Människors ohälsa i arbetslivet har fått stort intresse i Sverige på senare år i och med alarmerande siffror om hög frånvaro och psykisk ohälsa. Frågor rörande medarbetares hälsa har kommit att bli av intresse för företag då det råder en stark koppling mellan medarbetares hälsa och företags lönsamhet. Föreliggande studie syftar till att identifiera och beskriva processer och faktorer som är av betydelse vid hälsoarbete på arbetsplatser. Studien baseras på sex intervjuer gjorda med verksamma hälsopedagoger och insamlad data är analyserat utifrån induktiv tematisk analys. Resultaten tyder på att det råder många missuppfattningar och osäkerheter kring synen på, motiven bakom samt det sätt vilket man arbetar med hälsoarbete på.

This is a study of the phenomenon enterprise education in a Swedish school. Enterprise education is a rather new concept in Swedish schools, and it has yet to be clearly defined and sufficiently studied. In order to investigate the various aspects of the education properly an analysis of the language used by its proponents needs to be performed. The authors have used discourse analysis from a perspective provided by Laclau and Mouffe. This is for the purpose of determining how the phenomenon is expressed by four teachers in the school mentioned previously.

Effekter av Samhällets Säkerhetsarbete (ESS) är ett projekt som är finansierat av Myndigheten för samhällsskydd och beredskap (MSB). Detta examensarbete är en delstudie inom ESS och skall analysera olyckor samt dess förebyggande och skadebegränsande åtgärder på svenska oljedepåer i samarbete med IVL Svenska Miljöinstitutet (IVL). Syftet är att utreda vilka olyckor som är mest frekventa samt vilka åtgärder som bedöms inneha stor potential att förebygga och/eller skadebegränsa dessa olyckor. Målet är att beskriva de tio åtgärder som branschen anser inneha stor potential. Denna rapport har avgränsats att enbart behandla oljedepåer i Sverige som mellanlagrar flytande energibärare, raffinaderiverksamhet och kraftverk undantas.

This thesis aims to show the positive effects of marketing by studying whether the regulation on direct marketing to consumers of prescription drugs today prevents to consumers accurate information and better health, and how consumers relate to the possible legalization of increased marketing through controlled and information audited webpages. Methods used in this research are qualitative method, quantitative method, documents and websites studies. The thesis fulfills the purpose as it shows the potential positive effects of an expanded marketing through pre-approved websites. It also shows a demand from the consumers' side and a need for increased awareness for more empowerment over their own health.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to see how technology is presented in different fictional picture books that are available in preschool. Six fictional picture books that have connection to technology in picture and text have been analysed. In order to show how technology can be made visible in fictional picture books, the relation between picture and text has been analysed through a technology perspective. Furthermore, the pictures and the texts have been analysed separately in order to show what they show respectively in terms of technology. The fictional picture book has a potential to be a basis for making technology visible in preschool, which is a step in a new direction.

?Virtuell lek med sand och vatten? är ett projekt i samarbete med HAGS Aneby AB. Syftet med lekredskapet är att reducera barns stillasittande vardag. Genom att koppla samman fysiskt stimulerande lek med möjligheterna inom de virtuella leksaksvärldarna är målet att underlätta övergången mellan de digitala, passiva spelaktiviteterna och mer fysiskt stimulerande aktiviteter. Med utgångspunkt i den klassiska sandlådan ville jag undersöka och utveckla sandlådans potential.

The purpose of this report is to present some of the market's façade panels and to do a survey of Masonite façade panels and compare. Therefore I have looked closer on potential competitors and studied their assembly method and properties. I will also propose suggestions on installing Masonite panels and improvements to the current carrying system. The carrying system for façade panels in general. Various key people in various areas of the construction industry have been interviewed. People with a wide knowledge of theory and with real work experience have been my main focuses too implement this survey.

