Studiens syfte var att undersöka vilka faktorer som påverkade framgångsrika säljares prestation positivt på ett callcenter företag. Detta var betydande då tidigare studier främst fokuserat på problemen inom callcenterbranschen. Undersökningen utfördes genom intervjuer med sex framgångsrika säljare, där frågorna utformades utifrån Antonovoskys teori om KASAM samt Herzbergs tvåfaktorteori. Resultatet visade att det främst var prestationslön, bekräftelse och tävlingar som bidrog till motivation och kolleger samt bekräftelse som skapade arbetstillfredsställelse. Bekräftelse skapade både motivation och arbetstillfredsställelse och hade därför en dubbelfunktion som påverkade säljarens prestation positivt.

Forskning visar att elevers syn på sina egna kunskaper, deras osäkerhet i matematik samt matematikundervisningens utformande kan påverka motivationen och lärandet i matematik. Med bakgrund i tidigare forskning syftar därför denna studie till att få en fördjupad förståelse för vilka faktorer som kan påverka elevers motivation till ämnet matematik. Studien syftar också till att finna skillnader och likheter mellan de faktorer som påverkar elevers motivation till matematik i årskurs ett, årskurs tre och årskurs sex. Studien är kvalitativ och 12 elever intervjuades; fyra i årskurs ett, fyra i årskurs tre och fyra i årskurs sex. Tre observationer har också genomförts under en matematiklektion där de intervjuade eleverna deltagit.

The theoretical modelwhere then tested in a empirical study in which additional data created a more true model of themotivation on participation at the hospital.The findings of the study show how the descriptive model illustrates how the twodifferent departments both work with a empowering philosophy that have built in properties thatenable the employees to gain more motivation. The model also underline the importance of thecommunication role to enlighten the employee in what, where, when and why the change takesplace.

Background: Different cultures meet to a greater extent than before as a result of the increasing globalisation. Therefore, international leaders have to count on greater differences in behaviour of their employees within organisations than they have experience from. It can consequently be difficult in an international environment to understand what motivate individuals of a different culture. Purpose: The purpose of this report is to make greater understanding for how national cultures influence leaders methods to motivate their employees in an international environment in Spain where two different cultures confront. Performance: The study has been made by 14 qualitative interviews with Spanish and Swedish leaders in Spain.

The five interviewed teachers refer in its reasoning to the main curriculum and the rules of copyright; they also support the negative view of the plagiarism in the world of art. The theory of originality is a theory that deals with the vision of the originality in contemporary time.

This is a study about the transition process and the consolidation of power in Belarus. In this paper the concept of "authoritarian state building and the sources of regime competitiveness in the fourth wave" is the major theory used. After giving a description of the theory?s concepts a short historical background of Belarus follows. Chapters four describes and explain the political situation in Belarus during five periods.

Syftet med studien var att beskriva personalledares erfarenheter av främjade motivationsfaktorer sett ur ett psykosocialt arbetsmiljöperspektiv inom Samhall. I studien var inklusionskriterierna för informanterna att de var anställda som personalledare inom Samhall, med minst ett års arbetslivserfarenhet. Antalet informanter bestod av åtta personalledare, anställda på Samhall i två kommuner i norra Sverige. Studien genomfördes genom semistrukturerade intervjuer i lokaler i anslutning till Samhall eller Luleå tekniska universitet. Med inspiration av en kvalitativ innehållsanalys analyserades intervjuskrifterna.

Bakgrund: Diabetes typ 2 är en sjukdom som ökar alltmer i omfattning världen över. Livsstilsförändring är en del av behandlingen men kan vara svår att genomföra om motivation saknas. Att vara delaktig i sin egenvård och få stöd från sjuksköterskor ger bättre förutsättningar att lyckas uppnå förändring. Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien var att beskriva patienters och sjuksköterskors syn på motivation, stöd och delaktighet vid livsstilsförändring i samband med diabetes typ 2. Metod: Uppsatsen är gjord som en litteraturstudie med en kvalitativ metod som har inspiration av fenomenologi.

This study is a survey concerning learning on equal terms. The purpose of the survey is to get a look into how teachers of today integrate students to obtain an individually adapt education. A good education is where every single student can evolve from an individual level and how education is adapted to let high-achieving students keep their motivation and thus develop from their own level of knowledge.Data has been collected through a qualitative method using semi-structured interviews. In the result the answers of the interviews are presented and it shows that teachers turn their focus towards low-achieving students. Low-achieving students are more in need of support to reach the required amount of knowledge, but that the high-achieving students must not be forgotten by the teachers. .

Syftet med denna intervjustudie är att med en vetenskapligt kvalitativ metod undersöka hur motivation hos elever skapas utifrån yrkesverksamma historielärares perspektiv, samt hur detta skapande förhåller sig till motivationsteorier. Sju lärare fördelat på två grundskolor och ett gymnasium, har intervjuats. Svaren från intervjuerna har bearbetats separat och sedan analyserats utifrån motivationsteorier. Resultatet visar att lärarna ser egenskaperna i rollen som lärare vara den primära faktorn i skapandet av motivation hos eleverna. Dessa är att vara en god berättare, engagerad, ha goda ämneskunskaper och ha förmåga att kunna beröra elever.

The aim of this study was to get a survey and a deeper understanding of students? choice of language at upper secondary school, as well as their attitude and motivation to the German language. The rapports of diminished interests in studying languages at upper secondary school raised our interest in how to go against this and motivate students to actually choose to study a language. The study parted from a student perspective with focus on learning, attitude and motivation. A quantitative study with 168 pupils from 11 secondary schools in Halmstad as well as short interviews with their teachers have been used and analysed.Our study showed that students are not particular interested in German.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how former pupils in a daycareschool experienced there stay, in relation to the ordinary school. The method we used was an qualitative interview study with former pupils of a daycareschool. We have analyzed the result with help of Goffmans theory about stigma, Beckers labeling theory, Antonovskys SOC (a Sense Of Coherence) concept and Gjaerums theory of controlling. After analyzing the results we came to the conclution that the pupils where stigmatized and labeled as deviants in the ordinary school whilst in the daycareschool they got an enhanced SOC and a feeling of control. Due to the daycareschool?s work with these pupils they no longer sees as stigmatized and labeled..

Syftet med vår uppsats, är att ta reda på hur pedagoger reflekterar och arbetar kring motivationens betydelse i elevers tidiga läs - och skrivutveckling. Uppsatsen inleder med att presentera samhällets krav på elevers läs- och skriv förmåga. Vi redogör även för vad läroplanen säger om läs- och skrivundervisningen i skolan, samt professor Gärdenfors artikel om elevers motivation i lärandet. I det teoretiska ramverket, presenteras det sociokulturella perspektivet, samt teorier om lärande och motivation även Maslows behovshierarki bearbetas. Vidare i uppsatsen tar vi upp relevant forskningslitteratur omkring miljöns betydelse samt bemötande och samspel.

Förekomsten av övervikt och fetma har ökat och utvecklats till ett globalt hälsoproblem. Följdsjukdomar som överviktiga patienter riskerar att drabbas av är många och kräver ofta sjukvård. Det är således i detta sammanhang som sjukvårdspersonal kan komma i kontakt med denna patientgrupp. Syftet med studien var att belysa vilket stöd överviktiga patienter är i behov av för motivation till viktminskning. Studien utfördes som en litteraturstudie.
