SAMMANFATTNING Titel: Relationsmarknadsföring Vs Internet Författare: Krzysztof Fluder Fadi Safar Handledare: Marie Jönsson Kurs: Kandidatarbete, EFE305 Forskningsfråga: Har ett företag som tillämpar relationsmarknadsföring samma slags kundrelationer och kundprofiler som ett företag där man använder Internet som försäljningskanal? Syfte: Att identifiera hur relationerna mellan företag/kund ser ut samt att se om det finns en skillnad i kundprofil mellan två företag som tillämpar två helt olika försäljningskanaler inom lastpallsindustrin. Metod: Vi har gjort en kvalitativ undersökning där vi granskat två företags kundrelationer och kundprofiler. Vi intervjuade två företagsledare med olika sorters försäljningskanaler men inom samma bransch. När vi skrev ner våra intervjufrågor var vi tvungna att tänka på två saker.

In communities today nearly everybody has a Smartphone and they bring it everywhere. What we think is interesting to observ is how people find value in Smartphones and applications. We aim to answer this question through three part questions: where in the buyer process they experience value, what they think is value and if there are any diffrences between the value men and women recive. We choosed to both have an quantitative and a qualitative method and a inductive way of working. Through our study we found out that people wanted the Smartphones and applications to be easy and they experienced value in the buyer process when its quick, adapteble and when it makes the day easy and we also found out that it wasent any differences between the value men and women recived..

Background: The Swedish Police authorities have accomplished several changes the last years. We have studied one of these changes, the co-ordination of two supporting functions, economy and staffadministration at the Police authorities in Östergötland, Jönköping, Södermanland and SKL (Swedish crime technical laboratory). The initiative to this change was taken in 2002 and in 2003 a decision was made to create a joint servicecenter.Purpose: The purpose of this rapport is, in a collaborator perspective, to study the employees´ experiences of the change process.Method: The empirical material was collected throw interviews with the employees who have taken part in the change process. Even the leader of the project has been interviewed.Results: We have distinguished five central aspects in the change process. These are information/communication and understanding, the project leader, teamwork, timeaspect/reflexion and the leadership.

The main aim of this master thesis was to see the process of an interactive online reference service from idea to final product. The reference service we have studied is developed and used by the Library of the National Institute for Working Life in Stockholm, Sweden and goes by the name phibi. Our goal was to review the whole realization process from the reasons why a service like this was created, how the service was introduced and implemented inside the organisation and finally what the result and consequences were for both the library staff and for the users of the service. Phibi is designed to be a tool that fosters communication between the library staff and the remote users where the users get the opportunity to be helped with their questions by the library staff although they are not physically present in the library. To understand the process we conducted a case study with 11 interviews of the library staff, the superior and the initiator to phibi.

We live in a stressful world and a demanding society where the ability to quickly adapt is one of the most important and most difficult challenges of today. A fairly new phenomenon called intranets has evolved to meet this challenge, however many examples of corporative intranets are stories about failures and systems with poor usability. This study focuses on how the user oriented approach to systems design affected upon a system development process of an Intranet, solely developed within a company, and how it impacts on the intranets popularity among the employees in the company. The study starts not from the literature but from a survey, which is based upon the Delphi method. Which results were used for further in-depth research about the subject, by interviewing three representatives from the company.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to contribute with knowledge regarding the connection between the socialization process and the organizational commitment perceived by junior accountants. Based on Van Maanen and Schein's (1979) model, we intend to identify and describe how selected socialization strategies affect junior accountants? perceived affective, continuous and normative commitment during the initial five years in the firm.Research methodology: Semi-structured interview was chosen as the key approach for gathering essential data. Interviews were conducted at three major accounting firms with a total of eight interview participants. The study has a qualitative approach because of the ability to go in depth on the studied phenomenon.Conclusion: The socialization process consists of individual, informal, sequential, fixed, serial, and investiture strategies.

This essay revolves around the Christianisation of the Danish kingdom during the middle ages. Issues like; the length of the Christianisation process and the influence it had on thevillages? structural appearance in the Danish kingdom. A special case study of the villages Kyrkheddinge and Fjälkinge, Scania, is an essential part of the essay. Through writtenmaterial and excavation reports from the both villages the study enlightens the structural appearance of the village and the hierarchy of the farms in the village.

