I denna uppsats analyserar jag kristen Mission i Indien utifrån postkolonial teori. Denna undersökning är en analys av intervjuer som är genomförda med två informanter. Båda dessa har varit verksamma som kristna Missionärer i Indien. Jag har även använt mig av forskning om Mission som material. För att tillgodogöra mig intervjuerna har jag använt mig av muntlig historisk metod. I denna uppsats är jag intresserad av mina informanters föreställningar av Indien och deras identitet som Missionärer.

Idag råder synsättet att individens delaktighet är att föredra i så gott som alla behandlings- och insatsformer samt att relationen mellan den professionelle och den som tar emot hjälpen är av stor vikt. Tvångsvård och tvångsåtgärder är något som strider mot den allmänna synen på hur man bäst tar hand om människor. I situationer där någon kan vara till fara för sig själv eller andra och inte inser detta kan dock tvång vara nödvändigt. Hur är det möjligt att göra någon delaktig i en behandling som sker mot dennes vilja? Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka hur personal som utövar olika former av tvångsvård går tillväga för att skapa en god behandlingsrelation och för att få klienten delaktig i behandlingen.

My study is focused on one organization with is Unicef, the organization that is workning on a UN Mission. The Mission is about children's rights and Unicef has brought children's actions since 1946.The purpose of this essay was to research whether the images can be used alone or as a complement to the text that the communication organizations use. By examining the way images are used, I hoped to be able to deduce the results of image use. I study if the effect out messages with only pictures will be more effective than the message in which the verbal mixed with the non-verbal.Theoretical part of this essay has a communication perspective. The essay is structure by tree elements, non-verbal communication, mass communication and intercultural communication.

Mitt syfte med detta arbete är att få en bild av hur relationerna mellan olika religiösa samfund såg ut under en tid då EFS byggde upp och etablerade sin verksamhet i Eritrea. För att få ett lokalt signum på uppsatsen kommer den till stor del att handla om en lokal Missionär, Olle Hagner från Ovansjö socken, som kom att tillbringa närmare 40 år som Missionär i östra Afrika ? många av dessa med sin fru som följeslagare.Följande frågeställningar har fungerat som utgångspunkt:* Varför Missionerade EFS i just Eritrea?* Vad åstadkom Olle Hagner?* Är det möjligt att se en förändring över tid på hur Missionärerna såg på den inhemska religionen på plats?* Hur gestaltade sig de inter- och intrareligiösa relationerna mellan EFS-Missionärer (särskilt Hagner), muslimer, kopter, katoliker och anhängare av den inhemska religionen?* Vilka tänkbara orsaker ligger bakom eventuella förändringar i attityder och relationer?Kritiken från Hagner och EFS mot andra samfund var bitvis hård, och då framförallt mot den katolska kyrkan. Detta är inte förvånande då den katolska kyrkan gjorde allt för att tränga ut EFS? Missionärer ur Eritrea och lyckades också med detta under en period.Olle Hagner anlände till Eritrea första gången 1923 efter att ha lovat att ta vid efter sin broder Johans tidigare Missionsgärning i Eritrea som han tvingats avbryta på grund av sjukdom.

This essay is about the meeting of the pedagogic Mission and the reality of the conditions in preschools. It is about the frustrations that I, as a pedagogue, experience when I cannot fulfill this Mission. An example of this is working when understaffed.My purpose is the acknowledgment of two main areas of the curriculum: caring and learning. This essay demonstrates the diversity of the occupation and it ?s constant need of positioning.

What methods and working methods they use to awaken curiosity and motivate children to read and write. I am using the qualitative research method to get answers to my questions. I have made four qualitative interviews with four teachers in preschool classes from different schools.My questions are:What conceptions does teachers have about their Mission in a preschool class?What different methods and approaches does teachers use to stimulate and wake children?s curiosity for reading and writing development?The theoretical basis for my study is the socio-cultural perspective, where learning occurs in interaction.

The Swedish prehospital/ambulance organization has the last decades evolved from a transport organization to a an organization that focus on alleviate and treating acute medical conditions in the field as well as transporting patient to the emergency ward. The ambulance service is developing continually and offers today a high-tech and highly specialized nursing/care. Which in turn demand a higher standard and competence on the care provider. Ambulance Mission can vary in priority and magnitude. This in turn demand a high medical competence our capacity.

