Vid den perioperativa dialogen möter den perioperativa sjuksköterskan patienten vid tre tillfällen i samband med operation. Detta har visat sig komma både patienter och sjuksköterskor till godo. För att införa perioperativ dialog krävs förändringar i organisationen. Syftet med arbetet var att undersöka vilka förutsättningar som krävs för att införa och arbeta med perioperativ dialog på operationsavdelning. Arbetet är en pilotstudie med kvalitativ ansats, där chefssjuksköterskor intervjuats.

Social insatsgrupp är en strukturerad samverkan mellan i första hand polis, socialtjänst och skola med målen att förhindra nyrekrytering av ungdomar till kriminella grupperingar samt att underlätta avhopp från kriminella grupperingar. I examensarbetet har jag undersökt vad begreppetunga i riskzonen innebär för professionella från polis och socialtjänst i social insatsgrupp i Södertälje kommun. Södertälje kommun är en av de tolv kommuner där Rikspolisstyrelsen inrättat pilotverksamheten social insatsgrupp på uppdrag av regeringen. Recently there have been a lot of talk a about the financial crisis and recession. This is understandable since the crisis, which initially was limited to the U.S. now has spread its concern globally in form of bankruptcies, less investment and lots of people have lost here jobs. The purpose of this thesis is to examine how the financial crisis have affected the construction industry relating to market and personnel, but also examine what measures the construction companies have taken. The examination was carried out by information received from the majority of construction-related websites which then was followed up with interviews in the various construction sectors.

The purpose of this report is to study the relationship between the rescue service fire prevention activities and the number of arson fires in schools. An objective of the project is also to investi-gate the need of developing national methods for fire prevention. The results are based on a questionnaire study among 35 fire departments and further interviews with five of them. The results indicate that there is a relationship between the rescue service fire prevention activities and the number of arson fires in schools. The relationship is positive in the sense that arson fires in schools decrease with increasing prevention activities.

Bemötandefrågorna får allt viktigare betydelse i dagens polisarbete. Detta gäller i möten med såväl vuxna personer som barn. En bra kommunikation mellan barn och vuxna kan ha en avgörande roll i en brottsutredning. Med denna rapport vill vi belysa vikten av ett bra förhör med barn, hur ett barnförhör skiljer sig från ett förhör med en vuxen person, och varför det skiljer sig. Vi studerar faktorer som påverkar barnet i samband med ett förhör och i hur stor utsträckning barnets ålder och utveckling inverkar på förmågan att minnas.

Abstract In high voltage substations there is an increasing demand for computerized equipment, and automation of operation and supervision. The future primary equipment will provide the possibility to collect more information and to provide better control for improved effectiveness. Since ABB has got a large customer target, each product must be custom made to fulfil the customers (often from different countries) demands. Later these products will be configured by engineers who may not be familiar with the tools used at ABB. This is a very expensive and time consuming.

Bakgrund: Fibromyalgi är ett syndrom som kännetecknas av utbredd smärta,överkänslighet vid beröring men även att övriga delar av kroppen påverkas.Metod: En litteraturstudie har genomförts där 10 stycken vetenskapliga artiklar haranalyserats och utgjort resultatet.Syfte: Huvudsyftet är att undersöka möjliga riskfaktorer som kan påverka utvecklandetav fibromyalgi.Resultat: Studiens resultat har tagit upp fyra teman med tänkabara riskfaktorer.Traumatiska barndomshändelser, där både fysisk och verbal misshandel och sexuelltutnyttjande var riskfaktorer. Att bli utsatt för trauma som vuxen, där fysisk misshandel,operation och arbetsrelaterad skada ingick, var också en riskfaktor. Stress och ett högtBMI-värde var också riskfaktorer relaterade till utvecklandet av fibromyalgi.Diskussion: Studiens resultat visade på att det är flera riskfaktorer som påverkarutvecklandet av detta syndrom. Alla som utsätts för en av dessa riskfaktorer utvecklardock inte fibromyalgi, utan med största sannolikhet så är det en kombination av flerariskfaktorer som gör att man utvecklar fibromyalgi.Slutsats: Det behövs mer forskning för att studera sambandet mellan fysiska, psykiskaoch sociala riskfaktorer..

This illness affects life negatively and often leads to depression, absence from work and medical care. One treatment against obesity is to do bariatric surgery, or Gastric bypass. The purpose of the study was to illuminate the experiences of care encompassing Gastric bypass surgery.

Background: For an individual a surgery may involve strains and risks. Many patients experience a loss of its own identity and often an inability to control the situation while going through a surgical operation. Fear of pain or to not wake up from the anesthetic or that the surgery will fail are worrying factors that some people experiences. Security Council resolution 1325 (2000) is about women, peace and security. Since the resolution was adopted several countries has made their own National Action Plan for implementation of the resolution.Sweden and Denmark are two of these countries. Resolution 1325 is one of the documents that each countries armed force has to relate to in international work.These countries can get to work together in international operations within the framework of the Nordic Defense Cooperation, NORDEFCO. This study is done by looking at similarities and differences in the action plans and whether they can be an obstacle for the countries to cooperate in an international operation.In this paper a comparative analysis of Sweden and Denmark's plans for the Security Council resolution 1325 will be done. Denna studie syftade till att undersöka vilka behandlingsmetoder som används mot övervikt och fetma. Författarna finner detta område intressant då övervikt och fetma har blivit ett växande folkhälsoproblem i Sverige. I bakgrunden definierades övervikt, fetma, orsaker till övervikt och fetma, läkare och sjukvård samt tidigare studier. Studien var en kvalitativ undersökning och designen var en beskrivande studie. I denna studie genomfördes semistrukturerade intervjuer med två patienter som lider av fetma, en läkare, en dietist, en studentsköterska och en diabetessköterska.

This study was a survey of how it is possible to create conditions for good elite environments in cities with elite universities. The purpose of the study was to create an understanding of how sports associations and National elit sportuniversities in Sweden can co-operate to create a good elite environments for people with dual careers. The study analyzed the current situation and what increased co-operation would do for the elitesports environments. To answer the purpose of the study interviews where conducted with leaders from sports associations and with a representative from the national sports university in Umeå. The result showed that in the current situation were was no cooperation to a significant degree.

This report is the result of a thesis work in Integrated Product Development, regarding hygienic features in dishwashers and especially disinfection by the use of steam.The thesis is performed at Electrolux Primary Development Dishcare in Stockholm and in collaboration with the Department of Machine Design at the Royal Institute of Technology.The targets of the thesis are to prove the advantages of a technology suitable to implement as a hygienic feature inside a dishwasher and to realize a functional prototype of a differentiated hygienic feature that does not exist on the market today.The process followed to perform the thesis is the process defined for Electrolux Primary Development.The technology chosen for development is disinfection by heating the water on the surface of the dishware, by the use of steam.A number of tests on how steam behaves when injected into the dishwasher tub have been performed, providing the results that have been taken in consideration when designing the prototype.The prototype consists of a pipe system provided with nozzles to eject the steam into the upper parts of the dishwasher. Tests of the final prototype show that thermal disinfection of water in a dedicated area of the tub can be reached within 9 minutes. The operation requires 0,17 liters of water and consumes 0.2kWh..
