Ett fåmansföretags delägare beskattas i enlighet med speciella skatteregler vid utdelning och försäljning i 56 och 57 kap. Inkomstskattelag (1999:1229) (IL). Detta beror på att lagstift- ningen vill hindra att inkomster som egentligen är tjänsteinkomster beskattas i inkomstsla- get kapital, vilket kan hänföras den nära anknytning som delägarna anses ha med företaget. Dessa regler har kompletterats med stopplagsbestämmelser, vilka har som syfte att hindra att fåmansföretagsreglerna på olika sätt kringgås. Ett exempel på en stopplagsbestämmelse är den karensregel vilken återfinns i både 57 kap.

We were assigned to do this master thesis by Husqvarna AB who at the time for this thesis just had implemented a new material and production planning system called Replenishment system. Husqvarna AB wanted us to examine the effects of their new planning system to see if it was profitable or not. Husqvarna AB had for a time considered their delivery and supplier service to bee their biggest problem and they wanted to solve this problem by improving the communication with all involved actors in the logistic chain, which they hoped would result in a better mix of products in their warehouses. The aim of this report was therefor to analyze eventual effects for Husqvarna AB when changing from a traditional material- and production planing system to a more information intensive one. The result of this report showed effects on decreasing administrational routines and improved flexibility and lead-times.

Background and Problem: The lack of auditor independence is discussed being oneof the reasons to scandals such as Enron and HQ. A pricing strategy that has beendebated impairing auditor independence is low balling. To win a new client in atender process, audit firms supposedly offer an audit fee below cost and then increasethe fee the following years to recover the initial loss. The auditors? future financialinterest in the company due to the initial loss is by some believed to impair auditorindependence, which makes low balling in Sweden a relevant phenomenon to study.Aim of study: This thesis aims to explain if low balling exists on the Swedish auditmarket and if the size of companies affects the results of low balling.Methodology: To achieve the purpose of this thesis, a statistical study wasconducted.

The purpose of this thesis is to look into the knowledge city concept and the preferences and requirements of companies on such a city. Furthermore, suggestions of ideal conditions in a knowledge city are proposed. The thesis has been conducted through a qualitative approach where a deductive procedure has been implemented. In order to examine knowledge cities, Barcelona has sketchily been looked at as an early example of a knowledge city, whereas a more exhaustive observation of Copenhagen was conducted. Since the concept of knowledge cities is a rather new phenomenon, models from several disciplines constitute the theoretical framework.

Den globala bilindustrin har enats om en teknisk specifikation, ISO/TS 16949, som kommer att ersätta de nuvarande nationella standarderna. Detta examensarbete har utförts på Gestamp HardTech AB i Luleå. Företaget utvecklar, tillverkar och marknadsför säkerhetskomponenter till bilindustrin. Under 2005 planerar företaget att certifiera sig enligt denna specifikation. Examensarbetet var ett delprojekt i certifieringsarbetet och inriktade sig på en kartläggning av företagets produktionsprocesser enligt de krav som ställs i ISO/TS 16949.

On the 26th of January 2010, the Supreme Administrative Court in Sweden gave five rulings which greatly affect the possibility to keep a close company within a family by transferring the ownership of the company to the next generation. The five rulings concern the interpretation of the prerequisite, same or similar activity, which can be found in section 57, clause 4 of the Swedish Income Tax Act.    The prerequisite is fulfilled when an entire or parts of a business is transferred to another close company and the receiving company?s business activity is within the framework of the transferring company?s business activity or when the companies have a similar connection. Depending on which shares that are being evaluated, the prerequisite can refer to both the shares in the receiving or the transferring company. When the prerequisite is fulfilled, a standardized amount of the business income will be taxed as capital gains and the surplus will be taxed as earned income.

Syftet med detta examensarbete har varit att, genom att kombinera kunskaperna inom användbarhetsdesign med kunskaperna inom visuell kommunikation, ta fram ett designförslag på användargränssnitt för andra generationen av en webbaserad projekt- och kommunikationsplattform. För att nå detta syfte har, med hjälp av teori och empiri, det aktuella systemets önskvärda brukskvaliteter tagits fram. Utgående från dessa har därefter nuvarande version av produkten evaluerats. Slutligen har, med hjälp av de empiriska resultaten samt teorier inom effektiv visuell kommunikation, ett designförslag för det nya användargränssnittet utformats. Arbetet har resulterat i ett antal önskvärda brukskvaliteter för systemet där personligt anpassbart, överblickbart och en närhet till andra användare är de mest särskiljande.

Inom Business Intelligence har begreppet Self-Service Business Intelligence (Self-Service BI) vuxit fram. Self-Service BI omfattar verktyg vilka möjliggör för slutanvändare att göra analyser och skapa rapporter utan teknisk support. Ett av dessa verktyg är Microsoft PowerPivot.På Transportstyrelsens Järnvägsavdelning finns behov av ett Self-Service BI-verktyg. Vi fick i uppdrag av Sogeti att undersöka om PowerPivot var ett lämpligt verktyg för Transportstyrelsen. Målet med uppsatsen har varit att testa vilka tekniska möjligheter och begränsningar PowerPivot har samt huruvida PowerPivot är användbart för Transportstyrelsen.För att få en djupare förståelse för Self-Service BI har vi kartlagt vilka möjligheter och begränsningar med Self-Service BI-verktyg som finns beskrivna i litteraturen.

Background: The starting point of the thesis is the growing importance of negotiations that serve to establish a relationship between the parties involved as companies? business activities are getting more complex. Purpose: The purpose of the thesis is to find and to analyze which elements are of importance for parties, when creating a successful negotiation with regard to building long-term relationships, and if those elements differ for sales and procurement negotiations in companies with business activities of various kinds. Research method: The study was realized with the help of twelve qualitative interviews. Result: The elements of importance when creating a successful negotiation with regard to building long-term relationships were mainly elements of co-operation and to some extent elements of competition.

Denna studie undersöker vilka förändringar som har skett ute på förskolor efter revideringen av Läroplanen för förskolan år 2010. Undersökningen ger perspektiv från sex förskolor med olika förutsättningar och tre förskolechefer i en medelstor stad. Dokumentation som används på rätt sätt, är bra för att lyfta fram verksamheten. I Förskolan håller dokumentationen på att bli en naturlig del av planerings- och utvärderingsarbetet, där tanken är att man kontinuerligt ska använda dokumentation som medel för reflektion kring arbetet som görs samt att reflektionerna ska leda till ett utforskande arbetsätt. Detta har visat sig vara en stor utmaning för en del förskolor.

Near Field Communication, NFC, is a short-range wireless communication technology that enables data exchange between devices in a secure way. A NFC phone has the potential to enable the convergence of wallet, phone and keys, but as many other technological innovations, the launch is struggling. Many actors form the ecosystem of NFC and the business model for each service is still an unsolved problem.

The tool of Environmental Scanning is basics in the process of developing prescriptive strategies as well as vital in evolving emergent strategies. The complexity lies in gathering relevant information and transforming the information into adequate data, which can be utilised by management to optimise strategies. The purpose of this study is to scrutinise how successfully operating Swedish manufacturing companies, listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange?s ?Large Cap?-list, organise their Environmental Scanning actions and how this affects the development of strategies. Prior research on the subject has been used as foundation to presenting relevant theories.