This final thesis is carried out at BAE Systems Hägglunds in Örnsköldsvik. The mission was to construct and integrate a new semi-active damping unit in the terrain vehicle BvS10. Questions that came up during the process, among others, was how to mount the damping unit to the vehicle in a flexible way without exposing it to unnecessary wears.A generation of the concept is made in 3D using CATIA V5 of a possible solution to the problem. The idea is to weld the unit to the skid girder which is one of the main constructions of the track system. In this way the damping unit will come closer to the track system, which will partly protect it from impacts from below and minimize current problems with breaking forces in the torsion shafts.The complete construction was then analyzed, first by theoretical calculations and then with the FEM-tools in CATIA V5.

Från och med november 2013 finns det en beättarlåda i Robertsfors kommuns skolbibliotek som lärare i årskurs 1 har möjlighet att låna och använda i undervisningen. I den här uppsatsen undersöks berättarlådans syfte, förväntade effekter på elevernas skolprestationer och om det finns utrymme för vidareutveckling av berättarlådans innehåll och användningsområde. Vidare diskuteras berättarlådans potential som länk mellan de två yrkesgrupperna lärare och bibliotekarier. Detta eftersom det är ett objekt som skapats av en bibliotekspedagog med lärare och elever som avsedda användare. Elevernas inflytande på lådans utformning har en något margniell men lika viktig del i utvärderingen.

This thesis examines effects that occur when consumers are placed in a negative category by the sender in an internet marketing context. The effects studied are attitude towards the ad, attitude towards the media, sense of being monitored and sense of being categorized. The authors argue that consumers will become increasingly aware of the fundamentals of internet marketing and how advertisements online are being directed towards them. Consumers will thus, to a larger extent than today, analyze advertisements and how they have been individually categorized by the sender. This will affect the way advertisements are perceived.

In this study ? Just a girlfriend who lives far away? ? I interview fifteen girls about their experiences with computer mediated relationships. From a queer theoretical perspective I examine how these girls do and talk about their relationships, in relation to norms about relationships and sexuality as well as notions about online and offline.My aim is to discuss in which ways the performing of these relationships both reproduce and challenge norms about relationships and sexuality. The girls I interview attempt in different ways to show that doing relationships online is just as ?normal? as doing them offline.

Labour market coaching (Swedish:?Jobbcoachning?) was a comprehensive political project for the Swedish labour market, with the aim of helping unemployed individuals to enter the labour market. Between 2009-2014  the labour market coaching was carried out by private companies through governmental regulations. This thesis aims to find out (1) what coaching activities the coaches used, and (2) how these coaching activities can be understood in the light of previous scientific research. My results consist of interviews conducted with six labour market coaches.

Vi vill undersöka huruvida det finns ett samband mellan riskkapitalföretagets ägarstruktur och deras val av exit genom en positivistisk studie med en deduktiv ansats. Målet är att öppna vägen för mer djupgående forskning kring exits i Sverige genom att undersöka ett antal potentiella samband. Riskkapitalisterna delas upp i tre grupper baserat på deras ägarstruktur: privata, koncernbundna samt offentliga riskkapitalister.Utifrån befintlig teori på området har vi utformat nio hypoteser som kan delas in i fyra grupper. Den första gruppen testar huruvida sambandet mellan ägarstruktur och val av exit existerar, den andra gruppen testar sambandet mellan portföljbolagets bransch och val av exit, nästa grupp testar huruvida det finns ett samband mellan investeringslängden och val av exit respektive ägarstruktur och slutligen testar vi om det finns ett samband mellan portföljbolagets potential och deras val av exit.För att samla in nödvändig data för att testa dessa hypoteser utgick vi ifrån Förvärv och Fusioners data över alla exits i Sverige från 2003 till och med första halvåret 2006. Databasen fick kompletteras med ett antal variabler: omsättningstillväxt, typ av exit, ägarstruktur samt bransch.

The purpose with this review is to investigate evidence-based practice (EBP), and which arguments are used to justify EBP. The year of 2006 Bergmark and Lundström published an article regarding the problems concerning EBP. They are discussing that several different definitions of EBP are existing, which they mean can lead to difficulties using the EBP-methods in real life. In this study six articles, from the years 2007-2011, have been analyzed using Mertons structure-functional theory and Lipskys theory of street-level bureaucracy. Different definitions of EBP are discussed in the articles and there seem to be a need to clarify the concept.