Adjustment to acquired hearing loss can be understood as a process of learning and change where the point of departure is the subjective apppraisal of a person?s hearing loss in a social and cultural context. The aim of the study was to describe women?s thoughts, emotions and actions prior to audiological rehabilitation, since these are considered important for the ongoing process of adjustment and for the planning of rehabilitation. A phenomenographical approach was used in order to describe the variation in the women?s attitudes before attending rehabilitation.

The purpose of this study is to increase the understanding of activities, flows and waste in a company's production process. By performing a value stream analysis, non-value adding activities are identified in a production process and then the suggested improvements that can reduce lead times will be stated. The value-stream mapping identifies the flow of information and the flow of material in a production process and this provides the basis for the identification of non-value adding activities.We conducted the study at Lammhults Möbel AB in Lammhult Sweden, where the production flow of Spira-21 has been investigated. This to identify any non-value adding activities that affect the flow negative and consumes time and money in a non-value adding way.A reasonable approach for the project was taken by studying the methodologies and theories. We conducted interviews and site surveys at Lammhults Möbel AB where the flow of information and material in the production process were investigated.

Wood pellets are an upgraded product of residuals from several wood processing industries, for example saw mills and pulp industries. The pellets are produced by pressing the milled and dried sawdust to cylindrical units with a higher density than the initial raw material. Pellets have great benefits compared to the raw material: high energy per volume, good transport and storage properties and homogeneity. Several parameters collaborate in the whole process, which makes it complex. Wood is a heterogeneous material, chemically and structurally dependent on wood parts, habitat and storage procedures.

Syfte och frågeställningar: Den här uppsatsens syfte var att ta reda på personalens upplevda hälsa och fysisk arbetskapacitet, fysiska krav i arbetet, samt motionsvanor inom Stockholms Stadsmission. Frågeställningarna var: Hur kan olika individers upplevda hälsa och fysiska krav i arbetet se ut inom skilda yrkesområden på ett och samma företag? Kan den fysiska arbetskapaciteten inom olika yrkesområden påverkas av motionsvanor? Kan rökning vara en faktor som påverkar upplevd hälsa och motionsvanor?Metod: Datainsamlingen bestod av enkätundersökning, stegmätning samt steptest för beräkning av syreupptagningsförmågan. Undersökningen omfattade 48 personer från tre arbetsområden: administration, butik och restaurang. De utgjordes av 31 kvinnor och 17 män i åldrarna 19 till 63 år med en medelålder på 38 ± 14 år.

Because of the increasing complexity to operate sport associations some are experiencing serious financial problems. The daily financial work has a major impact on how the future unfolds for the sport associations. An adverse economy not only creates complications in the economic field, it also affects the sport itself. Purpose: Our purpose with this paper is to describe and explain how the economy is controlled in non-profit sport associations and the tool that is used to support this process.

The aim of this study was to analyze the assessment of the primary school, from the teacher?s perspective. There has been an ongoing discussion regarding assessment and about the purposes of assessment for a long time. But there is a paucity of research on what teachers believe about. Detta examensarbete utfördes på DM-Motorbearbetningen vid Scania CV AB i Södertälje. DM har en plan för att öka kapaciteten i tillverkningen, detta gör att det under de närmaste åren kommer påbörjas ett antal investeringsprojekt i nya produktionsavsnitt. I dagens konkurrensutsatta marknader blir det viktigare och viktigare att vara effektiv och att ha korta ledtider i allt arbete som utförs inom industrin. I och med detta finns det stora vinster i att vid uppstart av nytt produktionsavsnitt kunna korta ned tiden som det tar till full produktionstakt. Fokus i detta arbete har legat på att identifiera möjliga orsaker till att denna tid blivit längre än vad som planerats i tidigare projekt på Scania.Historiskt när Scania har projekterat och startat nya produktionsavsnitt har det alltid tagit en viss tid innan förväntad volym och kvalitet uppnåtts efter produktionsstart.

Many research reports mention the fact that a huge number of all system development projects never reach a successful ending; with other words never fulfil formulated goals. By identifying and forming success factors (and in some aspect risk factors) that the project manager in practice can use, this study may be seen as a step in the direction towards minimising the high number of failed system development projects. The purpose of this research report is to investigate how a system development project, where the development process is based on a specific development or process model (in this case the Waterfall model), can and should be driven. I aim to clarify what is demanded of a project leader for the specific development process and give an account for which eventual leadership qualities that can be well suited for given situation in relation to the need for technical competence. Among other things the project manager should inspire confidence, drive, be a decision maker, engage and own some form of basic knowledge in the field of system development.
