Det finns en problematik i övergången för svenska studenter mellan gymnasiet och högskolan. En faktor i den problematiken är att bevis och bevisföring hanteras på olika sätt på de olika utbildningsnivåerna. Dessutom är forskning kring hur läroböcker hanterar bevis och bevisföring begränsad. I denna studie undersöks två vanliga läroböcker på gymnasiet med avseende på bevis och bevisföring. Utifrån de i ämnesplanen befintliga ämnesområdena granskas teoriavsnitten i läroböckerna med fokus på bevis och bevisföring.

Capital structure is without doubt one of the most frequently studied and controversial areas of modern financial theory, and will certainly continue to receive considerable attention from researchers worldwide. There is still no universal explanation of how an optimal capital structure would be designed for maximum appreciation, despite the development of several theories focusing on the subject. Equity and debt are the two main financing options that in combination explain the business's capital structure. The results of several research studies conducted in the subject has many times pointed out that there are specific factors that are directly related to the company's capital structure, and that there are clear sectoral differences in corporate debt. A study of the capital structure is considered important and interesting to implement due to the reasons above and the purpose of this study is to analyze and try to explain the similarities and differences between different industries in terms of how growth, profitability and size affect the debt level.

The majority of the interest for Marie-Jean-Antoine-Nicolas de Caritat, Marquis de Condorcet (1743-1794), has been focused on his work in mathematics and political science, especially on his famous method on voting tally. With a background in the French enlightenment, on the brink of the revolution, this essay focuses on his political and philosophical ideas, specially his thoughts on the role of education in humanity?s struggle toward greater freedom. Is it possible to identify a connection between the concepts of education and freedom in his writings? This question is largely unanswered, even though it is fundamental for the understanding of the underlying reasoning of Condorcet.

Under de senaste åren har intresset för användningen av laborativt material ökat markant. Syftet med denna studie är att ta fram och göra en jämförelse mellan lärare och elevers uppfattningar och åsikter angående användningen av laborativt material i matematikundervisningen. Studien har genomförts på fyra lärare i Örebro samt deras klasser i årskurs 5. Resultatet visar att laborativt material underlättar lärandet, gör matematiken roligare och mer intressant, för många enligt både lärare och elever. Lärarnas och elevernas uppfattning om hur ofta laborativt material plockas fram och då finns tillgängligt skiljer sig åt.

This paper aims to give an account of, and to discuss the view-points and theories of different researchers on the christianization of Sweden, especially the province of Öland, during the early middle ages. Its purpose is to investigate how, and in what sense, their positions can be said to correspond to what we may know of the historical ?facts?. This will be possible by comparing different points of view with a study of the development in a single parish. An overall difficulty however, is the nature of the sources relating to the time in question, they are scarce or even non-existent.Part I of the paper consists of an outline of the field of research and the different theories put forward on the subject.

Violence is put in a specific context when the police are the perpetrator of violence rendering violence possibly legitimate through sovereignty. The possibility of legitimization of police violence raises important questions of how such violence is legitimized and how resistance is conceived of and defined. I have interviewed seven people in Sweden from different backgrounds, all of whom share the experience of having been subjugated to police violence, including threats, harassments and physical violence.This paper analyzes the performativity of police violence through the relations between police violence, power, sovereignty, subjectstatus and resistance, in order to understand how police violence is being legitimized and to understand its consequenses with respect to those subjugated to it. I?ve also analyzed if this violence is being politicized and, in that case, how politicization is made possible.

Till exempel skulle ett system för tidsbokning on-line för läkarbesök möjliggöra för människor att enkelt och snabbt boka den tid som passar hos familjeläkare eller specialist. Samtidigt skulle den avlasta läkarsekreterare och frigöra arbetstid som skulle kunna användas till något annat. Men vårdpersonal kan uppleva IT som ett hot.

Aim: The analysis model was introduced after several audit-scandals in order to enhance the confidence in the auditors? independence. Our purpose with this essay is to find out if the auditors experience that the stakeholders? confidence in their review of the financial information has increased as a result of the analysis model. We also strive to describe the function of the analysis model in order to give the reader a deeper understanding in this subject.Method: The scientific approch we have used in this essay is a qualitative survey method, in order to find out the auditors opinion and attitude regarding the analysis model and whether the stakeholders? confidence in the financial information has increased as a result of its introduction.

The fact that Sweden has changed from a homogeneous to a heterogeneous culture with multiculturalism as key word requires an intercultural approach in the community and school. The purpose of this study was to examine how teachers of maternal languages experience their teaching in school and what resources they have available from their employer and the municipality. What methods do the teachers in maternal languages use in their teaching at school and what resources do they have to their disposal? How do teachers in maternal languages use the perspective of intercultural education in their teaching and how do the teachers look on their future role in the Swedish school. To achieve this I have chosen the method to make depth interviews with 6 teachers of maternal languages and compare and relate the result to the theories about interculturality and the circle model, to official curricula and to existing literature in this subject.Teachers of maternal languages are very spread out, they work in several schools and sometimes even in different municipalities, during the same week.

We derive the equation linking the Weyl tensor with its Lanczos potential, called the Weyl-Lanczos equation, in 1+3 covariant formalism for perfect fluid Bianchi type I spacetime and find an explicit expression for a Lanczos potential of the Weyl tensor in these spacetimes. To achieve this, we first need to derive the covariant decomposition of the Lanczos potential in this formalism. We also study an example by Novello and Velloso and derive their Lanczos potential in shear-free, irrotational perfect fluid spacetimes from a particular ansatz in 1+3 covariant formalism. The existence of the Lanczos potential is in some ways analogous to the vector potential in electromagnetic theory. Therefore, we also derive the electromagnetic potential equation in 1+3 covariant formalism for a general spacetime.

Fältsäljare har alltid kännetecknats av att ha ett mobilt arbetssätt där kundkontakt tillhör vardagen och god planering är vitalt. HILTI är ett verktygstillverkande företag som nyligen infört ett mobilt IS-stöd i förhoppning om att underlätta med bland annat planering för fältsäljarna. En explorativ undersökning av företaget har genomförts för att få en uppfattning, utifrån fältsäljarens perspektiv, hurvida denna upplever att yrkesrollen förändrats vid införandet av ett mobilt informationssystem. Insamling av data har utförts med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer för att få en tydlig bild av de förändringar som försäljaren upplever anmärkningsbara. Resultatet visar att systemet bidragit till direkta förändringar i försäljarens yrkesroll.

The aim of this essay is to create an understanding, of how teachers comprehend knowledge, grades and tests in a school context. It is important to get a grip of the different parts of the teacher?s reality. The test, the grades and knowledge are deeply connected as a part of a whole. The teachers view on knowledge can not be understood without asking about the practical parts of their work and understand how the different parts are dependent on each other.The main material consists of interviews with four teachers that work in a public mandatory school in the south suburbs of Stockholm.

När vi har varit ute i olika skolor har vi sett tydliga spår hos elever att deras intresse för matematik minskar ju högre upp i åldrarna eleverna kommer. Vi har även observerat många olika typer av lärare och undervisningsstilar. Syftet med arbetet är därför att titta närmare på hur intresset ser ut i två klasser i årskurs sex på två olika skolor samt titta på vilka faktorer som påverkar intresset hos eleverna. För att ta reda på detta har vi utfört enkätundersökningar i de olika klasserna. Utifrån svaren från enkäterna valde vi ut fyra elever i varje klass för intervjuer, hälften som enligt enkäterna tyckte om matematikämnet och hälften som inte tyckte om det.
