In Peter Weiss debut Fra?n o? till o? (1947) the ?I? travels from island to island as a castaway. The island here can signify, or work as a synecdoche for exile and the feeling of isolation that exile often induces. But the movement from island to island also implies a restless state: Peter Weiss shifting from painting to writing to filmmaking and theatre, from German to Swedish and then back to German. The years during exile and the years that followed the exile until his breakthrough in Germany with Schatten des ko?rpers des Ku?tchens (1960), Abschied von den Eltern (1961) and Fluchtpunkt (1962), were the formative years of Peter Weiss authorship.

Bakgrund: Varje år drabbas ca 30 000 personer i Sverige av stroke och idag anses det vara en folksjukdom. Strokerehabilitering är en vanlig arena för arbetsterapeuter. I arbetsterapeutens uppdrag ingår motivationsarbete för att leda patienten genom rehabiliteringen. Motivation är en individs inre drivkraft och en förutsättning för en framgångsrik rehabilitering. Syfte: Studiens syfte var att beskriva arbetsterapeuters arbete med motivation inom strokerehabilitering.

Vi har utgått från de strukturella ojämlikheterna som finns i det Bolivianska samhället, och insett att dessa måste reduceras för att skapa ett mera fungerande samhälle. Vi har valt att göra en undersökning kring hur dessa strukturella ojämlikheter kan förminskas. För att göra detta har vi utfört en fältstudie i Bolivia där vi genom intervjuer och observationer studerat en social organisation belägen i El Alto, kallad FEJUVE. Vi har fokuserat på hur denna genom sitt arbete och organisation påverkar det Bolivianska samhället, såväl positivt som mindre positivt. Vi har valt ut fem olika aspekter av organisationen som vi har undersökt i särskilt djup detalj, då vi anser att dessa har en speciell relevans i kampen mot utraderandet av strukturella ojämlikheter.

Bakgrund: När en person drabbats av stroke är det i många fall även närstående som påverkas och måste anpassa sig till den nya situationen. Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva negativa respektive positiva upplevelser av att vara anhörigvårdare till en person som drabbats av stroke. Metod: Litteraturöversikt med granskning av 15 kvalitativa studier publicerade mellan åren 2006-2012. Resultat: Utifrån anhörigvårdarnas upplevelser av vårdarbetet framkom tio teman. Huvudresultatet var att de upplevde vårdarbetet som betungande, utmattande, bekymrande med brist på egentid och avlastning.

In Brazil, a country with an extensive poultry production and majorproblems with disease control, the diversity of circulating strains are wide andoutbreaks of clinical disease despite intensive use of vaccines are common. Theaim of this study was to investigate the presence of IBV and to identify genotypesof isolated IBVs in a limited number of layer flocks in Bastos, São Paulo, as partof the screening for circulating genotypes in the country.

Hägglunds Drives in Mellansel, Sweden, manufacture radial piston hydraulic motors foremostwithin applications in the industry. These motors have several sliding contacts, one of these, isthe contact between piston ring and cylinder bore. The radial piston hydraulic motors advantageis to produce high torque in very low rotation velocity, this result in that the maximum slidingvelocity between piston ring and cylinder bore, during the whole stroke, is very low. Introduktion: Många myopa patienter alternerar idag sin korrektion mellan glasögon och kontaktlinser. Att skifta mellan dessa tva korrektionsformer har sedan länge varit känt att orsaka ett ökat krav pa ackommodation och konvergens på nära håll, vilket kan leda till problem vid närarbete for patienten. I teorin beräknas endast patienter med myopi -4,00 D eller mer vara drabbade av detta ökade krav.Metod: 20 personer (5 man och 15 kvinnor) deltog i studien och delades in i tva lika stora grupper. En med myopi ?-4,00 D med medelålder 25,8?}5,3 år och refraktionsfel -6,33?}1,33 D.

Background: HIV/AIDS has existed officially for more than 35 years and is now seen as a global epidemic. The disease has claimed many victims and there is no indication showing decrease of the mortality rate. The disease is currently incurable, but antiretroviral drugs have good effect at slowing down the process. The persons who live with the disease are exposed to stigma and, sometimes, negative attitudes. The negative attitudes could affect the person?s willingness carry through the test.

I have analysed the use of portamenti by violinists Janine Jansen, Itzhak Perlman, Jascha Heifetz and Nathan Milstein in the first 8 bars and the two parallel phrases of the Max Bruch Violin Concerto No. 1 in G minor. I have copied their portamenti and recorded myself performing theese phrases in style of each violinist. By doing this I have learnt new ways to use shifting on the violin for expressive purposes and realized how much there is to learn by imitating your predecessor..

Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att bland patienter med långvarig smärta, som är remitterade till en smärtmottagning, undersöka förväntningar avseende det första besöket, i vilken utsträckning patienterna anser att dessa uppfylldes samt att undersöka vilka förväntningar patienterna har på den fortsatta vården och kontakten med Smärtmottagningen. Metod: En empirisk studie med kvalitativ deduktiv ansats. Datainsamling skedde genom att tio personer intervjuades på Smärtmottagningen efter deras första besök. Materialet bearbetades med manifest innehållsanalys. Resultat: Patienter vid Smärtmottagningen hade i olika stor utsträckning förväntningar inför det första besöket och den fortsatta vården.

Hästunderstödd terapi är en behandlingsmetod som baseras på att hästens dynamiska rörelse överförs till ryttaren och således påverkar dennes rörelse. Även psykosociala funktionerna påverkas av hästunderstödd terapi. Personer med neurologiska sjukdomar har ofta en försämrad grovmotorisk förmåga och livskvalitet och är därför i behov av en helhetlig behandling med effekter på både fysisk och psykisk funktion. Syfte: Denna studie syftade till att undersöka effekter och det vetenskapliga stödet för hästunderstödd terapi på grovmotorik och livskvalitet hos personer med neurologiska sjukdomar. Metod: Totalt inkluderades 19 artiklar som analyserades enligt ICO-metoden.
