Uppsatsens syfte var att studera industriellt köpbeteende för branschen för prefabricerade trähus. En teoretisk studie har därför genomförts där köpsituationer och dess påverkan på köpprocessen, köpbeslutsgruppen samt kriterier för val av leverantör studerats. Datainsamling har skett genom telefonintervjuer med tre av Sveriges fyra största byggföretag, intervjuerna har genomförts med personer med god kunskap när det gäller inköp av prefabricerade trähus på dessa företag. Resultatet av vår uppsats visar att den den vanligaste köpsituationen för företag som köper prefabricerade trähus är nya köp men att det även förekommer direkta återköp främst genom avrop på ramavtal. De personer som ingår i köpbeslutsgruppen är initiativtagare, användare, köpare, influerare, beslutsfattare och informationsbevakare, vilket överensstämmer med teorin.

The Employment Protection Act (1982:80) provides provisions regarding priority of re-employment. A few cases where these provisions have been subject to examination, have been discussed thoroughly in SOU 2014:55. In these cases the Labour Court has identified the question whether the provisions regarding priority of re-employment can be subject to circumvention in an illegal manner. The Labour Court has stated that it would be incompatible with the sense of justice if the provisions could be circumvented to the detriment of employees entitled to priority of re-employment. However, the Labour Court stated that certain conditions have to be imposed for the assessment.After analysis of the conditions, it is established that they are deemed to cause major difficulties for employees, why it is held that the purpose and the function of the conditions are not achieved. The purpose of the essay is therefore to investigate whether the application of the conditions imposed by the Labour Court, need to undergo modifications to meet the underlying purpose of the creation of the conditions.By reason of the difficulty with the conditions, the essay provides three different amendments in which two of the amendments are ascertained to not contribute to such an improvement that they should actually be applied.

Den 14 maj 1948 proklameras i Tel Aviv den judiska staten Israel. En nästan 2000-årig diaspora för det judiska folket har därmed nått sitt slut. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur nyhetsrapporteringen kring den judiska statens utropande såg ut i tre svenska dagstidningar: DN, Arbetet och Norrskensflamman. Dessa tidningar representerar hela den politiska, ideologiska skalan vid den aktuella tidpunkten. Den grundläggande frågeställningen kring vilken uppsatsen handlar lyder: Hur mottogs och förmedlades nyheten/beskedet om Israels utropande i DN, Arbetet och Norrskensflamman? Med hjälp av en metod som jag valt att kalla för kvalitativ ståndpunktsanalys analyseras pressmaterialet som omfattar perioden april-juni 1948.

Det här arbetet är en pilotstudie om vad införandet av en ny betygsskala och nya läroplaner hösten 2011 fick för genomslag i betygsstatistiken i en av landets större kommuner och för lärare på en gymnasieskola i en mindre kommun, med fokus på ämnet naturkunskap. Regeringens mål med den nya betygsskalan var att den skulle visa elevernas kunskaper mer nyanserat, vilket också skulle kunna öka deras motivation att sträva efter högre betyg. Ett annat mål var att minska risken för betygsinflation, ett problem som funnits både i äldre tiders betygsskalor och efter införandet av den förra betygsskalan. Resultatet av studien visade att betygsmedelvärdet för eleverna inte förändrades med den nya skalan, men andelen som fick det högsta betyget sjönk, särskilt bland eleverna på högskoleförberedande program. Däremot visade det sig att bland eleverna på yrkesprogrammen höjdes medelbetygen i naturkunskap och andelen som fick det högsta betyget ökade.
