Systematic quality work in preschool ? How preschool teachers thinking and working with systematic quality work The purpose of this study was to investigate how Swedish preschool teachers thinking and working with systematic quality work. All Swedish preschools are required to work systematically with quality. This involves several steps that follow each other in a specific order. It includes following up, documenting and evaluating preschool activities.

Den liberala demokratin, till vilken västvärldens politiska system bekänner sig, bygger i grunden på tanken att alla människor har naturliga rättigheter till liv, frihet och egendom. Så länge staten klarar av dessa uppgifter förbinder sig medborgarna att lyda staten, vars grund således, enligt denna teori, vilar på ett fiktivt samhällskontrakt. Inom ramen för detta samhällskontrakt har medborgare rätt att protestera för att nå förändring, så länge protesterna inte hotar samhällets fortsatta existens. Exempel på sådana legitima former av protester är (lagliga) demonstrationer, namninsamlingar samt olika former av civil olydnad som har gemensamt att aktörerna som deltar vill påverka inom ramen för samhällssystemet och därför står för sina handlingar samt är beredda att, om så är nödvändigt, låta rättssystemet ha sin gång.

We have done a qualitative and quantitative study about math problems on second­ary school students. The study is based on the diagnosis, treatment and training of teachers, about students who have math difficulties. The aim of this work is to obtain teachers ?perceptions about students? diagnosis, treatment / improvement and continuing education for students who have math difficulties. By having interviewed various teachers through surveys we have received answers to their concerns about the diagnosis, treatment and the importance of continuous training of teachers on students? mathematics difficulties.

The purpose of this essay is mainly to study the reason behind students' visits to restaurants, and also their restaurant habits. The study also intends to find a possible difference in students dining habits among the different social classes; working class and middle class.  This study contains qualitative methods. The qualitative research method is in the shape of deep interviews with ten students from different social classes who?s registered at Södertörns  högskola. The results of this investigation show that the consumer society along with the respondent?s habitus and access to capital, has influenced and created their opinions and habits around eating out. In recent years, the Internet has exploded with different kinds of social media, where a significant function is to share your life in text and images. This changes how we form our identity, our religious identity included. The aim of this paper was to study how Instagram forms a space for the creation and development of religious and spiritual beliefs. For this purpose, Instagram updates from five women with yoga oriented Instagram accounts have been analyzed in relation to two theories: Paul Heelas? och Linda Woodhead?s theory of a spiritual revolution and Heidi Campbell?s theory of networked religion.The aim of the study was to explore how these women presented themselves in their Instagram flow and what part religion and spirituality had in their presentations.

Med stigande elpriser och ett ökat fokus på miljöpåverkan önskar skolan att sänka sin förbrukning.Examensarbetet har utförts på uppdrag av kWh kontroll och NEA gruppen. Mätningar har utförts på matande ledning till skolans alla huskroppar samt dess ventilation.

The European Directive 2000/53/CE? requires a minimum of 95 % reuse and recovery and 85 % re-use and recycling no later than 1 January 2015, for end-of life vehicles. This imposes a need for more efficient recycling and recovery. Despite this shredder residue (SR) is commonly land filled.This report investigated the magnetic fines residue generated at Stena Metall shredder facility in Halmstad, Sweden.

The Multispectral Canopy Reflectance Model (MCRM) by Kuusk (1995) has beenused to simulate the reflectance of a sugarbeet canopy. The simulated reflectancevalues show high absorptance in the VIS area, compared to field measurements, andhigh reflectance values in the NIR area. The errors may be due to overestimation ofclorophyll content in the sugarbeet leaves and scattered light during fieldmeasurements. The estimation of the clorophyll content where carried out using thePROSPECT-model by Jacquemoud & Baret (1990).During the vegetation period, the state of the canopy moves towards a closed canopy,with sparse vegetation in spring. The MCRM-model was used to perform a ?spring?simulation, which was compared to the original simulation.

Syftet med detta arbete är att, med hjälp av GIS och lagerföljdsdata, utforma en metodik för modellering och förståelse av våtmarker och deras utbredning. Metodiken ska, med hjälp av GIS, underlätta och förbereda för en mera automatiserad analys av lagerföljdsdata. Detta involverar flera steg: (1) Strukturering och urval av relevanta data utifrån en stor mängd geografisk och geologisk information; (2) framtagning av åldersmodeller utifrån daterade borrkärnor för beräkning av tillväxthastighet hos olika jordarter; (3) Utveckling och implementering av ett datorprogram för beräkning av våtmarksnivå vid olika tidssteg. Beräkningen skall baseras på de, utifrån åldersmodellerna, beräknade tillväxthastigheterna för jordarter i olika borrkärnor; (4) Interpolation av framräknade höjdvärden till kontinuerliga ytor där förändring av våtmarkernas area och volym vid olika tidpunkter kan bestämmas. I denna studie beräknades utbredningen för två våtmarker vid tiderna 0, 1000, 2000 och 6000 år sedan.

This study aims to highlight and analyze eight secondary teachers' views and thoughts on mathematics. Hopefully this study will provide a deeper understanding of how teachers think and reason about their subject and how this affects their teaching. The study was conducted using a qualitative interview method, based on interviews with eight middle school teachers who teach in school mathematics for grades 6 - 9. The interviews were recorded and then transcribed and analyzed. After the interview analysis one can conclude that the teachers? thoughts concern three main themes: the importance of mathematics, children?s lack of basic knowledge and the teachers? lack of time.In discussion and analysis the teachers conceptions of the own subject is being analyzed, and that is the foundation of this study.

This thesis is based on the conception that class is relevant. The thesis discussesclass relevance and consciousness of class amongst personal at the department ofsocial welfare in Lund.I have studied different theories of class from Karl Marx, Max Weber and PierreBourdieu. The study´s empirical survey is based on interviews with the personalat the department of social welfare in Lund. Then I have applied their view onclass on models based on the theories mentioned above.Out of my analysis I can draw the conclusion that the consciousness of class ishigh and that the applied models matches the interviewed personal. An importantaspect is that class perspective is bound to class.

This thesis deals with cross-country ski clothing for non-competitive women. Women in this category look for different clothing features in comfort and aesthetics than male top athletes, for whom cross-country skiwear today often seems to be designed. In this thesis the demands of these women have been mapped out by an interview with a reference group of users. The ergonomics of exercising in the winter outdoors are naturally a base for the collection. The collection consists of three functional layers of garments.

Sharia or western equality?womenin Egyptian legislationThe Islamic law (Sharia) in most of the countries in Middle East and North Africa has been the basis for modern laws which regulate issues such as marriage, divorce and inheritance. These laws (personal status law or family law) have been debated frequently in the last decades.There are those who consider personal status law (PSL) as unjust, male-biased and discriminating against women especially in the issue of divorce. On the other hand there are voices who call to go back to the Sharia, because muslims has to follow the islamic law and its values, they are universal as they claim. In this essay I try to enlighten these two points of view which can be found in the debate in Egypt.
