Background: The use of digital marketing channels during the last years has increased significantly, especially the use of marketing on the Internet. Hence the communication chart of marketing has been redrawn. The technological development has had a major impact on the marketing discipline. The integration of information technology and marketing has resulted in the emergence of a new field, namely e-marketing. Hence the need for further research is desirable.Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine alternative marketing procedures that a company can apply to increase the digital awareness and manage their customer relationships.Theoretical framework: Theories regarding digital marketing cycle, SEO and customer relationship.Method: This research is based on data collected through a primary semi-structured interview with a company active in the corporate information industry which also provides a RFQ service.

Dagens företag, vars utbud alltmer karaktäriseras av tjänster, måste lära sig att anpassa sig till denna nya kundorienterade värld. The biggest energy savings potentialhave been calculated and what the cost will be to perform each action. The energyaudit have been completed and stand as the decision basis for Västfastigheter?s choiceon which action packages that should be implemented.
Chefers arbetstillfredsställelse i äldreomsorgen
Syftet var att kartlägga arbetstillfredsställelsen hos chefer i svensk
äldreomsorg samt undersöka om det fanns några skillnader mellan
chefer i privat och offentlig verksamhet. En rikstäckande
webbenkätundersökning (N=104) genomfördes. Denna genererade
både kvantitativ och kvalitativ data. Cheferna som sammantagen
grupp visar på en förhållandevis hög arbetstillfredsställelse.
Resultatet visade dock att det fanns signifikanta skillnader mellan
privata och offentliga chefer vad gäller arbetstillfredsställelse. En
högre grad av arbetstillfredsställelse kunde utläsas bland cheferna
inom den privata sektorn.

Bakgrunden till detta arbete är att Bioenergi i Luleå AB måste tillmötesgå kundkraven för att behålla sina marknadsandelar och ha möjlighet att utöka dessa. På senare tid har de stora kunderna börjat efterfråga bränslepellets som är certifierad enligt Forest Stewardship Council, FSC. Examensarbetets syfte var att hjälpa Bioenergi med framtagandet av en Forest Stewardship Council Chain of Custody certification. I den inledande kartläggningen användes i huvudsak intervjuer och observationer för att studera de anställda och tillverkningen. För att identifiera aktiviteter och brister i Bioenergis system studerades även interndokumentation och relevant litteratur.

Account receivables tie up large amounts of capital in. Various reports show that the actual time for customer to pay their invoices is getting longer. This is a problem both from a society and a business economic perspective. The purpose of the essay is to find out if Swedish companies have longer credit days than normal contractual terms of payment and if so, can the business cycle or the geographical distribution of sales have an impact and does it make a difference if the companies have an active monitoring of the actual customer credit days. To answer this, we studied 12 listed companies in four different sectors between the years 2000-2008. In the analysis, we reason about the results of the study and how the various factors may have influenced the outcome.
En jämförelse av inre arbetsmotivation och arbetstillfredsställelse hos anställda vid två kommunala förvaltningar med olika personalomsättning
Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur inre motivation och arbetstillfredsställelse är relaterat till hög respektive låg personalomsättning och vad som är viktigt i valet att stanna på sin arbetsplats. Studien genomfördes som en enkätundersökning på två kommunala förvaltningar, varav en hade hög personalomsättning och en hade låg personalomsättning. Enkäten var uppdelad i tre delar med sammanlagt 49 frågor och besvarades av totalt 249 personer. De mätinstrument som användes var BNS (Basic Need Satisfaction at work Scale) som mäter inre arbetsmotivation utifrån SDT (Self-Determination Theory) och MSQ (Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire) som mäter inre och yttre arbetstillfredsställelse. Resultatet visade att förvaltningen med hög personalomsättning hade högre yttre arbetstillfredsställelse än förvaltningen med låg personalomsättning. .

Purpose: The purpose of this essay is to study how the hotel chain Radisson SAS works with prolonged customer relations with their business clients, with other words the clients that have business agreements with them.Methods: This study will contain an inductive approach and qualitative methods. The qualitative research method is in the shape of a deep interview with the sales manager of Radisson SAS and qualitative interviews of chosen business clients to the hotel.Results: The results of this investigation show that business clients are controlled by what kind of agreements their company has.The companies sign agreements with hotels and hotel chains that are able to satisfy big parts of their needs, if not all of them.With the help of flexible solutions, a well known brand, and good relations, Radisson SAS has made sure that their business clients have prolonged their agreements.They are a global hotel chain near transports, and business clients feel secure with Radisson SAS..

The door and its surrounding, is an important part of all buildings. It often amount to a significant part of buildings total costs. The more demands of functions the largerdoes the costs grow.The purpose of this report is to analyze those demands and how to fulfill them.Another purpose is to examine of which reasons the cost grow and how to avoid it inthe best possible way. The study will be performed in collaboration with Bjerking AB. To define the demands a literature study will also be performed.
Kundrelationer inom banksektorn : Hur svenska storbanker verkar för att säkerställa kontinuitet och lönsamhet inom studentsegmentet
The purpose of this study is to investigate how the major swedish banks look upon and promote student profitability as well as long-term relationships within the student segment from a CRM point of view. The study incorporates a qualitative course of action with an abductive research approach which has been carried out by conducting personal and telephone interviews with representatives from three out of the four major swedish banks Nordea, Swedbank and Handelsbanken. Our research finds that the banks appear to regard their relationships with students as long-term investments, but that they simultaneously seem to lack distinctive, clear and procreative strategies for securing these relationships. Furthermore, the development of profitability within the student segment is considered an informal process that does not necessarily need to be computed through the use of quantitative estimates. Also, educational variables does not influence the banks as they segment their customer base and the student-centred offerings within the banking industry is to be deemed as being standardized rather than differentiated..

Thedevastation and the costs are usually very high. This report examines possible measures to reduceboth personal injuries and economic losses resulting from house fires in small buildings.Swedishbuilding regulationsplay a major role when it comes to constructional fire safety. However therequirements inSwedish building regulations are very low for small buildings and this is anargument for raising the requirements.The report shows and describes possible methods to build safer with regards to fire in terms ofmaterials and different building structures. Major focus has been on fire cells but other solutionsare also examined and described.

There are currently 2160 buildings in Sweden that are protected by law with the designation as a cultural heritage building, which is the strongest protection that can be obtained for a building of cultural historic significance. The purpose of this thesis is to research how strong and sustainable the protection of such a designation is and how you can motivate a revocation. Furthermore, this thesis aims to give an overall insight into all cases where there has been a revocation.To achieve the protection of a designation as a cultural heritage building, the object has to be of outstanding interest on account of its cultural historic value. In the first part, this thesis gives a short historic background of the cultural heritage law and its terms, like outstanding interest and cultural historic value. The County Administrative Board's documents about revocation are the main source for this research.There have been 24 cases of revocation and the frequency of such cases has increased in the past ten years.

Collaborative music making on the Internet is not a new phenomenon, but no applications have yet caught on with the vast number of laptop and bedroom studio musicians active today. This is strange considering the inherent social and interactive nature of music, especially amongst trends like Web 2.0 where collaboration and user-generated data is key. In this paper I study the problems these applications face, and why they do not have a greater appeal to musicians.
