Företag har under senare år förstått vikten av att ha en fungerande logistikfunktion. Logistik är ett mycket vitt begrepp och innefattar många ämnesområden av vilka ledtid (genomloppstid)är ett. Detta är ett begrepp som blivit aktuellt och det finns förståelse för att det går att spara pengar genom att korta ledtiden och på så sätt minska antalet produkter i arbete (PIA). Detta examensarbete har utförts vid svetsavdelningen, avdelning 9852, vid Volvo Aero Corporation i Trollhättan och behandlar ledtiden för detaljen Svetskomplett PW2000TEC. Fokus har satts på att korta och stabilisera väntetiden då denna utgör den allra största delen av den totala ledtiden.

In this thesis I have investigated four housing corporation?s information about garbage disposal for their tenants (primarily immigrants who just arrived to Sweden).   Interviews with renters, employees of the housing corporations and employees of Eskilstuna Energi och Miljö indicates that the garbage information need to be improved to be better adapted to the target group.    To solve this information problem I decided to create an information chart, consisting of illustrations and legible text which informs the renters of how and, above all why it is important to recycle.   The aim of the project is also to increase the renters? commitment and motivation in recycling and also; make the housing corporations, other organizations and authorities aware of how important it is to adapt information to different kind of groups. This thesis discusses the validity of the Capital Protection Rules under the new Companies Act.The areas of particular interest and cause for debate focus on the advantages and disadvantages for creditors under the laws regarding minimum capital requirements, capital distributions, stock acquisitions, stock minimization, loan restrictions and forced liquidation.How could creditors receive better protection?What changes would have to be made to the Capital Protection Rules to provide better protection and what would be the consequences of these changes to the shareholders, the government and the creditors.Could or should we model the Norwegian or American Judicial system in this situation?Included is an in depth report on the Swedish Capital Protection Rules outlining what they are, what they entail and what the reasoning was behind them. Case Company Parker Hannifin Corporation, Quick Coupling Division Europe, Tema Ingenjörsfirman AB, Skövde has an ambition to have an organization that manage changes and continuously improve its performance. That is the reason why this examination work arises.

Under sommaren 2012 genomfördes ett examensarbete på Siemens Industrial Turbo­mach­inery AB i Trollhättan gällande möjligheterna att införa pappers­lös verkstad. Syftet med examensarbetet var att kartlägga möjligheterna att minska administrativ hant­ering av produktions­orderkort och öka realtidsuppdatering. För att av­gränsa studien avsåg examens­arbetet endast flödet av produk­tions­­­order­kort ifrån plan­er­ings­avdelningen genom två pro­duk­tions­grupper och vidare in på gods­­­­avdel­ningen.För att kartlägga flödet för den manuella hanteringen av produktionsorderkort upprättades värdeflödesanalyser. Dessutom genomfördes ett studiebesök på Volvo Aero Corporation för att se hur ett annat företag har gjort för att eliminera elektronisk produk­tionsorder. Utifrån värdeflödesanalyserna och studiebesöket identifierades tre frågeställ­ningar vilka an­sågs vara betydelsefulla för att kunna införa elektronisk produk­tions­order.

Syftet med min uppsats var att undersöka vilka bilder socionomstudenter på termin 3 och 4 uppfattade att socionomutbildningen på Göteborgs universitet gav av Socialtjänsten. Jag har gjort en kvalitativ studie där jag haft 4 fokusgruppsintervjuer med studenter. Jag har undersökt hur studenterna uppfattar att bilden av socialtjänsten framställs, i relation till socialtjänsten som samhällsfunktion och socialtjänsten som framtida arbetsplats. Jag har analyserat mitt material med ett avstamp ur Bourdieus teorier om fält, habitus och kapital. Det framkom i min studie att socialtjänsten framställdes som en viktig samhällsinstans, men med oförmåga att fullfölja sitt uppdrag, på grund av inkompetens, stress och otillräckliga resurser.

Madeleine McDonald: Röstens funktion i dansterapi. Uppsala: Musikvetenskap, 60 p., 2002 Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att undersöka röstens funktion i dansterapi. Ett underordnat syfte är att undersöka musikens roll i dansterapi. Jag har intervjuat tre dansterapeuter, vilka av yrkesetiska skäl förblir anonyma.Inledningsvis ges en kort historik över dansterapi och dess förhållande till andra terapiformer. Intervjuerna visar att rösten fyller en viktig funktion.

