The essays main intent is to examine whether there has been a proper implementation of the Council?s directive 1999/70/EG into Swedish law regarding the requirement for measures to prevent the abuse of successive fixed-term employment contracts. To achieve this purpose there is a need for an examination of current law. The essay also has some secondary purposes. One of these secondary purposes is the question of whether the implementation of the Council?s directive 1999/70/EG has lead to a reduction of the workers employment protection, which is closely connected to my main question and the violation case.

Studiens syfte har varit att få syn på hur barn möter och använder matematik i förskolan samt hur pedagogerna i förskolan arbetar med och förhåller sig till ämnet. Både i de ickestyrda aktiviteterna och i de styrda. Jag har undersökt pedagogernas syn på matematik i förskolan samt vad de har för redskap till hands för att kunna arbeta med ämnet. Vilka teorier som ligger till grund för arbetet med matematik i förskolan samt hur dessa tolkas. I PISA undersökningen som genomfördes 2012 visade det sig att Sverige aldrig hade legat så lågt kunskapsmässigt inom matematik.

In this thesis a rural network in Norrbotten, Sweden, has been to designed and planned with the purpose of improving distribution reliability by exchanging existing overhead lines with underground cables. General network design considerations are discussed as well as the ones for the specific low voltage grid. During the design phase the maximum power of domestic consumers has been estimated using Velander?s method. Currents, voltage drop and impedance of the network have been calculated and fuse operation and selectivity has been considered.

I denna studie presenteras tre lärare och deras arbetssätt när de arbetar med de teoretiska delarna i musikundervisningen. Studien skildrar hur musiklärare kan undervisa teoretiskt i ett klassrum där eleverna är vana vid att arbeta praktiskt-estetiskt. Den visar också kreativa exempel på hur den teoretiska undervisningen kan bedrivas för att väcka intresset för teoretiskt arbete hos eleverna. Perspektivet på studien är utifrån ett lärarperspektiv där musiklärare under olika lektioner i olika årskurser har observerats och lärarna har sedan intervjuats. Empirin är analyserad utifrån ett fenomenografiskt och didaktiskt perspektiv.

Syftet med det här utvecklingsarbetet har varit att pröva olika metoder att arbeta med dansimprovisation på gymnasieskolans estetiska program dansinriktningen. Jag har upplevt att detofta har varit svårt i början för eleverna att släppa hämningar och krav och att våga utforskaegna rörelser i tid, rum och kraft. I det här utvecklingsarbetet prövades som metod tre olikauttryck: rörliga bilder, en text eller ett musikstycke. Därför var jag nyfiken på hur elevernaupplevde de olika estetiska inspirationskällorna och om någon kunde öka elevens motivationatt arbeta med dansimprovisation. Samtidigt ville jag knyta ihop några moment ur kursernascentrala innehåll med förhoppning om att eleverna skulle få en ökad förståelse för denskapande processen i dans.

AbstractThe background to this essay is previous experience in working in a preschool abroad. The teachers I met there did not relate to the children in the same way that I?m used to in Sweden. In my view, different expectations on the children, made them not make use of the children?s full potential to develop.The starting-point for this essay is the?life world perspective?.

The purpose of my report was to find out how music can benefit the language development of children, whilst getting a glimpse of how the educators in preschools use music as a tool for the language development of children. During the course of the report I?ve used the sociocultural perspective theory as a foundation to stand on, this is most of all visible in my analysis and discussion of the result. In the result we can see that the educators possess insight in the importance of music in childrens development, and that they therefore give music a lot of room in their work. Songs where rhyme and language play are allowed are common elements at the preschool that attracts the children and makes them want to partake. Songs sung with movement is a commonly used combination which also serves to further lift the childrens language development when they, through movement, give meaning to the lyrics. It does however take a devoted educator to make music with the preschool children and to support them and making them want to do it.

Studiens övergripande syfte är att undersöka och jämföra förutsättningar för den svenska respektive den finländska undervisningen i matematik för grundskolans mellanstadium. Detta undersöks genom en textanalys av de båda ländernas kursplaner i matematik samt två läroböcker för årskurs 5 i respektive land. Det matematiska området bråk fokuseras och böckerna undersöks för att utreda vilka likheter och skillnader som kan ses länderna emellan gällande matematiskt innehåll, språkbruk samt främjandet av imitativa respektive kreativa matematiska resonemang.I studiens analys av kursplanerna framkommer att de finländska eleverna i årskurs 5 förväntas behandla fler moment inom bråkområdet. Detta avspeglas i viss utsträckning i läroböckerna, där de finländska böckerna omfattar fler moment på området. De moment som behandlas i båda ländernas böcker har dessutom en högre matematisk svårighetsgrad i de finländska än i de svenska böckerna.

Examensarbetet har bestått i att konstruera en maskin åt SKF i Göteborg. Med hjälp av laserteknik skall artikelnummer och företagslogga brännas in på rullagers ytterring. Märkningen sker med hjälp av en laserenhet som levereras av ett företag som heter Servus. KSG i Surte AB står som maskinleverantör och konstruerar övrig mekanik som krävs för att maskinen skall fungera. Rullagret transporteras in i maskinen via en rullbana.

The project was based on a request to improve an already existing program and hardware at the electrical engineering department at the royal institute of technology. For maximum ease of use, tests have been done on students to properly design the program for what it is meant to be used for. These tests have been transcribed and analysed, then brought back to the group in a discussion and then transcribed and analysed again, I call this process the ?four step process? (this process is presented and explained in chapter 6.4.). A part of this master thesis was also to analyse the four step process to enhance validity of this research.The project resulted in a new program with a new graphical view and features to help students and researchers to work with the technical tool for electromagnetic readings of planar objects.

In today's society, more and more people traveling with transports such as trains and buses. With this type of travel it often exists waiting at stations that in many cases perceives as negative. Previous research demonstrates that distraction can get people to experience the waiting as less negative. This paper aims to examine how waiting can be affected by distraction, and if it is possible to use a second type of waiting as a distraction. The authors have chosen to focus on travelers who are waiting.

Softube has developed DSP-card and software for simulation of the sound of old tube amplifiers. The purpose with this thesis is to design a compact amplifier with high power to function together with the DSP-card and build a unit that can replace several other guitar amplifiers. The advantages with that kind of solution could be that it would be cheaper, easier to carry and easier to stor than the real amplifiers. The amplifier that has been designed is of class D type with digital PWM modulator. There is several types of amplifier modules on the market that use analog input signal, but if one of them would be used a D-A converter is needed on the DSP card.
