Bakgrund: ?Compassion fatigue? (CF) är ett begrepp som syftar på fenomenet att människor, däribland sjuksköterskor, som arbetar med människor, kan drabbas av en slags professionell utbrändhet. Utbrändheten uppstår i mötet med den andra partens (patientens) lidande och trauma och yttrandet av tillståndet följer ett klassiskt stressmönster. Arbetsomständigheter, vissa personlighetsdrag såsom hög empatisk förmåga hos sjuksköterskan har identifierats som eventuella riskfaktorer till CF. Det finns behov av att vidare utreda vad CF är, vad det orsakas av och hur tillståndet kan lindras och motarbetas.

Syftet med rapporten var att studera möjliga återvinningstekniker för Ragn-Sells. För detta användes litteratursökning och intervjuer. Återvinningstekniker som studerats är mekanisk bearbetning, mekanisk återvinning, kemisk återvinning och viskostillverkning. Flera underklasser till dessa metoder studerades också, liksom flera sätt att tillverka återvunna produkter. There are no reliable, objective and simple methods today for measuring pain in horses. The purpose of this study was to evaluate and describe measuring of mechanical nociceptive threshold (MNT) values with a pressure algometer in clinically pain free riding horses at the riding school of Strömsholm. In this study there were 24 horses. Tape recording and electromyelografi (EMG) was used in an attempt to increase objectivity in the examination. MNT increased with age, however sex and colour had no influence.

Due to the requirement for reduced use of insecticides and the lack of competitive mechanical plant protection, you need a scarification with good result. This is often no problem to perform in normal terrain without technical barriers. However, in difficult terrain with large number of rocks and steep slopes, the result would be worse.
