Inom alla verksamheter och organisationer finns det idag någon form av informationssystem. För att effektivisera, förändra och stödja verksamheten har allt fler företag valt att anskaffa ett standardsystem som hjälpmedel. Tyvärr innebär detta även att ett antal problem kan uppstå. Ett av de mest kritiska problemen som bör försöka undvikas är utebliven användaracceptans. Syftet med detta arbete var att undersöka vilka insatser som bör vidtas i arbetet med att anskaffa ett standardsystem, för att förbättra användaracceptansen.

Tidigare forskning har visat att arbetslösas välmående och livskvalitet påverkas negativt av arbetslöshet. Upplevd kontroll och autonomi kan medföra ökade coping-resurser för arbetslösa och ökar möjligheten till god mental hälsa och livskvalitet. Syftet med den aktuella studien var att undersöka hur graden av kontroll och autonomi hos arbetslösa påverkades beroende på faktorerna ekonomisk säkerhet, stöd av särskild person, stöd i handling, samt arbetsmarknadsåtgärd. Resultatet visade att den enskilt starkast predicerande faktorn för upplevd kontroll var ekonomisk säkerhet, medan stöd av person predicerade upplevd autonomi till störst utsträckning. Ökad ekonomisk säkerhet och stöd av särskild person hade ett positivt samband med både kontroll och autonomi.

The conception of exhaustion was first used in the end of 1960 and was then used in a psychological context directed towards the working life. Eventually was the conception devided into two main categories: mental and somatic symtoms. Today research of exhaustion is mainly aiming towards recovering and returning to working life.This work sets out to analyse the importance and effects of social networks such as family, friends and professional relations in helping people who suffer from exhaustion to recover. The study is based on interviews with eith people who have suffered from exhaustion but today are recovered. To my aid I have used tree different questions: What part have the social network of family and friends ment to the recovery? What part has the professional relationships with doctors, therapists and curators ment to the recovery? How have you changed your life in order to maintain balance?The interviews pointed out the importance of the social relationships as support, feedback and understanding that the process takes time.

Det allmänna hälsotillståndet är ett resultat av de levnadsvanor som individen har och lever under. En förändring av vanor är starkt relaterat till individens attityd och inställning!Syftet med den här studien, är att undersöka ungdomars attityd till hälsosam kost och inställning till att förändra kostvana, samt söka klarhet i vilka eventuella hinder och incitament som föreligger vid en förändring av kostvana..

Regeringen vill lägga mer vikt på att stärka möjligheten till kultur och social delaktighet. De belyser vikten av att skapa trygghet och att minska isolering inom grupper som till exempel långtidssjukskrivna och långtidsarbetslösa. Kulturaktiviteter som konst, film, musik och teater har bevisats ha en positiv effekt på hälsan genom bland annat ökad social funktion, ökad livskraft och ökad fysisk hälsa. Det avser både att delta i samt att uppleva utan att delta i kulturen.Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om kulturaktiviteter kan påvisa en skillnad i återgång till arbete och psykisk ohälsa hos långtidssjukskrivna personer med psykisk ohälsa, samt undersöka vilken påverkan egna förväntningar har på återgång till arbete. Det insamlade materialet kom från enkätdata ur projektet Kultur och hälsa, genomförd av landstingets enhet Kompetenscentrum för hälsa i Västerås stad.

We are currently more aware than ever about the impact of food on our health, but in the same time this trend put more pressure on the food retailers to do as much as possible to help their customers manage their weight and be healthy in general. This study aims to examine the corporate social responsibility for consumer health in food retailing, in which ways the companies promote healthy eating; in what extent they do it and also the motives for companies for corporate responsibility. The empirical study is limited to the market leading companies in Sweden, Coop and ICA, because the performance of the leading companies puts them in the strongest position to profit from shifting consumer trends, grow revenues and penetrate new markets and also enable them to make a strong case for the effectiveness of voluntary action, obviating the need for government intervention. A qualitative method was used in this study to get an accurate understanding how the food retailers take social responsibility for consumers health. The study is based on interviews with experts in the food retailers Coop and ICA, and the companies reporting in this area, annual reports, corporate responsibility reports and websites.

Bakgrund: Hur vet vi som sjuksköterskor vad som menas när det talas om palliativ? Världen utvecklas och så gör även begreppen i den. Genom att studera ord får forskaren reda på den egentliga betydelsen och den allmänna definitionen. Syfte: Att klargöra och definiera begreppet palliativ. Metod: Begreppsanalysmodell av Walker och Avant (1995). Studien är byggd på vetenskapliga artiklar, ordböcker och lexikon. Resultat: Ur den lexikala och litterära analysen växte studiens kärna fram, attributen. För att begreppet palliativ skall kunna infrias krävs det obotlig sjukdom, tillfällig hjälp, lindring och stöd.

