In Sweden, all milk needs to be pasteurized. Unpasteurized milk [ OPM ] may only be sold in a smaller scale directly from the farmer to the consumer. A common assumption in marketing is the wider variety of product a corporation has, the better for the consumer: more product - more choices. Det är viktigt att inhämta kunskap om de äldres näringsintag, upplevelse av matsituationen och åsikter om smaken på maten för att bättre kunna möta deras behov och genomföra förbättringar på detta område.Syfte Syftet med studien var att undersöka mat och måltid på äldreboende. Fokus lades på de äldres smakupplevelse, måltidssituation samt näringsintag.Metod Dels en kvalitativ studie där halvstrukturerade intervjuer användes som datainsamlingsmetod och analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys, dels en kvantitativ studie där den kvantitativa analysen genomfördes med hjälp av Dietist XP samt bilddokumentering.Resultat Den kvalitativa analysen resulterade i två kategorier: uppfattningen om maten och upplevelsen av måltidsmiljön. Nutritionsscreeningen visade att anpassning hade gjorts för dem som hade ätproblem. Näringsintaget visade att de äldre, med vissa undantag, uppnådde det rekommenderade intaget för måltiderna.Slutsats Genom att tänka på hur maten serveras kan aptiten påverkas, vilket i sin tur kan göra att de äldre får ett bra näringsintag.

This paper is based on an approach of time-space geography as it covers the topic of movements in time-space, explained and developed using the concepts of mobility and accessibility. To examine elderly people?s attitude towards sustainable urban visions, this paper also takes approach on theories such as New Urbanism, mixed-use and the compact city.The method used in the study is an interweaving of a time geographic diary and qualitative interviews, where the respondents are six retired people between 68 and 77 years old living in Gothenburg city.

The aim of this thesis is to create an understanding about how and to what extent a Swedish expatriate manager needs to adapt his/her leadership in accordance with the culture of the host country. Thus shall different managers? perceptions of experienced management overseas be studied. To accomplish our aim, three different problems have been designed. These are as follows: In what way does the manager?s earlier experiences and knowledge about expatriation affect her or his leadership in a new cross-cultural context? How does the culture of the host country affect the expatriate manager?s leadership? How does the expatriate manager handle contradictory demands: that is differences in expectations from subordinates and the higher management? We have chosen to use an abductive approach in order to do a qualitative study and we have therefore conducted eight case studies to create a foundation for distinguishing patterns.The case studies are based on eight Swedish managers with experience from expatriation. The theoretical framework is structured upon three main themes including; knowledge and skills a global leader needs to possess, the relation between the leader and subordinates, and contradictory demands.

It?s not unusual for people to upload photos to the Internet nowadays. Despite the fact that there are benefits from doing this, there are also some risks that people should take into consideration before they share private photos. The aim of this survey was to investigate how users of different ages respond to risks related to photo sharing on Facebook. The participants were between the ages of 16 and 64.According to the results it appears that in some cases, even if they can?t be statistically proven, there are patterns that indicate that younger people are more careless and that older people are more careful when it comes to photo sharing on the Internet.

Den här kvantitativa studien genomfördes med enkäter som elever på gymnasiet svarat på. Syftet med föreliggande undersökning är att få en inblick i gymnasieelevers frukostvanor och hur dessa kan påverka dem i fråga om prestation under lektionerna i Idrott och hälsa. Vi vill även få en uppfattning om eleverna fått information gällande sambandet kost och hälsa, samt om de omsätter denna eventuella kunskap till praktik. Med en större förståelse om sambandet mellan kost och prestation, kan vi skapa bättre förutsättningar för lärare att utbilda elever i ämnet. Den visar att majoriteten av de elever som har fått betyget VG eller MVG i ämnet Idrott och hälsa äter frukost dagligen.

Den förväntan en gäst har på en måltidsupplevelse är central i arbetet med att skapa extraordinära måltidssituationer. I studien har de faktorer som skapar förväntan på en måltidsupplevelse sökts fram och dess påverkan på skapandet av förväntan studerats.Uppsatsens syftet var att undersöka hur rummet kan påverka gästens förväntningar och upplevelser i en måltidssituation.Studien grundar sig på fakta hämtat ur granskade, publicerade vetenskapliga artiklar som sökts fram med hjälp av centrala, det vill säga relevanta och viktiga, sökord ur databasen FSTA. Resultatet visade att den förväntan en gäst har på en måltidsupplevelse skapas och baseras på ett flertal olika faktorer. Dessa faktorer är bland annat det omgivande rummet med dess design, dukning och inredning, den yttre miljön, den marknadsföring och information som getts, personal och bemötande samt den sociala interaktionen i samband med måltiden. Egen empiri och förförståelse utifrån liknande, tidigare upplevelser bidrar också till att skapa en förväntan på den upplevelse som skall komma att konsumeras.

The cattle production in the world has been questioned in Sweden due to its negative impacts on the environment. The use of imported soya bean meal as a protein feed for Swedish cattle results in the cutting of rainforest and an extensive use of pesticides in the countries were the soya beans are produced. As a consequence, the environmental impacts caused by cattle production increases. A production of protein feeds in Sweden would decrease the transportations and the cutting of rainforest. For organic beef producers the possibility to produce home-grown protein feeds is important since organic protein feeds can be difficult to obtain in another way.
