Kroniskt obstruktiv lungsjukdom (KOL) leder till ökat energibehov, relaterat till ökat andningsarbete och brister i näringsintag är vanligt hos patienter med KOL. Näringsmässigt stöd för patienter med KOL, som lider av nutritionsproblem, är en viktig del av omvårdnaden vid KOL.Syftet var att beskriva och jämföra nutritionsstatus, lungfunktion och boendesituation hos patienter med KOL inom primärvård.Studien har en beskrivande och komparativ design och genomfördes som en tvärsnittsstudie. Urval och datainsamling baserades på en tidigare studie och studiegruppen innehöll 81 deltagare. För att bedöma nutritionsstatus användes bedömningsinstrumentet Mini Nutritional Assessment (MNA).Resultatet visade att de inkluderade patienterna med KOL, som var ensamboende, bedömdes ha sämre nutritionsstatus än de icke ensamboende. Jämförelsen mellan lungfunktion och nutritionsstatus visade inget signifikant samband.

The number of young women who self-mutilate in different ways has increased dramatically in recent years. Self-mutilation is a way of trying to feel better for the moment. People who self-mutilate often have some other underlying illness such as borderline disease. Women are overrepresented in this group of people and their behaviour is often rooted in a history of childhood trauma, sexual abuse, and psychic maltreatment. The aim of this study is to reveal thoughts about the future among young women who self-mutilate.

AbstractThe purpose of this essay was to examine how young people who are about to graduate from high school define and value their future. We also wanted to se which emotions they associate with their future and what or who influences them in their choices in life.The questions for our study were:What does it mean for these youths to become an adult?What images do they have of future education, profession and unemployment?What or who influences the picture they have of their future?What kind of attitude do they have towards the future?We approached the research with a qualitative method and interviewed ten youths in high school. Our conclusion was that the youths had an ambivalent attitude towards becoming adults; it was scary and yet exciting. The youths had the impression that education was important in order get a good job and to avoid unemployment.

Are one meditating of what kind of service and care one are going to need? The purpose with this study was to describe how individuals in ages between 60 and 96 sees, both the future and their coming need for care in relation to sex, age, social activities and experienced health. The material was taken from ?SNAC-Blekinge? witch is a part of a bigger national study; SNAC (The Swedish National study on Aging and Care).

Mini-Maria Nordost är en av fyra öppenvårdsmottagningar i Göteborg för unga som har bekymmer med alkohol och eller droger. Verksamheten vänder sig till ungdomar upp till 21 år och även till deras anhöriga. Syftet med min uppsats är att undersöka hur föräldrar upplever mötet med mottagningen och samtal som metod. Jag har gjort en kvalitativ studie där sex mammor har intervjuats, fyra med utländsk bakgrund och två med svensk bakgrund. Frågeställningarna handlar om i vilken mån man upplever samtal som metod som meningsfull och hur erfarenhet av att växa upp i en annan familjekultur än den svenska påverkar hur man hanterar bekymmer med tonårsbarns drogmissbruk.

The aim of this work is to gain understanding of how predictions and images of future are created and maintained and how they are changed in society. An interdisciplinary approach to cultural and social aspects is used to examine how collective images about future are created. The distinction between collective images and private images is problematised. The subject matter is extracted from a previous explorative examination about Do It Yourself and OpenSource culture which are concepts of collective learning. That work is described in the foreword.The question ?How is a collective image about the future created?? is central for this paper.The interdisciplinary approach is a cross reference synthesis of philosophies, educational studies, film studies, strategicstudies and future studies.

Syftet med studien är att fördjupa förståelsen för unga människors föreställningar kring en ny icke-traditionell chefsroll: Den entreprenöriella chefsrollen. I tillvägagångssättet har inspiration erhållits från metoden Grundad teori. Urvalet har bestått av tio respondenter mellan 17-22 år med skillnader i egenskaper som kön, gymnasieprogram och nationalitet. Samtliga har i mindre skala kommit i kontakt med den entreprenöriella chefsrollen genom en entreprenöriell utbildning. Studiens kärnkategori är kontroll och kommer i uttryck genom fem kategorier som påvisar fem olika aspekter av kontrollen.

SammanfattningInom den kommunala rehabiliteringen möter arbetsterapeuten personer med vitt skilda slag av sjukdomar och funktionsnedsättningar. En av de vanligare grupperna är personer, som av olika skäl drabbas av kognitiva nedsättningar. Arbetsterapeuten bedömer personer med kognitiva funktionsnedsättningar bl.a. med hjälp av olika bedömningsinstrument. Screening -instrumentet Mini Mental Test (MMT) är ett av de mest använda.

Standardsystem idag är, även när det gäller de mindre systemen, så omfattande att det är svårt att välja det bästa systemet för en verksamhet om man inte vet vad man egentligen behöver. Risken är då stor att företaget får betala för onödiga funktioner eller inte får den funktionalitet i systemet som de anser vara viktig.När man blickar bakåt i tiden kan man konstatera att eftersom det framförallt varit större verksamheter som intresserat sig för standardsystem har även större delen av forskningen som gjorts inom området bedrivits med större anskaffningsprojekt som bas. Exempel på en stor metod för anskaffning av standardsystem är SIV-metoden. Valet av ett affärssystem på ett litet företag skulle bli enklare och ge ett bättre resultat med en anskaffningsmetod som är mer anpassad till de mindre företagens behov. Eftersom vi antar att verksamhetsanalysen ska genomföras av utomstående krävs dessutom att analysmetoden lämpar sig för detta.

Mitt magistersarbete ?Mini House? är ett projekt som omfattar undersökning, formgivning, utveckling och paketering av en samtida svensk stuga inom kontexten för den svenska Plan- och bygglagen. Jag har gett projektet en engelsk titel då jag vill att det ska kunna ha relevans och ett potentiellt liv utanför den primära svenska kontexten.De s.k. Friggebodsreglerna tillåter en markägare att bygglovsfritt uppföra ytterligare en stuga på maximalt tio kvadratmeter på bebyggd tomt. Ett förslag att utöka den tillåtna ytan till femton kvadratmeter har lagts fram och skall fastslås i början av år 2008.En marknad för ?friggebodar? skapades snabbt efter att Friggebodsreglerna introducerades 1987, vilken inte har förändrats märkbart under dessa 20 år vad gäller byggmaterial, huskvalitet eller utseende och känsla.

The aim of this essay is to examine how future upper secondary school teachers within social science comprehends their future proffessional role. The aim is also to see whether the education is of importance to their suspension for their future professional role. Focus will especially be on the teachers civil servant role, where the aim is to see how their identification suspends to the governmental expectations on their future civil servant misson. The essay is based on a qualitative method, which is focused conversational interviews.The result indicates that future upper secondary school teachers within social science, who are about to finish their education, have a somewhat deeper sense of identification with the teachers civil servant mission compared to those in the beginning of their education. The result also indicates that the future upper secondary school teachers identification are in line with the governmental expectations on their civil servant mission.