The aim of this Bachelor?s thesis is to investigate the public librarian?s professional identity and its relation to the public library as an experience centre. The development of the library as an experience centre raises questions about how public librarians understand their professional identity, and about their motives for working with activities like workshops and qigong, activities that have no significant connection with the librarian?s traditional tasks. The data was collected via semi-structured interviews exploring the perspectives and points of view of four public librarians.

This thesis is of an historical nature and deals with two institutions in Bosnia and Hercegovina: waqf and the Library of Gazi Husrev bay. These institutions are placed in a societal context which makes it easier to understand their origins, development and decline. The purpose of this thesis is to describe and analyze the history of the Library of Gazi Husrev bay and its specific characteristics as well as analyze the institution of waqf in a societal context. The questions posed by this thesis are: What is waqf and its meaning? What are its benevolent as well as hostile periods? How did the Library of Gazi Husrev bay and its Mission develop? The thesis is limited to waqf in its societal context.

AbstractThis study explores how well teachers think they succeed in their Mission to include children with special needs into their ordinary groups of children. Interviews were carried out with five teachers in practice of the public school (year 2,3,5 and 6). The teachers were asked what support they have got from the schools manager, initially and ongoing, (information, necessary education, supportive expertise personnel, assistant teacher to the child and schoolmaterial.) The teachers were also asked how inclusion is arranged by three indicators of participation: physically, socially (interaction) and didactically -in educational situations of reading and writing. One finding of the study was that inclusion is difficult to arrange if  parents of included children demand secrecy of the diagnosis their child has. Three cases reveal severe problems of acceptance for the included child by the peers.

The study aimed to investigate the acute medical chain consisting of SOS operator, ambulance nurse, emergency nurse and emergency physician with regard to the assessment and prioritization of the victim.The design of this journal study is retrospective with descriptive approach. Data were collected from all ambulance Missions carried out in Uppsala county 2009-01-01 between the hours 00:00 to 12:00. Sample period was chosen because the prerequisite for high frequency on the ambulance Mission was supposed to be good. In order to be able to systematize the compilation of data a protocol were prepared and used. Applicable data were collected from three databases SOS Alarms, ambulance operations, and the University Hospital in Uppsala.

Detta arbete visar, delvis var för sig och delvis i kombination, hur regelbaserat och fallbaserat beslutsstöd kan användas vid uppdragsplanering. Uppdragsplanering utförs med hjälp av Mission Support System (MSS).Uppdragsplanering kräver en hel del arbete och en hel del erfarenhet för att den ska bli bra. Detta kan underlättas om man kan få hjälp av olika verktyg som kan dra nytta av uppsatta regler för respektive uppdrag och även dra nytta av tidigare uppdrag av samma karaktär. Sedan tidigare finns det två olika examensarbete som har undersökt respektive del av detta.Målet med detta arbete är delvis att demonstrera metoderna i en prototyp, var för sig och i kombination med varandra, och delvis att försöka besvara frågan om en kombination av metoderna presterar ett bättre beslutsstöd än när metoderna används var för sig. Detta arbete bygger på två tidigare examensarbeten.Metoden som används för att kunna bedöma vilken metod som är att föredra är att man har implementerat både verktygen i en prototyp.

Kumulativ stress kan påverka soldater vid en utlandsMission. Denna stress orsakas av små vardagliga händelser och tjänstgöringsrelaterade händelser under en Mission. Syftet med denna uppsats är att fåen fördjupad förståelse av hur en stressad gruppchef påverkar sin grupp i en komplex miljö som i den typ av Missioner som för närvarande genomförs i Afghanistan. Uppsatsen undersöker hur kumulativ stress har påverkat gruppchefer och deras förmåga att leda gruppen samt hur stressen som gruppchefen utsatts för har påverkat gruppen. Undersökningen baseras på intervjuer av informanter som varit på utlandsMission i Afghanistan och de beskriver sin gruppchef och händelser som skedde under deras tid på Mission.

Purpose: The main purpose of our study is to explain how the disability management in the municipality of Karlskrona can design its balanced scorecard from a theoretical basis. The Mission of the balanced scorecard is to improve the management control system. To achieve the main purpose we have to study the problems that exist with the current control system, which then becomes our second purpose.Method: Our study has a qualitative approach. The design of the study is a case study in which one case has been looked at. The empirical data is collected through interviews and documents. We have gathered our theory through scientific articles and literature.Results: The goals set by the board are unclear and hard to define.
