En viktig uppgift för alla företag är att sälja sin kompetens. För många företag innebär det bland annat att locka in besökare i ett utställningsbås på de många yrkesmässorna runt om i världen. Med detta som avsikt beslutade sig Motion Contol i Västerås AB att annonsera ut ett examensarbete med inriktningen att utveckla ett ?publikfång? i form av ett stort visionbaserat x/y-system. Besökaren kastar en boll mot x/y-systemet var på den fångar in bollen med visionsystemet till hjälp.För att lösa uppgiften krävs att de rörliga delarna i det mekaniska systemet hålls så lätta som möjligt.

I samband med att man lämnar sitt aktiva yrkesliv och träder in i pensioneringen, uppstår för de flesta människor en så stor förändring, att man kan likna den vid ett kulturbyte. Denna nya situation kräver mer eller mindre av anpassning. Inte minst kan ens identitet påverkas, då yrkesidentiteten tidigare utgjort en viktig del av den totala identiteten. Denna undersöknings syfte har varit att studera eventuella identitetsförändringar, liksom hur man anpassat sig till den nya situationen som pensionär. Den baseras på ett slumpmässigt urval om 216 66- och 67-åringar i Sverige.

A degree project has been carried out at Motion Control, Västerås. The degreeproject ?Grafisk Skärm för Inbyggda System? have developed a first prototype of anembedded system with a display, a graphical user interface with touchscreen andpossibilities to communicate with external units.The work initiated with surveys of critical components. A technical specification forthe desired end product was developed. With the technical specification as support,design specifications for hardware and firmware were developed.After the specifications were done, a circuit diagram was developed and a circuitboard was made.

The purpose with this essay was to see how the mathematic books showed sexual roles in pictures and if they confirm or deny the traditional sexual roles that school shall counteract according to the curriculum, Lgr11. The questions I focused on were this:How sexual roles are introduced on the pictures in the chosen mathematic books?What are the similarities and differences between the presentations of the gender in the chosen education materials?I used a semiotic method to analyze my pictures. The central parts of my theories were how we think that gender is created using characteristics and attribute. In my analyze I found out that the pictures in one of the book series showed more stereotypic sexual roles than the other book series did..

Semi structured interviews were used to investigate three menand four women?s experiences of using Windows mobiles with adaptedfunctions for text messaging.

Bakgrund: Den psykiska ohälsan i Sverige har ökat bland ungdomar sedan 1990-talet och cirka en procent av kvinnorna mellan 12-25 år lider av anorexia nervosa. Sjukdomen karakteriseras av en förvrängd kroppsuppfattning samt en sjuklig strävan att gå ned i vikt. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att belysa två kvinnors beskrivning av sjukdomen anorexia nervosa. Metod: En litteraturstudie baserad på två självbiografiska böcker som analyserats med innehållsanalys för kvalitativa studier. Resultat: I resultatet framkom att kvinnorna hade en skev kroppsuppfattning och att deras ångest ökade i samband med måltider och för lite motion.

Vassle- och kaseinprotein är de mest använda kosttillskotten och används i syfte att öka muskeltillväxt och påskynda återhämtning efter träning. Studiens syfte var att belysa förekomst och effekter av proteintillskotten, vassle och kasein ur ett folkhälsoperspektiv. En systematisk databassökning gjordes i tre olika databaser, PubMed, SportDiscus och Cinahl. 16 artiklar publicerade i vetenskapliga tidskrifter användes i analysen.

The Swedish Migration Board has during a long time had problems with long processing times for persons that apply for asylum. The government has set targets that investigation should not exceed 6 months although it is done in almost 70% of cases.The study's aim has been to examine if steering can be linked together to long processing times and, if so, explain why. The intention has not been to provide a comprehensive picture of the problem but has defined itself to ensure steering impact. The study has been carried out by studying relevant governing documents, previous research and by interviews with administrators and decision-makers in two of the Migration Board asylum units.The analyses of the study show that a combination of inadequate steering and inadequate resources have contributed to aggravate the implementation, which has lead to long processing times..

The purpose of this study was to gain understanding of orthodox Christianity in Swedish educational material. The aim was to compare the presentation of orthodox Christianity towards pupils before the new curriculum and after. With the help of an analytical approach by Bergström and Boreu ?s and the interpretation strategy by Quentin Skinner, I have studied material used in school for the subject religion. I have limited my educational material in one way.

Fysisk aktivitet är en viktig aspekt ur ett hälsoperspektiv. I denna kvalitativa studie undersöks inställningar till fysiskt aktivitet och vilka faktorer som hindrar respektive främjar fysisk aktivitet hos gymnasieelever med invandrarbakgrund. I undersökningen genomförs 44 enkäter som sedan genererar ett urval med fjorton intervjuer med ungdomar som har den bakgrund som efterfrågas i uppsatsen. Med utgångspunkt för vad fysisk aktivitet innebär har frågor som har varit relevanta för undersökningens syfte ställts. Frågorna som har ställts har handlat om hur ofta och hur länge intervjupersonerna är fysiskt aktiva.

This empirical study aims to determine whether Linnaeus University's formation in 2010 and subsequent reorganization has affected the employees' perceived motivation and job satisfaction.A combined approach was used in which both quantitative and qualitative questions were asked in the survey form. 101 survey responses is the basis for the analysis and these have been associated with SDT-theory in order to draw further conclusions.The study shows that among the respondents, there is a frustration that is possibly related to the two organizational changes. They feel that they have lost confidence in management as a result of not being part of decision making. The aim of the essay was to describe what some young Swedish and Spanish people had to say about alcohol cultures. Some of the questions asked were: How are the alcohol cultures in Sweden and Spain described? What are the differences, and where do they come from? What would an ideal alcohol culture look like? The investigation also had a comparing angle, as I was interested in what the people valued in their own culture and in the others´. The result was that there hardly exist a perfect alcohol culture, but that the stricter Sweden as well as the liberal Spain both have positive and negative aspects. Differences in politics and culture seem to create variations in a society´s drinking customs.