Literature on graphic design has been studied for the theoretical part and the achievedknowledge has been used for the practical part. The project has been to produce graphic materialfor ?Rookiefestivalen? in Hultsfred.In modern society it is important for a corporation to distinguish itself from others by using a graphicprofile. Through using a graphic profile the company can have an affect on how it is perceived byothers.

 This paper covers how a company must act to become ?greener? and yet still increase profitability with the main emphasis on the inner structure of the company. The research is focused on the Swedish security systems company Niscayah AB, part of the multinational corporation Niscayah Group with approximately 6000 employees. A company can be assumed to consist of seven parts (strategy, systems, structure, super-ordinate goals, staff, skills and style) that have to cooperate for the firm to be able to become more environmentally friendly. Also, the economic performance is of importance and therefore that too is examined.

The study took place at a food corporation in Växjö, Sweden. It describes a building that contains four tanks in which glucose syrup is stored. The purpose of the study was to calculate the amount of heat that leaves the building and the amount of heat that is supplied by the installed heating equipment. Before the calculations could be implemented, all the systems that supply the building with heat had to be examined. With a small amount of information from earlier studies, the work to gather all the data necessary for the calculations began.

Sometimes one get sucked in old thinking which results in that the development brakes down. This is exactly what has happened in the industry Baby Versatile Concept will enter. With innovative solutions on elementary problems and new developed functions the marked not yet seen will the product take land. Though the problem already from start had high potential it was no surprise that, by the realization of the ideas in mars, interested venture capital of four hundred thousand Swedish kronor. Already by the start of the project a concept patent was planned and will now be realized.

The environment became an established issue on the international political agenda after World War 2. How to preserve natural resources became an issue that concerned several powerful participants, affected by changed conditions in the environmental legislation. This paper is a study of the growing environmental work within the multinational Swedish corporations Boliden, IKEA and SAS and how it was affected by the globalization. The material studied is environmentally related information produced by the companies and also interviews with the Environmental Managers. The information provided has been analyzed and compared with well-known opinions of globalization, trying to find out how the process of globalization has affected the handling of environmental work within the companies.

Volvo Aero Corporation är en stor leverantör till de tre stora flygmotortillverkarna, General Electric, Pratt & Whitney och Rolls Royce. Komponenter som företaget producerar används i över 80 % av dagens kommersiella motorer. Nya motorprogram, där Volvo Aero eftersträvar att ha en mer aktiv roll gällande design och utveckling, har lett till nya utmaningar för företaget. Samtidigt har en komplicerad leverantörsmarknad, bland annat på grund av konsolidering, blivit svårare att hantera. Av denna anledning finns ett intresse av att förbättra företagets relationer och samarbeten med sina leverantörer, bland annat för att höja effektiviteten och sänka kostnader och ledtider.I ett led att klara detta, gav Volvo Aero oss uppgiften att studera och analysera teorier kring hantering av leverantörsrelationer för att se om vi kunde hitta passande modeller som är applicerbara på de nya situationer som företaget står inför.Vi utförde studier av en mängd teorier, och sökte att finna vilka som passade Volvo Aeros situation bäst.

This essay serves to illustrate the main practical differences between the popular medium-level programming language C++ (C Plus Plus), and the newer high-level language C# (C Sharp). It will focus on the aspects that are readily apparent to the application programmer, such as differing syntax, constraints and capabilities.It will also feature a similar comparison between the open source OpenGL graphics library, and the proprietary Direct3D graphics library owned by Microsoft Corporation.It will not go into the differences in ?under the hood? mechanics that the application programmer seldom have to consider after having chosen his programming language or graphics API, such as C# being compiled into an intermediate language and is run on a virtual machine where C++ is compiled directly to machine code, or the differing principles of rendering in OpenGL and Direct3D.This is by no means comprehensive, many things have been left out or overlooked..

Through literature studies we present the mechanism?s that paved the way for MTV growing into the number one music channel of modern time.
