Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka betydelsen av uppskattning och feedback bland anställda vid äldreboenden och vad det gör med motivationen till arbetet. Detta är en kvalitativ studie som vi valde att utföra genom sex semistrukturerade intervjuer med anställda vid fyra olika äldreboenden. Materialet har analyserats med hjälp av en kvalitativ innehållsanalys.Vad har uppskattning och feedback för betydelse hos de anställda och hur påverkar det arbetsmotivationen?Resultaten i studien visar bland annat att respondenterna upplever lite uppskattning och feedback i det dagliga arbetet och de önskar mer av både chef såväl som kollegor. Det förekommer viss uppskattning från anhöriga men det är inte allt för ofta.Slutsatsen av studien är att uppskattning och feedback har både en positiv och negativ påverkan, detta handlar mycket om individuella upplevelser hos anställda.

There is an uncertainty in the market for grain forcing the meat/milk producers to review alternative feeds to a larger extent, in order to get control over the feed costs. This has led to that the meat/milk producers need to have a good knowledge regarding how the different feeds influences the animals and which technical equipment to use for handling. For those that produce their own feedmix, there is a need to put interest in new crops and their characteristics to be able to get the knowledge of what is required for their own production. It is beneficial to keep an open dialogue with advisors to be updated in new crops and new technology for feeding. When mixing feed at farm level, the legislation is not very clear since it the target group is large scale mixing plants. We have brought up the most important rules and regulations from the EU parliament Council as well as the ones from the Swedish Board of Agriculture (SJV), regarding feed mixing on farm and factory level. We have studied beans and pea at two different moisture levels, in order to evaluate how the moisture level affects the distribution of particles when milling with a plaitmill and a hammermill.

Our paper is based on matrixes and the feedback process as tools in the daily work in the higher education system. The main purpose with this paper is to investigate if these tools can enhance the effect of formative assessment and increase students? empowerment in the courses. In do-ing so, we investigate if students experience that their efforts result in increased progression in their courses and if they acquire adequate proficiency in the subject matters native to their pro-grams, along with an increased desire for lifelong learning. The construction industry in Sweden has in the past 50 years had a low progress in efficiency. With a greater competition from construction firms from other countries, it is necessary to maintain the profit for Swedish construction firms. This is possible with a higher feedback of experience. This diploma work thesis examines how the two construction companies NCC and Skanska in Uppsala, Sweden handle experience feedback from previous projects and the extent to which the experience is spread and used in future projects. In this work, we examined directorial documents to see how employees shall work with feedback.

This examination has been made in cooperation with Jernhusen which is an estate company owned by the government, with estates along the railways in Sweden. This assignment is to help Jernhusens business area Projektfastigheter with their experience feedback, which is to-day almost absent. Business area Projektfastigheter has the task of supporting Jernhusens three other business areas with skills and resources for the estate projects that Jernhusen runs. Jernhusen must become stronger with the collecting of experiences and as a business because of the liberalization of the railways, which leads to a more competitive market. Arbetet handlar om hur feedbacken påverkar människans kognitiva processer när denne använder sig av någon form av webbrowser. Genom en användarutvärdering och enkätundersökning besvarades följande frågor:Hur påverkar visuell feedback de kognitiva processerna uppmärksamhet och perception, i vanlig webbrowsermiljö?Hur pass stor är visuell feedbacks effektivitet i olika interaktionssituationer?De resultat som framkom tyder på att visuell feedback spelar en betydande roll när det gäller att påvisa funktioner, ge en känsla av länkning och ge användaren en uppfattning om vad som kan utföras på en hemsida. Soil properties affect the chemical composition of soil water. When studying transport of chemical substances through a basin, it is therefore important to know from which soil layer the main part of the runoff is generated. The aim of this study is to develop an HBV/PULSE model with merged soil moisture and response routines, which generates good approximations of groundwater levels. It should be possible to extend the model to simulate transport of substances and take into account which soil layer the groundwater level is currently in. The hydrological version of HBV/PULSE is used since there is no need to account for pH or alcalinity at this stage.

Storage of biomass is associated with problems like heat development, biomasslosses, and reduction of the fuel quality. Certain processes such as biological- andchemical degradation are responsible for these storage problems. This master?sthesis was carried out at Vattenfall Research and Development AB and is alignedtowards quantifying the biomass losses from short-term storage (1-2 months) ofbark and recovered wood. The biomass was stored in outdoor piles during differentseasons, campaign 1 (summer) and campaign 2 (autumn).

