In this final thesis two simulation models have been integrated. The simulation models are models of JAS 39 Gripen?s fuel system, software and hardware. The time consuming and costly work to develop software has made the department of fuel system to build two models in Xmath/Systembuild. The software model also simplifies the comprehension of how the software in the control computer of the fuel system works.

Syftet med kandidatarbetet är att skapa musik till en folkgrupp som saknar en etablerad musikkultur. För att göra detta valdes folkgrupper ut ur den fiktiva spelvärlden Drakar och Demoner: Trudvang. Fornnordisk kultur var en inspiration till Trudvang och detta studerades för att påvisa likheter till folkgrupperna i Trudvang. Parallellerna mellan de olika kulturerna blev uppsatsens förundersökning. Uppsatsens förundersökning resulterade i att det finns en efterfråga på musik i spelet varpå två folkgrupper från Trudvang valdes ut för gestaltning med musik, alferna och virannerna. Baserat på instrument som samerna och anglosaxarna kunde tänkas använda producerade vi musik till den andra delen av forskningen. Musiken undersöktes genom att dela ut en enkät till erfarna spelare på spelets forum för att bestämma huruvida gestaltningen av alferna och virannerna var lyckad. Resultaten visade att det lämpar sig att gestalta dessa folkgrupper med den producerade musiken och som ett resultat ge dem en musikkultur..

Permaculture is a design system that aims at developing sustainable human settlements and self-maintained agriculture; it may also be used for community planning. The design system of permaculture aims at mimicking a natural ecosystem; this gives the advantage to make use of all the connections and mechanisms that exist in such a system.The purpose of this bachelor thesis was to compile and spread scientific information regarding five different themes within the areas of ecology, environmental science and permaculture. This was achieved through cooperation with the permaculture inspired Ecovillage Suberbyn in southern Gotland. Information about the central parts of a permaculture ecovillage was used as material for a series of signposts that will be located around the ecovillage Suderbyn. The five selected themes were: An overview of permaculture, The forest garden, The pond, Composting and The use of human excrement and urine..

The Work has been performed to, and in cooperation with Vetlanda Energi och teknik AB.District heating for commercial purpose started in the USA in 1877. Today the network has grown into big and complex systems, which demand maintenance and service to keep up the security of the delivery. When a district heating network expand, it becomes difficult to perform reliable calculations. For this purposes there are a few suppliers who design and deliver systems for documentation and calculation of district heating networks.Vetlanda Energi och Teknik AB is in the position where they must get a system for documentation and calculation for district heating, and therefore they need a basis to get a system. The target is to write a requirement specification that will follow the basis.The Swedish market has been inventoried, and suitable systems have been selected.

Kompetensutveckling av personalen och internutbildningar har varit ett hett debattämne de senaste åren. Numera är Internet/intranät och interaktiva självstudiekurser ofta ett alternativ till traditionell lärarledd utbildning. Vi ville därför undersöka hur lärande via intranät sker, hur sådana internutbildningar upplevs av deltagarna och att försöka ge förslag på hur dessa kan utvecklas ytterligare. För att uppfylla våra syften har vi valt att utföra studier hos tre av Volvos återförsäljare. Volvo har sedan en tid tillbaka en internutbildning som kombinerar lärarledda lektioner med självstudiekurser via intranät.

Innehållshanteringssystem används för att hantera innehåll och det finns många system att välja på. Detta arbete har fokuserat på fyra innehållshanteringssystem för innehåll på webben. Det är systemen Drupal, Joomla, Polopoly och Wordpress. Syftet var att inhämta teoretisk och praktisk kunskap om dessa system och besvara huvudfrågeställningarna om vilka inbyggda funktioner som finns, hur anpassbara systemen är, hur de olika systemen är att arbeta med för en utvecklare och hur anpassade systemen är för webbplatser med mycket trafik.Det jag kom fram till var att Drupal är ett mycket väl utbyggt och omfattande och anpassbart system där det går att utnyttja mycket tredjepartstillägg och anpassa den efter egna önskemål. Joomla är ett system som innehåller mycket inbyggd funktionalitet och det finns mycket tredjepartstillägg att tillgå, men anpassbarheten är dålig.

I uppsatsen studeras de femton filmer som som vunnit en Guldbagge för bästa dokumentärfilm 2000-2014. Filmernas uttrycksform har analyserats med stöd av Bill Nichols teoretiska modell om olika modus inom dokumentärfilmen. En jämförande studie av trender inom den internationella dokumentärfilmen visar hur de svenska filmerna förhåller sig till dokumentärfilm i omvärlden och till det senaste decenniets nya uttrycksformer, som olika former av interaktiva dokumentärfilmer. Då filmerna är utvalda som bästa dokumentärfilm under respektive år bör en analys av filmerna ge en bild av vilka kvaliteter som premierats av nomineringsgruppen och juryn för Guldbaggen under 2000-talet. Uppsatsens resultat är att filmskaparnas val av uttrycksform varierar under tidsperioden, men att ett modus dominerar, samt att det utifrån de uttrycksmedel som filmskaparna använder går att se ett genomgående mönster i de filmer som belönats med en Guldbagge..

