This is a qualitative study based on interviews with professionals who are cooperating at a children advocacy center, in swedish called ?Barnahus?. The center, Barnahus, pulls together law enforcement, criminal justice, child protective service, medical and mental health workers in to one coordinated team. Children suspected to be victims of any kind of violence or sexual abuse shall, at Barnahus, be offered coordinated efforts and support all the way from suspicion to possible intervention. The aim of the study is to examine how the participants involved relate to collaboration in Barnahus. The study will also present the success factors and barriers to collaboration that identifies by the participating actors, who are mentioned above.The study will provide insight and understanding of how collaboration can be represented in multiprofessional activities in practice..

Urban farming can be viewed in several contexts. The first part of this work brings up the beneficial effects of farming on our physical and mental health, knowledge as well as on social life in cities. The introduction of gardening in schools can contribute to an increased awareness on both agricultural practices and importance as well as ecological processes. It can also be used in teaching of other subjects. Farming can also contribute to improving the household economy, and the economy on a municipal or national level.

Syfte: Syftet med studien är att öka kunskapen om de strategiska möjligheter företag har att välja mellan när det gäller IP-skydd på emerging markets. Vidare syftar studien till att presentera en karta av handlingsmöjligheter när det gäller IP-skydd. Studiens bidrag ska särskilt vara till nytta för företag som planerar en affärsetablering på den kinesiska marknaden genom att belysa vad som är viktigt att tänka på och vilka metoder som finns att tillgå för att skydda IP. Förutom detta praktiska bidrag syftar studien även till att ge ett teoretiskt bidrag i form av viss teoretisk belysning av sambandet mellan IP-strategi och konkurrensstrategier i företag. Metod: Studien är av explorativ karaktär varför författarna valt att anta ett hermeneutiskt forskningsideal.

ABSTRACT Behavioural problems are a compound conception for emotional difficulties at different levels. Individuals with behavioural problems could have difficulties with social relations, low self-esteem, anxiety and worry. The purpose with the examination was to describe how clients apprehend their behavioural problems and what they consider could be the causes of it. The examination was based on the qualitative interviews with 5 clients and a professional helper. We came in contact with our clients through our practice.

Nurses have an important role caring with the suicidal patient as they often are the first to encounter these individuals. In order to develop their skills, nurses need to understand the complexity of the problem around the thoughts of wanting to die. The purpose of the study was to compile and elucidate research that describes how nurses can provide care to suicidal patients. The method used was a literature review. The results were divided into seven themes that can guide the nurse in the work: to be there, give time and listen, to recognize and assess risk factors, working in a team, to be attentive to own attitudes, to give hope, to be able to process their feelings, increased knowledge of the causes of suicide.

The purpose with our essay was:-          To study how personal assistants understand their occupation role.-          To describe the attitude of personal assistants to the right of self-determination of their care receivers. We have used a qualitative research method called phenomenografic. The empirical material was based on four interviews that served as the data collection methods. The interviewees were four women from two different municipalities of Middle Sweden. The interviewed personal assistants work with adult people who have mental disabilities. As a result we came up with eight categories which showed that personal assistants, despite some difficulties, perceive their careers as crucial for society?s well being. The phenomenon of self-determination was much easier to describe than to put to practice.

Läraridealet för denna tid var enpliktrogen och nitiskt lärare/lärarinna som på ett dugligt, intresserat ochsjälvuppoffrande sätt utförde sitt kall. Därtill tillkom ideal såsom glad,avhållen och godhjärtad.

The combat mission is an extreme situation with high demands of the soldier. Killing might very well be necessary. Before a mission a soldier can experience stress due to these factors. The purpose of this paper is to find methods to handle stress due to an upcoming combat mission and to the prospect of having to kill. The main questions of this essay: -How can certain parts of the physiological psychology improve a soldiers ability to perform a mission? ? Is the Swedish soldier mentally prepared to kill? The theory for this essay has been described using litteratur by experts within the field, and the results thereafter discussed.

Det är något som inskränker på såväl hälsa som livskvalitet och bör därför ses som en viktig punkt för att göra staden mer tillgänglig. Alla har att vinna på en tillgänglig stad, men framförallt är det rörelsehindrade och äldre som har störst behov av ökad tillgänglighet. Då många rörelsehindrade lider av både fysisk och psykisk ohälsa i oproportionerligt hög grad finns det många vinster med att underlätta möjligheterna till utevistelse. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka tillgången till bänkar i Uppsala.

Cancer is one of the most common diseases and it affects not only adults but also many adolecents and children every year. Those who are affected of disease face many challenges that will affect their lives. The aim of this literature review was to illuminate adolecents experience of cancer and how it affects them in their daily living. The result showed that the adolecents experience many physical and mental side-effects from disease and treatment. They expressed the need of information, support and understanding from their families, friends, school and care givers.

The aim of this study is to illuminate factors in nurses´ work, which can cause a state of exhaustion called burn out. The results indicate that work related mental illness is a lengthy process that gives rise to both physical and psychical problems. These problems might lead to a state of burn out. However, several authors prefer to use expressions like exhaust syndrome or exhaust depression as they are criticising the concept of burn out. The study is a literature analysis of 11 scientific articles that have been scrutinized using the criterions presented by Polit et al (2001).

Sweden is on the turn of a dramatic demographic change. The number of elderly will in the coming decade increase considerably. This also means that the need of dwellings adapted for accessibility increases. By adapting dwellings and housing areas to an increased level of accessibility, more people are given the opportunity to stay for a longer time in their habitual surroundings and the housing becomes secure for the user both in a physical and mental point of view. Detta är en studie av teori och praktik i svensk skogspolitik, undersökningen är gjord med hjälp av intervjuer av skogsmaskinförare. Syftet med studien var att belysa och analysera orsaken till de skador som skogsbruket orsakar. Jag ville undersöka hur de skogspolitiska målen omsätts i praktiken. Under de intervjuer som genomfördes med skogsmaskinförarna utkristalliserades några faktorer som utgör problem och som har betydelse för hur skogspolitiken genomförs i praktiken. Det som skogsmaskinförarna menar utgör problem är bland annat bristfällig information, dåliga kartor och snötäckt mark.
