The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the relationship between urban transformation and the occupation movement in Sweden, aiming to identify the movement's characteristics and comprehend its changes over time. By analyzing qualitative material collected from occupants active within a span from the 1980 to the present, we examine how the occupation movement has evolved. The aim of this study is to investigate a specific form of Special Interest Tourism (SIT), namely health- and fitnesstravels. This kind of travelling is studied from a Swedish perspective and includes aspects like gender and age in active tourism. It also includes which travel Motivations that lies beyond the choice of an active vacation.The study is based on a survey that was sent in an e-mail to the health tourism company InShapeTravel´s customers. The answers to the survey has been analyzed and related to earlier research about active tourism.The result shows that more women than men participate in the kind of healthy travels that InShapeTravel offers. A majority of the respondents are between 41-60 years old and the most common travel motivation was ?Better physic/psychic wellbeing?. .

The aim of this study is to obtain a better understanding of what factors affect the motivation for visiting Dark Tourism sites and the way that these sites are regarded. By providing such an insight this study contributes to a greater understanding of Dark Tourism.  In order to find answers to our questions, we interviewed several representatives at different sites and also carried out observations at three Dark Tourism attractions to reach a better understanding of the visors? Motivations for visiting this kind of tourist attractions. In our study we have concluded that people have become increasingly interested in visiting such Dark Tourism sites even though these may seem scary or uncomfortable. Our research has helped us to find answers to the questions that we asked and we have concluded that people have become more curious and want to know more about terrible events and why they took place..

Den här uppsatsen vill exemplifiera och beskriva hur interaktionen mellan människor och djur kan användas i socialt arbete. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med professionella som använder djur i vardagen. Allt från vårdhundar hos dementa på äldreboende till ridhästar för att hjälpa unga med självdestruktivt beteende, har vi funnit gemensamma effekter som djuret bidrar med i inter-aktionen. Genom att applicera teorier som social pedagogik, makt och symbolisk interaktionism försöker vi tydliggöra interaktionen och vad som sker utifrån olika teoretiska perspektiv. Ur resultatet kommer vi presentera djurets olika funktioner och roller som icebreaker, Motivations verktyg, skapare av sammanhang och signifikant andre.

Vår uppsats strävar efter att beskriva turisters Motivations- och identitetskapande med hjälp av det sociala mediet Facebook. Facebook är idag det största sociala nätverket och unga vuxna är de mest frekventa användarna. Vi kommer således i vår uppsats gå in på en djupare diskussion om deras använde av Facebook vid resande med hjälp av information insamlad genom personliga intervjuer samt litteratur. De intervjuade bestod av svenska unga vuxna i åldrarna 18-25 år. Den specifika åldersgruppen valdes eftersom de tillhör den största användargruppen på Facebook.

Especially Multinational Corporations (MNCs) in the global business environment face many challenging situations due to the fact that they often have linkages to countries where the local government is either unwilling or unable to take care of its responsibilities. MNCs often find themselves with increased responsibilities when they start solving some of the issues that earlier have been the sole responsibility of states. The purpose of this study is to describe the Motivations of women to participate in politics and to examine whether women feel that they are held back by something in their political participation. The questions of this study are:How do women motivate their participation in different fields in politics?Are there any obstacles that are holding women back in their political participation? Interviews have been used as the method to gather the empirical data. When applying the theoretical framework on the empirical material the main conclusion is that women tend to participate more frequently in political activities that are less time consuming and more sporadic in comparison to more traditional forms of political participation. Women are also more inclined to participate in political activities on a lower level that makes up part of their everyday life, one example of this is women?s increasing participating in political consumerism. Keywords: Politiskt deltagande, kvinnor, motivation, politik, politisk jämlikhet, politiska sfärer.
