Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present an overview of the Swedish listed companies and their compliance with the Code and its normative rules for independent decision-making. Methodology: The authors have read and delved into the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance. The authors have chosen to study the enforcement of the code based on independent bracing guidelines. The study was conducted through a combined quantitative and qualitative approach. The study is based on primary data collected in the form of companies' corporate governance reports, which have been supplemented by structured interviews.Frame of reference: Swedish ownership structure and concentrated ownership, self regulation and normative guidelines, institutional theory and earlier research on this topic.Empirical foundations: A comparison of the selected companies has been based on the independence rules of the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance. A specific company has been presented with the company's application of the code, interviews have also been done with this company to increase the understanding of the empirical basis further.Conclusions: There are several flaws with the code and how it is applied today.

Millions of preselected progeny have been born since the development of The Beltsville Sperm Sexing Technology 1986. The method is based on flow cytometry and sorting is done on the basis of DNA difference of the X- and Y-chromosomes. Preselection of progeny provides an opportunity to obtain genetic gain and increased production as well as increased animal welfare and decreased environmental impact. However, the method is associated with low fertility, high costs and uncertainty whether the sorting process contributes to DNA damage and thereby results in genetically impaired progeny. Today, sex sorted sperm is only commercially available in the bovine industry, due to the fact that bull sperm is more suitable for selection than sperm from other species.

Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet med denna undersökning är att ta reda på vad eleverna anser att de lär sig under idrottslektionerna med inriktning mot bollspel. Frågeställningarna är följande:Vad anser eleverna att de lär sig av bollspel kopplat till lgr11?Vad anser eleverna om bollspel och dess användning i skolan?MetodEn kvantitativ undersökning där enkäter till alla 8or på en skola norr om Stockholm delades ut. Urvalet bestod av 79 elever (40 tjejer 39 killar) och bortfallet blev 12 (6 killar 6 tjejer). Enkäten bestod av 18 påståenden som eleverna fick ta ställning till med svarsalternativen stämmer inte alls, stämmer ganska dåligt, stämmer ganska bra, stämmer helt och vet ej.

Det saknas ofta ingående kunskap om vad som behöver dokumenteras inom nätverk och dess arkitektur. Vad bör dokumenteras? Hur bör man dokumentera det och hur bör man hantera den färdiga dokumentationen? Detta är de frågor som vi med detta arbete vill ge svar på.Vi har genom en kvalitativ fallstudie och deduktivt arbete kommit fram till en lösning som förenklar arbetet med dokumentering av servrar, nätobjekt och nätverksinfrastruktur. Denna lösning innefattar egenutvecklade mallar i Microsoft Word, en lösning för dokumenthantering i Windows SharePoint Services och ett verktyg för automatisk insamling av systeminformation..

Med hjälp av teknologiska lösningar ser vi att kontorsarbete idag blivit allt mer digitaliserat. Det här har påverkat möjligheten att utföra arbetsuppgifter oberoende av tid och rum. Mobiliseringen av arbetslivet innebär att arbetet blivit mer självständigt och att de förr naturligt fysiska interaktionerna på arbetsplatsen minskar. Studier visar även på utmaningar i ledarskapet hos organisationer som implementerat ett mobilt arbetssätt. För att lyckas övervinna de utmaningar som den mobila arbetssituationen skapar i arbetslivet, har innebörden av relationsorienterat ledarskap samt hur det påverkar resultatet för organisationen framhållits som väsentlig att studera.Syftet med studien är att skapa förståelse för hur relationsorienterade ledarbeteenden, som att stödja, hjälpa till och känna empati för medarbetaren, kan bidra till att uppnå människans behov av en känsla av samhörighet, personligt värde samt personlig utveckling i mobila arbetsliv.

