Genom att ra?tta med fa?rger och kommentarer samt ge eleverna tid att ra?tta de fel de bega?tt, ger man eleverna mo?jligheterna att vara delaktiga i sitt eget la?rande. Med den nya la?roplanen Lgr 11 och med ett projekt som heter BFL (bedo?mande fo?r la?rande) som startades i Lunds kommun fo?r tva? a?r sedan kom jag och en kollega i kontakt med den formativa bedo?mningen pa? ett tydligare sa?tt.

Through earlier research it has been established that more and more readers are turning to social media in their search for everyday news. In this report we zoom in on news concerning football and try to find out how readers reason in picking their sources, whether it is social, online or traditional media. By interviewing a group of six, all interested in football and active within social media, we have seen that allthough social media is becoming a major influence in news reporting, it does not seem to be competing with traditional online media. Instead the two are offering the readers very different things all together, and theese differences are what we try to show in this report. Our hope is that the research in sport journalism can be translated in to all kinds of areas and be an indication on how journalism and our society is evolving online..

Motivation Àr en betydelsefull kompontent för en individs utövande utav studier. Studien utgick ifrÄn motivationsteorin Self- determination theory. Syftet med studien var att redogöra för relationen mellan högskolestudenters demografiska faktorer och vilken typ av motivation som driver dem till att utöva studier, samt relationen mellan motivationstyperna. Med typ av motivation avses amotivation, inre samt yttre motivation. Studien bestod utav 102 studenter, varav 49 mÀn och 53 kvinnor, frÄn en högskola i mellersta Sverige som fick besvara enkÀten The Academic Motivation Scale.

Leadership in organizations plays a crucial role in promoting employee motivation. Different leadership styles have been shown to affect motivation in various ways. The purpose of this report is to establish a deeper understanding of the relationship between different leadership styles and motivation according to Self-Determination Theory. The report also aims to highlight potential similarities and differences in the perceptions of leaders and employees in various industries, regarding motivation as defined by Self-Determination Theory. Based on a case study, it includes interviews with eight leaders and eight employees.

Syftet med studien Àr att undersöka nÄgra gymnasiesÀrskolelÀrares syn pÄ motivation och förankring i styrdokumenten i Àmnet matematik. Min utgÄngspunkt Àr det sociokulturella perspektivet, dÀr delaktighet ligger till grund för motivationen. Delaktighet i det sociala sammanhanget samt i elevernas egen kunskapsutveckling.Jag har valt en kvalitativ ansats och en fenomenografisk analys, mitt fokus Àr att hitta skillnader i lÀrarnas uppfattningar kring motivation och styrdokument. Med stöd av denna ansats har jag valt Ätta semistrukturerade intervjuer, som metod.Resultatet visar att det finns variationer pÄ hur lÀrarna ser pÄ motivation och utvecklingstörning. Utfallsrummet Àr inre förutsÀttningar för motivation med underkategorierna inuti individen och i samspel med andra och yttre förutsÀttningar för motivation.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka introjektiv motivation och arbetsrelaterad stress. Studien grundades i Self-determination theory och delades upp i studie 1 och 2. Syftet med studie 1 var att undersöka huruvida introjektiv motivation kan delas upp i tvÄ motivationstyper. Ett mÀtinstrument utformades för att undersöka sambandet, med data frÄn 77 respondenter. Resultatet visade pÄ ett signifikant, positivt medelstarkt samband.

The evolution of the media landscape and the introduction of social media have increased thenumber of communication channels tremendously during the last decade. These new channels have also made an impact on the information control, which has shifted focus from organisations to consumers. In order to communicate one coherent image in the numerous existing channels, organisations need to create strategies that take this into account and makes sure the same messages are communicated through all channels. One way to do this is to use integrated marketing communication (IMC). Since the social media is a relatively new phenomenon, there is no clear way of how to include social media into an IMC strategy.

Strengths were an educational tone and an insightful review of the newest findings in the scientific community. Weaknesses were poor transparency and a tendency to neglect full disclosure of the scientific findings and sources. Focus was also show to be on research and not on information for potential patients.

Sammanfattning Det Àr viktigt med engagemang och motivation i lÀraryrket, dels för pedagogens skull, genom att hon kÀnner mening med sitt arbete, dels för elevernas resultat. Den hÀr uppsatsen Àr skriven i syftet att studera pedagogens uppfattningar om begreppen engagemang och motivation, samt vilk faktorer som pedagogerna uppfattar pÄverkar deras engagemang och motivation i arbetet. För att ta reda pÄ detta har vi anvÀnt oss av kvalitativ metod och intervjuer som datainsamlingsmetod. Bearbetningen av materialet genomfördes genom narrativ analys. Resultatet visar pÄ mÄnga olika faktorer som kan pÄverka pedagogens engagemang och motivation, till exempel att pedagogen behöver sÀtta grÀnser pÄ olika sÀtt för att bibehÄlla sitt engagemang.

Research shows that unemployedÂŽs motivation to seek work affects their health and social life. Employment officer?s motivational work should be based on strengthening the individual's confidence in their abilities. Five motivational theories underpinning the study is Cognitive Theory, Self-determination theory, Expectancy Value Theory, need theory and Goal Theory. The purpose of this study was to investigate individuals' job motivation, and emotional experiences, also in relation to contact with the employment officer.

The aim of this Masters thesis is to examine librarians opinions about media. Four questions are asked: What kind of different attitudes to new media has librarians had? How is new media discussed in relationship to each other in the debate? What mechanisms and underlying causes control the discourse for new media in public libraries? Does the discourse change over time, in that case, how? The theoretical background is theory about moral- and media panic and popular adult education. The media panic theory includes the idea that the same reaction occurs every time a new media is introduced. The theory about popular adult education is that the public need to be cultivated.

Due to lack of knowledge about motivation in Swedish for adult immigrants (SFI ), I have chosen to write about motivation. Motivation is a complex concept to understand. It has different meanings depending on what context the term is put in. In this study , you will read about the external and internal motivation . But also about integrative and instrumental motivation.

Syftet med mitt examensarbete var att undersöka hur ett elevinflytande pÄverkar elevers motivation till fysiska aktiviteter. Utvecklingsarbetet utfördes under sju veckor i en klass, skolÄr nio, i SkellefteÄ kommun. För att se om jag uppnÄtt mitt syfte anvÀnde jag mig av enkÀter före och efter den empiriska delen av undersökningen, intervjuer i början, mitten och slutet samt elevers dagboksanteckningar under genomförandet av studien. Jag utgick ifrÄn olika indikatorer för motivation i samtliga undersökningsmetoderna. Resultaten visade att eleverna ansÄg att deras motivation ökade och att lektionerna blev viktigare nÀr de sjÀlva hade fÄtt vara med och bestÀmma.

The effect of the salary system and age on the internal and external motivationThe purpose of the study was to examine how a fixed salary with commission and only a fixed salary, and age affect the internal and external work motivation of sellers. This was studied by a questionnaire and participants were sellers in the call center industry in Sweden. In total there were 112 sellers from nine different companies that responded to the survey. The respondents were divided into groups based on pay systems and age. The measuring instrument used was the Work Extrinsic and Intrinsic Motivation Scale which classifies the motivation of internal and external based on six subscales.
