to the student, self-disclosure information from curriculum and policy documents. Another purpose of this paper is to examine the extent to which teachers, through the information they give to their pupils, may affect the texts students submit. It turns out that the respondents are united in the belief that they, through their data, may affect the texts they receive from their students when they are the ones that control the content of teaching, and they agree that the curricula gives them a great choice for design data. The survey shows that the perception of the curriculum that will open up for self-disclosure texts differ as some of the respondents believe that the curriculum is very much about the students way to express feelings and opinions, while others believe that they may try to package this data in another purpose or exercise.

A new site- and construction-law came into effect in May 2011. The new law, PBL2010:900 implies several different changes of the law. These changes concern bothconstructors, people working in municipality and county councils and other peoplethat in some way are related to the building sector. Except from the change in orderof the chapters and the renewed and modernized language, the law has now beenextended with a few new phases.According to the new law a certificate has to be issued to start and finish theconstruction; the construction consulting has changed name into technical consultingand the protocol for the controls has to show what the control is being compared to.This diploma work concerns control visits on construction sites as related to the newlaw. The reason why visits on construction sites are now implemented in the law isbecause the government saw a lack of trustworthiness in the old law.

The purpose with this examine was to study the teachers perception of leadership in the classroom and also how they experience the conditions of this. The method used was qualitative, and builds on a total of six interviews. Stensmos five leadership tasks in the classroom that constitute leadership context have provided the theoretical basis of this study. The leadership tasks have therefore been used as theoretical tools in this study to analyze the teachers? reasoning about their own leadership style.

Thavenius (2009:23-122) and Dahl (1999:49-82) explains that literary education in school has gone from, in the 1800s, barely existed on receiving the fairly central location it has today. Fredriksson (2010:2-3) points out that there are several threats to the ancient writers and writings in danger of being forgotten. The purpose with this essay was to examine how to work with literary history in school, and whether and how to work with regional literature history. To fulfill the purpose of this paper three high school teacher in Swedish were interviewed.The survey shows that respondents working in various ways with the history of literature, either in the eras, themes or projects. The perception of what literature and the authors to be affected varies between respondents, particularly the perception of the work about authors from VĂ€rmland.

The task in this master thesis was to design and construct a prototype of a satellite antenna driver unit. The unit is to be robust and work in cold weather down to -40°C, so that it can be mounted on the roof of a minibus. A microcontroller controls the H-bridges simultaneous, each connected to an electrical motor. Hardware and software protections were implemented to ensure that the antenna can not turn outside its allowed area and risk breaking. The unit can output voltages at many different levels and communicate at a multitude of signal standards..

Med hjÀlp av en fallstudie genom intervjuande samtal med en elev och skolans specialpedagog beskrivs verkligheten pÄ just den hÀr yrkesorienterade gymnasieskolan. Resultatens första del beskriver koncentrationssvÄrigheter till hjÀlp för förstÄelse av begreppet.

Background:For patients with severe heart disease, may heart transplantation be the only opportunity for survival. Previous research highlights the importance of the nurse's role as supporters and knowledge brokers. People who has undergone heart transplant may be changed forever. Having to undergo a heart transplant can lead to that patients end up in a traumatic crisis. People's perception of herself and her perception of the world is also changing when the body is injured or suffers a disease.

The purpose of this study was to examine leadership in the public sector based on leadership models, organizational factors, conditions and health of employees. The study was divided into sub-study one and two. In sub-study one the design was an observational study using cross sectional design in which 67 first line managers in the public sector answered a survey about conditions and leadership models. Sub-study two was an observational study using case-control design focusing on a health promoting leadership intervention in the municipal sector. Two semi-structured interviews and 41 surveys were collected.

The aim of my thesis was to examine if educators need to be critical of what they read to the children from a gender perspective. I examined how picture books depict gender and if the books enhances or breaks perception of gender roles. I also examined educator?s perception of gender and if they think picture books can affect children?s perceptions of gender, but also what educators think about gender equality through picture books. The study is based on analysis of five picture books and interview with five educators.The results of analyzes showed that picture books are stereotyped and enhances perceptions of gender roles.

I denna studie Àr syftet att belysa vilka effekter som underhÄllningsspel kan ha pÄ motivation och koncentration samt Àven undersöka om spel kan anvÀndas för att förbÀttra den kognitiva prestationen. Konkret stÀlls frÄgan vilka förÀndringar som sker i reaktion, korttidsminne och perception efter att ha spelat Gradius 3 samt vilka orsaker som ligger bakom dessa förÀndringar. Resultatet pekar entydigt mot att spelandet har en positiv effekt och förbÀttrar den kognitiva förmÄgan. SÀrskilt nÀr det gÄr bra i spelet och man fÄr ett flow kan prestationen maximeras, vilket överensstÀmmer med Csíkszentmihålyis flowteori. Det flow som uppstÄr i spelet ger en euforisk kÀnsla av tillfredsstÀllelse som stimulerar motivation och koncentration, vilka bÄda Àr förutsÀttningar för bÀttre prestation.
