Power quality measurements were also performed in Gryaabs other 10 kV substation HSP04 fed from HSP01 and at the terminals of the induction motor IN_PU4040 of 1.3 MW which controls one of the four large inflow pumps to the plant. The reason for the latter measurement was due to registered negative transients each time the motor was connected to the grid. The cause of the transients could be explained by the coupling in the substation, the ageing of the motor which could result in damage of the bearings or resonance in the motor circuit which amplifies high frequency harmonics.

Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att öka förståelsen för kunders perception av företags miljödesign och hur detta påverkar deras uppfattning om företags image. Uppsatsen grundar sig på ett fallföretag, SEB i Lund. Den emiriska analysen har sin grund i kalitativa djupintervjuer gjorda med SEB och med SEBs kunder. Att kunder reflekterar över miljödesign är något som framkommer i studien. This paper investigates and explains the existence of different governance structures in the Swedish film industry. Using a theoretical framework of transaction cost economics, it is shown that trust follows from frequent production projects, affecting the distributors? control of producers, cinemas, video retailers and television. Control becomes more flexible, informal and less time consuming. Furthermore, the control of the distributors? relationship with television and cinemas proves to be multidimensional and affected by transaction activities, as well as by demands from previous parties in the value chain.

???This study has been made with the purpose of gaining an understanding of how a Swedish company may think and act concerning their internal control. An American body, COSO, have for some time published documents containing guidelines for how companies should go about this process, however, when conducting this study we were not aware of the extent to which companies in Europe and mainly Sweden used them. In order to learn about this, and also to gain an understanding of when these guidelines are appropriate, we conducted a case study with a large-sized, multinational Swedish company. We also conducted an interview with an expert in internal control monitoring, Anna-Clara af Ekenstam of Pricewaterhouse Coopers, in order to get the perspective of the evaluators in this process and to gain some insight as to whether our case is typical in Sweden or not. We found that our company disregards certain aspects of internal control condoned by COSO, while performing better on other dimensions.

Franchise theorists have to a large extent failed to keep up with the actual development in global franchise chains. The recent emergence of fast growing multi-unit-franchisees has fundamentally been ignored, and it has been claimed that the new phenomenon can be regarded as a mere replication of the franchisors? structure and control system into sub hierarchies. This study however, suggests that the reality is more complex. Through conducting case studies of two Nordic multi-unit-franchisees, new theories are built explaining how and why control systems are designed the way they are.

Elevernas m?jlighet att under gymnasietiden prova olika typer av arbete n?mns som en av flera framg?ngsfaktorer f?r anst?llning men elevernas r?ster om betydelsen av arbetsplatsf?rlagt l?rande, apl, saknas i stort sett helt inom forskningen. Syftet med studien var att unders?ka hur n?gra elever som avslutat sina studier p? anpassad gymnasieutbildning upplevde och erfor l?rande p? apl och syftet var ocks? att unders?ka deras uppfattning om betydelsen av apl f?r att komma in p? arbetsmarknaden, vilket preciserades i f?ljande fr?gest?llningar: Vilka erfarenheter av och uppfattningar om l?rande p? sin apl-plats har tidigare elever p? anpassat gymnasium? Vilken betydelse anser eleverna att apl har f?r m?jligheten till anst?llning? Studien tog sin teoretiska utg?ngspunkt i sociokulturellt och specialpedagogiskt perspektiv och metoden som anv?ndes var semistrukturerade kvalitativa intervjuer som sedan analyserades tematiskt. Resultatet visade att apl givit studiens deltagare viktiga erfarenheter och yrkesrelaterade f?rdigheter som f?r de flesta lett till syssels?ttning och arbete.
