Denna uppsats behandlar vilka negativa konsekvenser som kan uppstå vid outsourcing av digitala tjänster i en service-oriented architecture (SOA) miljö. Uppsatsen behandlar endast negativa konsekvenser i relation till kontrollen över den information som existerar i de tjänster och i de affärsprocesser som utgörs av tjänster som outsourcas. Syftet och resultatet av uppsatsen är en punktlista som presenterar dessa konsekvenser. Empiriskt material har samlats in genom användningen av ett teoretiskt ramverk som varit ämnat att ta reda på vad och hur tjänster är och hur dessa kan kopplas mot outsourcing. Den slutgiltiga punktlistan pekar på flera punkter som kan gå fel om organisationer väljer att outsourca sina tjänster..

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze and investigate how the consumer-oriented commerce can be developed and integrated to the brand Västervik.This thesis has a qualitative approach and we have done a case study of the Swedish city Västervik. We have performed interviews, with eight selected respondents who have different backgrounds, but with competence in different problem areas that we investigate in this thesis.We have, in this qualitative thesis, found aspects that Västervik should consider if they want to succeed with an integration of commerce in the brand. We have through a model found common facets that commerce and tourism shares and which Västervik should consider in the process of branding the city.The results of this thesis are presented in chapter six, there we also have featured reappearing tendencies that consider the development of commerce and how the commerce could be integrated in the brand Västervik..

Usability is a way to study how good a website is which is what our research builds upon. On a mission from Liseberg our purpose is to find out if their website liseberg.se is good from a user?s perspective. Our way of carrying this out where grounded upon a qualitative study through observations and following interviews with a number of participants. By compositing tools of method we have started with the theories descriptions of usability tests and we have also used the theories to be able to reflect around and to understand the results from the tests.

The purpose of the study is to get a deeper understanding in how the teachers work withthe students during the pedagogic meal. This by observing teachers during the schoollunchand see which pedagogic activities takes place. The paper intends to investigatehow teachers relate to, and act according to the guidelines that are applicable to theeducational meal by both the Swedish government and the schools.The study was conducted with the help of observations studies in two elementaryschools. The two municipalities looks different on the pedagogic meal. At both schoolsthe survey was conducted in the school canteen.

This work has been done by three development engineers and one computer engineer and in some cooperation with the company Phoniro. This report is written for computer science and is mainly oriented on the programming part in the project. The goal has been to develop a program that ensures the quality of the care that the home care organization delivers. The program is developed for cellphones and is supposed to be used in every visit. Several functions have been developed for the reason of reducing mistakes in patient visits, where the focus was on safe medication.

This literatur study examines student participation and its relationship to democracy mission and the factors that contribute to students marginalized in school. The study also intends to examine the relationship between intersektionall analysis and the limitation of opportunities for student participation in school. Through this thesis, we want to discuss how the marginalization of people, several precedent political, city planning- and engineering decisions resulted in a catastrophic outcome after hurricane Katrina in New Orleans 2005. Due to the political system in Vietnam, all organizations in Vietnam need a permit to operate in the country and consequently, have to balance their mission, their main purpose of being in the country, with the fact that they are dependant on the government to give them the permit they need to stay in the country.With this as our basis, the main focus of this essay has been to identify different types of relations that exist between the Vietnamese state and International Non Governmental Organisations (INGOs) in Vietnam. Since we have interviewed people representing INGOs, our result is based on their experience of this relationship. By using Najam's Four-C's Model, we established that the more traditional INGOs which principally provide services, predominantly have a cooperative relationship with the state, whereas radical INGOs which are committed to policy change, mostly have a relationship which is characterised by conflict..

 Abstract: Facebook in the Public Sector - qualitative interviewstudy with The Swedish maritime Administration, the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute, the Swedish prison and Probation services and the municipality of Katrineholm about their precense on Facebook.In my bachelor?s thesis I have studied how three government authority and one municipality uses or don?t use Facebook in their communication towards the citizens. I have chosen to study four different cases, to see if there are any significant similarities or differences between how the different services are working with their communication. I have chosen to explore my cases through semi-structured qualitative interviews, where I met communications officers of every organisation face to face.I have found out that there is not one right way to communicate through Facebook, every organisations decisions must be based on their own mission, aims and objectives. And I have seen that both the transmitter and the receiver need to mature into the new acting of this new channel - Facebook..

AbstractThe main aim of this study was to investigate if four humour styles, affiliative, self-enhancing, aggressive, and self-defeating humour can be related to all five dimensions of the Big Five Factor Model of personality and study if gender has any influence on those relation-ships. A survey questionnaire was distributed among 72 individuals from Kalmar County, in the South-east of Sweden. There were 42 women and 30 men. A humour test questionnaire, Humour Scale Questionnaire (HSQ), with 32 items was used and the Big Five Factor test with 40 items was used for personality test. The results showed that men have a more aggressive humour than women and that the older we get the less affiliative and self-enhancing humour we have.
