This thesis work was made to optimize the writing of the construction specificationsat FKA. These construction specifications are created before each plant modificationsthat is started because requirements from the Swedish radiation safety authority(SSM) and internally on Forsmarks nuclear group as constructions / implementationdocumentationThe study was done through seven interviews of two people at three different groupsinvolved in the construction specification and an interview from the group accreditedverification. The four selected groups were selected through an extensive analyticalwork resulted in an elimination matrix where these four groups was considered to bemost involved with the construction specification.The questions asked to these individuals were based on the instructions and sampletext that are described in the construction specification. To ensure the quality of thethesis were to limit itself to the chapters that were considered most relevant toimprove. The analysis revealed a number of points that should be improved, partlyinto the routines when writing the construction specification and when ether sampletext or suggestions should be changed and complemented.

?Mitt examensarbete har gått ut på att producera en informationsfolder om chefsrekrytering i offentlig sektor för tidningen Dagens Samhälles räkning. I min rapport redogör jag för hur jag har gått till väga och varför jag har gjort som jag har gjort med hänvisning till kurslitteraturen. Under arbetets gång har jag fått bra möjlighet att tillämpa de kunskaper jag fått under mina studier i informationsdesign.Jag har också jämfört mitt färdiga material med en liknande folder som gjordes av samma tidning, på i stort sett samma tema, för cirka 20 år sedan. Jag ville på detta sätt se om mitt informationsmaterial är bättre ur ett informationsdesignperspektiv än ett material som producerades för 20 år sedan är.

This Master Thesis is a product development project that has been carried out in cooperation withSvea Teknik AB. The company has developed an apparatus for attachment of a keel to a hull base ofa boat. The purpose for this thesis has been to compare a new concept of keel attachment incomposite material to thetraditionaldesign solution. This new keel attachment minimizes thedamages that may arise on the keel and the hull of the boat in shape of stresses impacts at grounding.Today it is a problem, relating to keel attachment on sailing boats having a fin keel or a bulbous keel.The manufacture focus on developing larger draught and shorter keel blades. The overall purpose isto increase performance of the sailing boat.The task for this thesis was to develop a concept of keel blade in composite material and investigateattachment to a sheet-shaped element.

Syftet är att ta reda på och analysera vilka förutsättningar företag måste ge personalen för att de ska kunna ge bra kundservice.Vi har använt oss av ett induktivt arbetssätt för att ta reda på vilka förutsättningar ett företag måste ge sin frontpersonal för att de ska kunna ge bra kundservice. Fyra personliga intervjuer med frontpersonalen har genomförts i en butik som tillhör en stor butikskedja. Ytterligare en personlig intervju har genomförts med en person på ledningsnivå. Material har även hämtats från företagets organisationsmanual där deras kundservicestrategi nämns. Eftersom företaget vill vara anonymt med tanke på det konfidentiella material som vi har tagit del av, kommer inte företagsnamnet eller intervjupersonernas identitet att röjas.

Detta examensarbete handlar om arbetet med glas i gymnasieskolans undervisning. Det övergripande syftet med arbetet var att skapa en inblick i hur arbetet med glas kan gestalta sig i gymnasieskolans undervisning samt att tillhandahålla en överskådlig arbetsbeskrivning av tillvägagångssätt, tekniker och material för arbete med glas i bildundervisning. Det sammantagna arbetet är således utformat som två separata delar. Det övergripande syftet med den vetenskapliga rapporten var att utifrån intervjuer med tre lärare ge en inblick i hur arbetet med ett material som traditionellt inte ingår i bildundervisningen kan se ut samt att undersöka hur de intervjuade lärarna gått till väga i upplägget och utformningen av arbetet i sin undervisning. Den andra delen av arbetet har karaktären av ett arbetshäfte där olika tekniker och material som kan användas inom arbetet med glas tas upp.

Scientologikyrkan har sedan dess uppkomst på 1950-talet fått utstå stor kritik. Rörelsen har av somliga målats upp som en farlig sekt medan andra väljer att se den som en ny religiös rörelse, vars lära och praktik, exempelvis dianetiken, ska tolkas i en religiös kontext. Denna studie bygger på en kvalitativ textanalys som går ut på att granska den bild av scientologerna som skildras i olika material, så som rörelsens eget, facklitteratur, tidningar samt skolans undervisningsmaterial. Studien avgränsar sig till att endast behandla scientologerna i Sverige. Olika teorier och tidigare forskning kring sekter och nya religiösa rörelser har applicerats på materialet.