Införskaffandet av rätt system är en komplicerad process, men ofta avgörande huruvida en framgångsrik implementering skall fortskrida eller inte. Perioden då företaget inskaffat ett system till den definitiva utrullningen är således ofta en krävande och kostsam process för organisationen. Bakgrunden till examensarbetet är Medius behov av rapporter för uppföljningav verksamheten. Medius använder sig sedan årsskiftet 2008-2009 av affärssy- stemetMicrosoft dynamics AX. I verksamheten finns ett behov av ett antal standardiseraderapporter för uppföljning som inte existerar i Dynamics AX idag samt en portaldär dessa rapporter lätt kan hittas.Syftet med examensarbetet är att ta fram enhifi-prototyp som visar hur rapporter för verksamhetsuppföljning kan standardiserasoch presenteras i ett webbgränssnitt.Arbetet som utförts i examensarbetet kan delasin i fyra steg. Först gjordes ett antal intervjuer med personal från olika nivåer iorganisationen för att få en bra bild av vilka rapporter som det fanns ett behov av.Därefter sammanställdes dessa intervjuer till scenarion som sedan användes för attta fram en kravspecifikation i det tredje steget. I det sista steget utvecklades självahifi-prototypen utifrån kravspecifikationen.Vissa av rapporterna som prototypeninnehåller är informationsmässigt väldigt att generera.

Den här rapporten innehåller vårt arbete om Kinect, en ny styrenhet lanserad av Microsoft. I den här rapporten så svarar vi på frågor som t ex: hur det är att programmera till Kinect, hur tekniken bakom Kinect fungerar, hur länge man orkar spela med Kinect och om ett klassiskt spel blir roligare att spela med Kinect. För att kunna svara på de här frågorna så har vi utvecklat kontroller till ett PC-spel, vi har även skrivit några frågor som vi sedan lät användare svara på efter dem testat Kinect. Vår slutsats är att programmering till Kinect är relativt enkel och har stor potential. Dessutom kan det vara svårt att anpassa klassiska spel till Kinect för att öka upplevelsen..

Cloud computing is a new buzzword within the IT-industry, and introduces a whole new way of working with IT. The technique delivers web based services, which results in that the user no longer needs to install an application locally on a computer. Since the application no longer needs to run on a local entity, but in a datacenter located on a service provider, the users no longer need any specific hardware more than a computer with an internet connection. Cloud computing also offers IT-infrastructure and development environments as services, these three service types is better known as cloud services. Through the usage of different types of cloud services, the need for maintenance and hardware is significantly reduced.

Choosing the right user experience evaluation method can be difficult, choosing the right one for mobile user experience can be even more so. One major cause is that mobile usage is context dependent. Another contributing factor is that there is not one widely adopted theory or framework for user experience due to its complexity.The purpose of this study was to evaluate an existing method artifact in its feasibility for evaluating mobile applications. The chosen method, AttrakDiff2 is a self-reporting semantic differential questionnaire to evaluate the user experience of an interactive product, based on its hedonic and pragmatic qualities.A study was conducted where the participants assessed one mobile and one web application, which were later rated with AttrakDiff2. The completion of the questionnaire was conducted as a think-aloud session subsequently followed by an interview.The results suggest that the participants experience was affected more by the evaluated application style than the different platforms.

The use of mobile devices has during the last years expanded and on the market you can see a huge amount of applications. The development of mobile applications differs from traditional systems development since mobility infers that mobile applications can be used in different technological and social contexts. Although previous research has recognized that mobility can present mobile application developers with certain challenges, empirical studies of how problems arise and how they can be handled has thus far been limited. In this study we focused on the requirements engineering process from a development view with the purpose of finding challenges emerging in the development process. The study is based on a qualitative case study that employed semi-structured interviews with both project managers and system developers active in the requirements process.

This project is the result of a cooperation between HalmstadUniversity and EABAB. The aim of the project was to create a macro that would help EABAB automate the process of designing steel trusses. When run in Microsoft Excel, the macro imports and processes coordinates from a calculator program. The data is then imported into the Building Information Modelling software Tekla Structures, which creates a 3D structural model of the steel truss.The macro saves much time in the project planning process and also helps minimize the risk of design flaws caused by human error. .