AbstractThis essay contains a comparison between principals and supervisors within the Health-care and is focused on their view regarding their own leadership. It contains a comparison between their respective models for leadership and how to evolve as a leader within these two organizations.The study is carried out as in dept interviews with four principals and four supervisors.The results show that the principals have a sufficient education and a broad network, but they need the opportunity to a personal development within their leadership. On the other hand, within the Health-care, the supervisors stand on a good base of education where focus lies on the personal development within the leadership. However, they need more opportunities to build up their networks.The conclusion that can be drawn is that these two organisations would gain on learning from each other, in order to establish as good conditions as possible to improve the leaderships within their own organization..

Bakgrund: Tidigare studier har visat att psykisk ohälsa ökar bland ungdomar i Sverige. Skolsköterskan har en viktig del i det hälsofrämjande arbetet med barn och ungdomar. Att delaktighet och inflytande har ett samband med hälsa är känt, men det är oklart hur väl dokumenterat ämnet är. Syfte: Att göra en sammanställning kring barn och ungdomars psykiska hälsa relaterat till inflytande och delaktighet i skolan. Metod: Scoping study användes för att sammanställa aktuell litteratur inom det valda ämnet.

Bakgrund: Munvård är en viktig del av omvårdanden för patienters välbefinnande. Daglig rengöring av tänder och munhåla är grunden till att förebygga olika sjukdomstillstånd. Undersökningar visar att kunskapen om munvård är låg hos vårdpersonal. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att belysa vårdpersonals uppfattning om munvård. Metod: En litteraturstudie har gjorts där fem artiklar ingår. En kvalitativ analysmetod har använts. Resultat: Resultatet visar på att vårdpersonal har uppfattningen att de fått för lite utbildning i munvård men att de ändå prioriterar munvård högt. Vårdpersonals utbildning har betydelse för hur de upplever att utföra munvård. Slutsats: Det behövs mer utbildning för vårdpersonal i området munvård och en manual för hur de ska utföra munvård..

Background: Intimate relationship violence is physical, psychological or sexual violence that a person is exposed to in a relationship. There is a strong correlation between intimate relationship violence and Mental health problems. A psychiatric ward at a hospital in Sweden, is working with a new routine. According to this routine every new patient should be asked about intmate relationship violence as a part of the admission interview.Objective: The objective of this study was to study how the healthcare personnel is working with the routine, and also to study response rate, interventions and how the work has developed over time.Method: A quantitative study with a retrospective and descriptive studydesign. One hundred and two medical records were reviewed.

This project is a contribution in the debate of sustainable city planning. The conceptual ideas in this project can be used on many places and are here applyed on the center of Nacka, outside of Stockholm. The essay is based on an entry in the competition Europan 9, advertised by Europan in collaboration with the municipality of Nacka. The theme of the competition is ?sustainable city and public space?. The discussion of the sustainable city is a very wide subject which needs to be narrowed to suite the context of Nacka.

The right to freedom of conscience is protected by international conventions and declarations of human rights that have been ratified by Sweden. Nationally, the issue of health professionals? right to freedom of conscience in the abortion care is not resolved by public inquiry. This has led to that Sweden has been notified to the European Committee of Social Rights on the grounds that the country is considered to be violating the Council of  Europe Resolution 1763 and that the proper question to be determined by regulations of the interests that are balanced, based on their legal value in relation to each other. Freedoms, rights and obligations conflict with each other.

The aim of the study was to examine individual staff experience and management of threats and violence in the acute psychiatric department for children and teenagers in Uppsala. Previous research shows that the experience of threats and/or violence is individual, and that it is difficult to distinguish between these concepts. Research shows that it is particularly vulnerable to work in psychiatry when mental illness is a cause when threats and violence occurs. Threats and violence can result in different consequences for the individual. The study is based on qualitative interviews and the material was collected in the autumn of 2012 at Akademiska sjukhuset.

Introduction: Child maltreatment, perpetrated by a caregiver, is a major health problem. The child suffers not only at the instance the abuse or maltreatment occurs, the consequences may persist into adulthood. The specialist nurse in child health (CHN), who works at a child health care unit, comes across almost every child growing up in Sweden. The CHN has an opportunity to implement primary prevention with the family during the child's first years. Aim: The aim of this study is to describe the CHN experiences regarding primary prevention to avoid domestic child maltreatment.