The purpose of this thesis is to get knowledge about how it is to work as a librarian at Gothenburg city library during a rebuilding process and during the time when they have worked in a temporary library so called niche library. Which part did they have in the renovation project and in the niche library? The aim is also to find out how the librarians have experienced their time in the niche library and if it has affected their profession and identity.The method that is used to answer questions of the study is semi-structured interviews with four public librarians. Through comparing previous research in building and rebuilding process I have analyzed the four public librarian?s part in the renovating process and the temporary library.

The purpose of this essay is to study uses of history in a complementary teaching material in the subject of history. The material in question is a 170 page book titled Hitler och Stalin- En bok om ondska. In English, ?Hitler and Stalin- A book on evil?. Essential to the study is that it is expressed within the material that it might be used as the basis for a discussion of the threats against an open democratic society.

The purpose of this essay is to inquire whether there are any resemblance or differences in the Migrationperiod textiles between the three places that I have chosen, Högom in Sweden, Evebø and Snartemo in Norway. Another purpose is to investigate if this magnificencedressmaterial indicate some kind of mental borders, social differences or hierarchy not only towards other powerful chieftains in other areas but also inside there own society and groups, a dresscode. In other words both individually locally as regionally and internationally. If there are resemblance's between the dressmaterial, gravefinds and the graves context could that be a sign of the same sphere of power, alliances, trading, intentional import, domesticproduction, culturedistribution? My aim in this essay is to try to show that the textile ought to have a higher significance place among archaeological material.

Inriktningen på arbetet är att diskutera vad miljön spelar för roll och vad pedagogerna har för betydelse för barns inlärning och utveckling. För att besvara frågan hur pedagogerna arbetar har observation varit den huvudsakliga metoden. Genom intervjuer med pedagogerna på förskolorna har deras syn på barns inlärning och hur de själva arbetar för att främja barnens inlärning kommit fram. Det har studerats hur två förskolor med olika inriktning arbetar för att främja barns inlärning, en utomhusförskola och en traditionell förskola. Utifrån observationer och intervjuer med pedagogerna har det kommit fram skillnader mellan de båda förskolorna men också likheter. Miljön och arbetsinriktningen varierar mellan förskolorna, men pedagogernas arbetssätt liknar varandra oavsett i vilken miljö verksamheten befinner sig i.

Halten löst organiskt material (DOC) har under de senaste 20 åren ökat i våra sjöar. Det har också skett förändringar i karaktären. DOC ställer till problem för vattenverk som använder ytvatten som dricksvattenkälla genom att det kan ge lukt, smak och färg till vattnet. Det ger också ett ökat behov av fällningskemikalier, större slambildning och större bildning av potentiellt skadliga desinfektionsprodukter. I och med förändringarna i halt och karaktär av DOC behöver nuvarande reningstekniker förbättras och nya tekniker utvecklas.I den här studien undersöktes två konventionella reningstekniker; fällning med järnklorid och fällning med aluminiumsulfat, samt två modernare tekniker; jonbyte med MIEX® och membranteknik.

Background - Swedish trade and industry primarily involves small corporations, including small manufacturing corporations. Currently, most costing models that are used are based on studies accomplished at large corporations. This conveys to the fact that product costing that occurs at small manufacturing corporations is based on all complexities that large corporations bring, which rarely match with small corporations. It occurs that small manufacturing corporations unconsciously rely on incorrect information that has been calculated based on great corporations? product costing.

Written material from three levels of the discussions has been studied: Swedish research, governmental directives and practisers. I have tried to obtain a variation in types of material.

The purpose of this MA thesis is to examine the computerisation of sources that are of interest to genealogists. The primary focus of the thesis is an empirical study, by using a questionnaire addressed to 118 genealogical societies in Sweden, in order to find out what kind of computerisation is being performed by these genealogical societies and what their opinion is of the computerisation of sources of interest to genealogists. The result of this questionnaire has shown, together with printed and electronic material, that there is a good deal of interest from genealogical societies in the computerisation of sources. About half of the genealogical societies who answered the questionnaire are computerising sources themselves and the societies have a positive view in general of the computerisation that is being done and of the increased usage of modern information technology in genealogy. There are on the other hand certain issues that are being discussed such as the important question of the quality of the computerised material.

IntroductionStatistics show a declining trend despite the many benefits of breastfeeding.AimThe aim was to investigate how new mothers experienced the care associated with childbirth, with focus on breastfeeding.MethodThe study included mothers who gave birth in a hospital in the middle region of Sweden during 2011, and who responded to an online survey (n?1000). The present study was based upon answers from the open questions concerning dissatisfaction and suggestions for improvement and have been categorized using content analysis.ResultsMothers described failure in several areas, with a negative impact on breastfeeding. Many experienced that they had not been seen and treated like an individual, and that the healthcare staff had been unpleasant, impersonal, ignorant and stressed. Mothers wanted more credit from the staff concerning their own ability and some reported that they had been controlled and ?run over?.