Linda Freij (2009), Att använda visuell feedback som ett pedagogiskt verktyg. The use of visual feedback as a pedagogical tool. Jag har gjort en undersökning om visuell feedback. Syftet med undersökningen är att utveckla undervisning genom att använda undervisningsmetoder som film som ett pedagogiskt verktyg. Undersökningen riktar sig mest till yrkeslärarna inom HR- programmet och andra liknande program som i sin dagliga verksamhet kan komma att använda sig av digital videoteknik. För att uppnå mitt syfte har jag gjort en fältstudie på min skola och för att öka min medvetenhet tillämpat deskriptionsmetoden och kvalitativ undersökning. Jag har ställt dessa frågor: Hur kan man använda film som feedback av en lärsituation? Vilka kunskaper kan en elev skaffa sig genom att bli filmad och därefter se filmen på sig själv? I analysen och diskussionen av fältstudien kom jag bland annat fram till att eleven genom filmning i den praktiska miljön, samt sedan se filmen som en visuell feedback så kan kännedom, tillämpning och förståelsen knytas samman.

Att utföra ett arbete väl är viktigt för de flesta. Hur vet individen att han eller hon presterat bra?  Återkoppling till den egna prestationen kan ske på olika sätt. En väl utförd prestation kan upplevas på olika sätt, både av den presterande och av de som befinner sig i närheten, samt även ge konsekvenser för fortsatt lärande och utveckling i arbetet. Forskning visar att feedback fyller en viktig funktion för lärandet samt ökar tron på den egna prestationsförmågan.

This is the report on a study made to find a correlation between the Johari window and the games that the possessor of given Johari window enjoys to play. A Johari window is a graph that shows an individual?s ability to receive and give feedback. One obvious correlation was found between individuals enjoying role playing games and their possessing Johari windows showing a good ability to give feedback. The reasoning behind this is that the ability to give feedback is based on the capability to express oneself to the external environment, and that one would need to be comfortable with expressing oneself to an external environment in order to enjoy interacting with the narrative that takes place within the role playing genre..

Vi har gjort en kvantitativ studie som avser att kartlägga produktionsarbetares upplevelser av faktorer kan påverka hälsan. Dessa faktorer har vi delat in i fyra rubriker som genomsyrar hela uppsatsen, de är Delaktighet, Feedback, Arbetsmiljö och Lärandet. Data samlades in genom att enkäter som lämnades ut till 97 produktionsarbetare på två olika företag. I resultatet belyses personalens åsikter och upplevelser om feedback, delaktighet, arbetsmiljö och lärande och hur det påverkar dem i arbetet. Slutsatser som kan dras är att respondenterna i vår undersökning mår bra men de skulle få ännu bättre hälsa om de kände mer delaktighet och om de skulle få feedback när de gjort bra ifrån sig.

During the 1990?s a large number of building projects were revealed where lack of moistsafety precautions during the construction process had led to extensive moisture damage. Alsoresent implemented studies have shown that the problems with moisture damages have ratherincreased than decreased during the past few years. Moist is considered to be one of the mainfactors to cause unhealth due to deficiencies in the indoor-environment and does also causeunnecessary expenses and a reduction of the confidence in the construction industry.In this Bachelor of Science thesis three projects have been reviewed to examine how moistsafetyhas been observed during the construction process. Main focus has been to identify thebuilding components that are the most exposed to moist, and to examine how they have beentaken into account during the period of design and construction.

Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet med denna studie är att undersöka lärares uppfattningar och föreställningar om bedömningsredskap och strategier, i synnerhet feedback samt hur lärare skapar förståelse för förväntade lärandemål och framgångskriterier.- Hur arbetar lärarna med att skapa förståelse för förväntade lärandemål samt hur förmedlar de framgångskriterier till eleverna?- Hur arbetar lärarna med feedback i sin undervisning?MetodStudien är grundad på kvalitativ metod som datainsamlingsmetod och min studie kommer därför att baseras på kvalitativa intervjuer. Urvalet bestod av fem idrottslärare verksamma på grundskolor i Stockholm med omnejd. Intervjuerna genomfördes på respektive lärares arbetsplats och spelades in med hjälp ljudupptagning från en mobiltelefon. Därefter transkriberades intervjuerna ordagrant för vidare analys.Resultat och slutsatsStudien visar att inte alla lärare arbetar med att skapa förståelse för förväntade lärandemål samt att förmedlandet av lärandemål sker i mindre eller större utsträckning beroende på årskurser och moment.