The purpose of this master thesis is to evalutate Forsmarks Kraftgrupp AB?s operation experience process on the basis of IAEA?s and WANO?s requirements within the field of operation experience and to develop a usable system applicably within the field of operation experience.The thesis is divided into two parallel tracks, where one is the evaluation of the operation experience process and the other the design of a usable system, applicably within the field of operation experience.

Internationally most Internet trade related payments are performed with the use of a credit card based payment system on the Internet. Payment against invoice is still most common when trading over the Internet in Sweden. The security development, comfort and timesaving indicate that credit card based payment systems on the Internet soon will have a breakthrough in Sweden as well. The Swedish legislation concerning payment is neither especially extensive nor suited to electronic payments but to payments performed with notes and coins. When the legal effects, of a payment performed with a credit card based payment system on the Internet, set in is not fixed.

During the last years the need for real-time database services has increased due to the growing number of data-intensive applications needing to enforce real-time constraints. The COMponent-based Embedded real-Time database (COMET) is a real-time database developed to meet these demands. COMET is developed using the AspeCtual COmponent-based Real-time system Development (ACCORD) design method, and consists of a number of components and aspects, which can be composed into a number of different configurations depending on system demands, e.g., Quality of Service (QoS) management can be used in unpredictable environments. In embedded systems with requirementson high up-time it may not be possible to temporarily shut down the system for reconfiguration. Instead it is desirable to enable dynamic reconfiguration of the system, exchanging components during run-time.

The implementation of large IT-systems is a complex area where many aspects have to be taken into account.KSU, Kärnkraftssäkerhet och Utbildning AB, is a small company in the Vattenfall group that is increasingly being urged to implement SAP, one of the largest ERP-systems on the market. Vattenfalls purpose with SAP is to centralize certain processes within economy that are common to all the companies in the group, this to gain benefits with economics of scale. However, KSU is not convinced that SAP is a suitable system and that the common processes apply to them.The purpose of this degree project is to investigate if SAP is a suitable system and if KSU will benefit from a transition to SAP. Three perspectives were applied to further specify important areas of the main question. From a technical point of view KSU:s demands on a system was mapped against SAP.

The aim of this thesis is to compare two different classification schemes with each other and see what the differences and similarities are when classifying literature concerning film and television. One of the schemes is of general kind, Klassifikationssystem för svenska bibliotek (SAB) and the other is a special system, FIAF Classification scheme for literature on film and television. The focus of the examination is on comparing the structure, contents and division of firstly the main classes and secondly on comparing the notation and the auxiliary tables in the schemes. The theoretical framework of the comparison is based upon theory of classification but the conclusions drawn are though mostly of a more subjective character. In addition to the comparison itself interviews have been made with four libraries, two with experiences of SAB and two with experiences of FIAF.

This report gives an overview of applications of the Greenroads rating system whichin turn is an environmental review system for roads. The focus of this report isapplications during the construction phase, ie on solutions which adhere to theentrepreneur's area of responsibility as opposed to the designer's. The study was undertaken in cooperation with Skanska (a global contractor andFortune 500 company) which provided a project suitable for an exemplatory study ofGreenroads. Please note that the project in particular was not specifically designedwith Greenroads in mind. Therefore and because of that the site provided anexcellent opportunity to study effects of application contra non-application. The approach of this study was to first review the system, thereafter to performinterviews with key personel at the site in different roles as to receive different viewsof selected points of application. Selected possibilities of application are cathegorizedand presented with comments and suggestions for adoption. Lastly Greenroads is briefly compared to the rating system which today is the mostwidely used by Skanska, LEED.

Detta är ett 20 poängs examensarbete utfört under 2004 vid Luleå tekniska universitet i samarbete med MRM konsult AB. Examensarbetet ingår som avslutning på civilingenjörsutbildningen Samhällsbyggnadsteknik med inriktning geografisk informationsteknik (GIT). Examensarbetet syftar till att ta fram en modell för att i ett geografiskt informa-tionssystem (GIS) hålla samman miljöinformation kopplat till ett geografiskt område. Med miljöinformation menas de rapporter, anteckningar, protokoll, analysresultat, kartor, fotografier m.m. som tas fram i och med att en plats undersöks för eventuell sanering.
